I have made a payment 4 days back and provided all related payment proof to them but still they barred my call today in the morning without my knowledge and after contacting them 4 times during whole day.
They have not done anything expect new complain number and fake promises that my number will be activated in next 2 hrs.
at around 7 pm again when I tried to reach them their unprofessional language and work knowledge surprised me,according them they fail to track the payment which I have made to them and can't restore my number till the time they track it.
Here most hilarous part is 4 people in different time ask for a payment receipt from me and all four times I had provided them with my bank statement.
Still amazed how such companies survive in 21st century where they can't even track a payment after 4 days also.

Vodafone's so called tagline, "Happy to Help" is only in words, actually their call centre services are worst, Attitude of Supervisors is Arrogant, Unfriendly Customer Policy & pathetic Email Service Department.
Everyone reads a script and is not willing to apply comman sense to understand the issue and provide a genuine situation.
Overall Vodafone is Horrible. Looking forward to find a new customer-friendly network.
Poor customer care services ,Friends I have taken 99/= plan still got 1800 to 2200 bill everytime when I oppose then they came to know that it was really fake bill..............................they even dont reply mails ,nodal officer also dont have any meaning ....overall dont buy vodafone sim card....
Vodafone is low class service, its been more than 4 months i am trying to register online to pay my bill online and i even tried to recharge my prepaid connect online and a big failure.
This company is fooling around and the mangement and even the employees belong to the cheapest lowest class on this earth.
Vodafone Australia:
- Overcharging on bills.
- Waiting in que for more than 30 mins.
- Bad customer services on Indian Call Centre, call centre employees respond horribly to complaints.
- Horrible network and sickeningly slow 3G in the middle of Sydney City.
I can add about 5-10 more obvious issues with Vodafone, overall rating: Worst company ever.
Im very dissappointed in your service for the 4th time now i applied for Blackberry phone when on promotion to be disappointed again by BAD SERVICE and not from the store where i applied for the phone but from VODACOM promoting the goods in adds and we as customer applying then have to be told that there are no stock and they waiting on it and it takes weeks im still waiting on my colour Blackberry from ALL Foschini STORES which they never received stock from,but was told they would also two stores in PAROW CENTRE namely BEARES AND the VODACOM SHOP PLEASE ADVISE ME ON THIS MATTER URGENTLY OR I WILL FOREVER LOOSE CONFIDENCE IN VODACOM AS A CELLPHONE NETWORK!!!
Business user for over 25 years: on upgrading in Oct, new statement double charged thru their failure to terminate old contract with new - took 2 trips to Guildford Vodaphone to sort out. Staff were helpful but 1st occasion they could not access the accounts on line. However, on 4 attempts to resolve inaccessability to a login on Vodaphone's web site to access and print my statements since Nov 2012, it is still not resolved and I am unable to get my statements, or even see if billing error was resolved. Their on line "Chat" was a time wasting exercise with incompetent persons on 4 occasions, led to phone back from Vodaphone who acknowledged problem but were unable to repair, and who promised to send me statements as attachments by email have failed to do so. It seems unbelievable that a company of Vodaphone's history can operate such appalling customer care!
Third class service from vodafone customer care, called more than 10 times also drop the e-mail to vodafone customer care to resend my bill Bcoz they send the incorrect bill,but didn't get thet reply yet, Guys don't buy Vodafone card.. my monthly plan of 99 Rs.. but getting more than 1000 rs.. bill, Please!Please!!please!!! dont take vodafone card....

Vodafone are the most expensive network I have ever used,I signed up for a 35 pound a month contract.and have been charged for everything since then,I have never gone over my minutes,yet my bills always come in at 65-70 pound.I was charged 7 pound extra a month just to use iphone instead of blackberry.I rang to ask for itemised bill.and was told each piece of paper they used they would charge me 1.50.I was charged for blackverry internet 5 pound a month and also charged for extra internet usage even tjough I only ever used facebook from my phone,its the most expensive service I have ever used and disgusting how they rip off loyal customers such as myself.customer services are terrible half of the staff don't seem to have a clue about anything and seem to be reading/repeating. Ascript in front of them.I will never use vodafone again.and will never reccomend vodafone to anyone!!!!

I am Ved from Delhi, India. and My mobile no is I want to changed MNP from IDEA to Vodafone and also given the request with documents to Vodafone company two times on dated 25.09.2012[Vijay- Sales Executive] and 02.10.2012 But still my number not activated in Vodafone.
20 days completed. and i have called to many times to Customer care but they are telling to me that we have no any information regarding to MNP. Pls solve.....
I remember the kind of Vodafone customer care it was.
What has gone wrong with them is out of my head and would not be able to understand at all where all those good CCE went and left Vodafone with this crap...
i don't have any words other than they wanted to acquire the Indian market and they did that and now since the business is in there hands they know that they can never go out of business again.
but one thing i have or would like to inform to them is that the customers would keep on coming only till the time they see that you can deliver.

what is wrong with the DND option which they had. what is wrong with those people sitting for support.. they sound as if they have recently lost someone in the family ... or they just dog sitting ... now a days the only services which i see good is the customer care for banks.
All these mobile and broadband service providers have become negligent towards there customers..

