I used to frequent panera on cleary Blvd plantation. The last few times I was there will be the last! Behind food prep counter a mess- looks dirty. Coffee urns never filled unless ask. Floors dirty. This store will definately go out in the near future. Except for baked goods store is one big mess! Had a young man wait on me with long dirty mail on pinky. Gross. If you even care you'd better clean up!

why do you hire so many very rude managers and assistant managers? I am in Sarasota, Fl and not all are that way, of course, but a good many over past 4 yrs..especially at univ parkway and tuttle ave. then If I report it, nothing is done. This is causing you to lose customers. I used to have breakfast at Panera every day. Then after nothing was done to an over the top rude assistant manager 3 yrs ago or so- I stopped coming. now I give it a try every 2-3 mnths and each time it's the same old thing and I say, "never again!" My current experience was today with Alissa, the manager there. I have a rare disabillty she puts down, (I am 75) she comes up to me belligently to take my order and makes snide comments..totally inappropriate behavoir for any manager, but not as bad as the 2-3 previous ones..all had attitudes.

I wanted to treat my family tonight to Panera Bread because I'm not able to cook for them because of a medical procedure and just got home from the hospital. I had a friend of mine pick up food, and when he dropped it off, I noticed that 5 items were not there, but they sure charged me for it. I called twice and spoke to 2 employees, and they both put me on hold to get the manager, and after 20+ min between both calls, they hung up before I was able to speak to the manager. I paid close to $60 for me and my children, but I wasn't able to make sandwiches for them tonight and for their lunches in the morning for school. They were so disappointed. Panera just threw in 3 small bags of chips instead of the foccacia breads and french bagguets that I ordered. So 2 of my children had to eat something else. I drove up to the location to see what was going on, and the manager on duty was a short African American female around 25-30 years old. She was very rude to me the entire time and offered me 2 options of bread replacement that I told her my children would not eat, but she didn't care and insisted that's the only 2 options. I asked for her for a refund for the items that I paid for but did not receive, and she took my receipt and rudely walked away with an attitude as she mumbled something. I kept my composure the entire time and didn't raise my voice once, but she seemed too busy to deal with me and seemed very preoccupied with something in the back. She didn't apologize once and didn't say thank you for coming in for the mix-up.

Very rude and unkind customers who have no respect, not even for themselves. This is at the Panera bread Tyrone 66th Street North.Employee work there hearts out to the core to provide to theses unthankful customer's.Customers unknowledgeable and very rude and nasty towards other people. I would not have a reason to complain only if customers showed some respect towards others instead of the 2 sense. Be about don't just make a gester.

I went to the Panera's on Hyland Dr. in Rochester, NY on 12/29/22. The sandwich bread was hard, I didn't get a dill pickle (which I asked for), the person taking the order was concerned with writing an email address down for someone (rather than paying attention taking my order), and the soup didn't take like it should.

I drove thru drive thru this morning. Staff acted if I was bothering them. I got a chai tea latte and two cinammon crunch bagels and cream cheese. I took one dip of chai it was awful. Poured it out when I got home. The cashier who was uninterested asked if I wanted sliced/toasted to which I said no was of course sliced. This used to be one of the great places to go I won't be back,

I was at the Streamwood, IL on Thursday and I had the worst salad.
A big hunk of the bottom of the iceberg lettuce was in the salad with long stems on the other lettuce.
It was the fuji chicken salad.
For the money, very disappointing.

Someone hacked my credit card with an e gift card for $75.00. I never did this. I contacted panera and they told me there was no transaction number and they may not be able to reverse the wrongful charge!! I then called my bank and got it done there. If i did this to thousands of people, kept that money and invested it for profit, and then kept some of it, what a royal scam i would be, don't you think??? I smell a rat and i hope my VISA card will get to the bottom of this and find the rat(s).

Today (Dec. 3rd) around 5:10pm Purchased Spicy Chicken sandwich to go. With the sauce on the side.
When I arrived home , the bag was soggy on the bottom.

Opened the bag My items were drenched with the Sauce.
The Lid on the sauce container was open. So it was not properly sealed.
Spent some time cleaning up this mess. By the time I started having my
Sandwich, it was cold and did not enjoy it.

I drove an xtra mile to this Seal Beach location because they always got
my order right. Never thought a mishap like this would happen.

So I've Been Going To This Panera Bakery I'm Niles Milwaukee For Their Coffee W/c You Can Order On Line So I Go And Bring My Coffee Mug And This Guy Who Works In The Evening Was Scolding Me Because He Said They Dont Want You To Use The Mug Because According To Him The Price Is Double Like More Than $5.00..so I Went To Other Panera And Asked The Lady If I Can Use The Coffe Mug And She Said Yes.i Thonk The Panera In Milwaukee And Niles Have No Customer Service And They Stopped Me 4x When I Get My Coffee Because They Were Probably Thinking I Just Go There And Steal The Coffee

I have been a monthly subscriber for well over a year now.
I have noticed a few changes and my last visit was to the pint of cancellation.
No bagel selection- no ready coffee - no Drinks (all low in machines
All at 8:30 am in the morning.
Very disappointing- staff is probably short but stores need attention.
Bathrooms not the greatest either. Clark NJ I have photos if you are interested

The app isn't working I paid for the unlimited drinks and I cannot use it I pay every month now I have to go in and order and pay for my drinks because your app is down this is very unfair to me that's why I do not like to pay for things on the app because y'all are always under maintenance

Panera bread in Kansas City sucks big time. So I ordered delivery to my hotel Hilton Kansas City airport. So I am health conscious and I ordered a bbq chicken salad from them and they delivered me a Mac and cheese sandwich ?! So I called and request for exchange. The phone did not answer so somehow I able to contact any Panera customer service. They told me I get the refund but it was on sept 26,22 until now oct 7,22 I still get no refund. It is not reliable just