I made a huge mistake switching to Vodafone. In 20 months they have done the following:
1 - disabled my phone while I was in the US with no prior notification. Their justification was that the charges were high and therefore it was for my own good! I pointed out that IF they had bothered to contact me I would have told them not to worry. As it was there was NO way left to call as they had disconnected my phone.
This has been made worse by Vodafone insisting on replacing my handset (3 handset now). By mistake the DPD guy drove off with the memory card. Vodafone customer service said they would try to retrieve it when it arrive back at Vodafone and to call back in 2 days. I called back and some arrogant idiot in customer service told me it was my responsibility and they will do nothing, not even replace the memory card! Thankfully this nightmare will be over in February and I can switch to a better service operator.
I have applied for a Vodafone postpaid connection on 14 August 2012 with self attested passport copy and application form with photo signed, when I call the regional office for applying the new connection, they did not allow me to reach to the office, they told me that, the sales executive will collect the documents and money from me, even though I was near to the office less than one kilometer. The sales executive call me and when i ask for a number (which is not at all a fancy number) he ask me Rs 1000/- as charge for the number, after bargain fixed for 700/-. The sales executive collect the documents and Rs 1700/- (1000 Deposit & 700 for the charge for the number) from me at road side and promised within 48 hours the SIM will activate, hand over me a Vodafone pack with SIM card, no receipt, no Vodafone ID card.
As promised by the sales executive, I started the mail communication with my clients about the Mobile number change, but noticed that till 17 August 2012, the SIM was not activated and it made confusion within my customers and calls accepted in the alternative number which I am not suppose to receive calls.
I call 111 and talk to a customer service executive, as usual promised within 24 hour it will be activated - but again nothing happened and again i contacted 111, this time the time frame increased to 48 hours, I ask for the customer service supervisor with the believe, that there will be proper management system for the process, again the supervisor also same good for nothing...
I wait 48 hours... no actions... again 111 talk to customer service representative... no use contacted nodal officer... again many silly excuses such as 'the sales executive admitted in hospital and no one knows where he kept the documents'... I was astonished by listening such silly excuses, I am wondering whether Vodafone is a MNC or a local proprietorship firm!!
Again, today 21 August 2012, 10:30, I contacted the regional office and they promise me that, before 2:00 PM the line will be activated, I am waiting, and if not will update in this website the proceedings, to share with you all...
I am doubtful about the actions of the regional Vodafone offices and their executives, for small financial benefits such as keeping the money for short time, they play all dirty gimmicks, which is very much tarnishing the MNC's image
Also, I am doubtful about the managing capability / problem solving ability of the staff's
Hope Vodafone will consider this with positive attitude and correct the pitfalls in the processes

they hnave the neck to disconnect me after not even sending me one bill, never knew the amount or date as to when the moeny goes out, and will not re-connect untill i give €300.00, how the hell can u expect people to just know when the bill is due or the amount. worst company would advise against them.
I paid Rs. 96/ to activate my Net Card at 9:15 PM tonight. But, to my utter disbelief, my entire amount was reduced to ZERO. On being contacted Customer Care, I was advised by the guy on line not to use my number for 6 Months to completely deactivate. I am in a state of shock at this hour and using this medium to vent out my anger.
He was indeed son o. a ..t.h who had no manners as to how to behave with a lady customer.
Shame on Vodafone! Shame on Vodafone Management!!
Drive this MNC out of the country and I call upon all those who have suffered at the hands of this Cellular Service Provider to launch a movement to oust this company from this land.
No proud Indian should join this organization in any capacity. If there is any word to considered which is further below WORST, I think that applies to this unprofessional house.
i called and got press 1 2 or 3, went through all this just to be told the office is closed. dailed 111 just to be told, this number is not in scotland but please call my local gp or nhs 24 and all this for trying to find out why they say that i have claimed freebies when i know i hav'nt

i called twice the call was connected to executive but the next time they never connected the call to the executive .
they just think thayt the customers are fool who doesnot complain

Even after many complains & assurence to solve the network problem still there is no improvement at all. I am sorry to say that your network team doing nothing except just to call & say that your network problem is solve & closing the complain. This is my 13th complain in about 3 months & network improvement is zero.
I got a call from vodaphone that "we have solve the network problem" & in reply i told them to send your engineer to check up signals at my residence as i do not find any improvement but no body bothered.
My phone is getting disconnected while talk is on due to poor signals. I am getting just one or two lines of signals.
I am now tired of complaining & i feel sorry on my decesion of coverting from relience to vodaphone.
If it is not solved then i do not have any alternative except to switch over service provider.
I hope you will act now & do need full.
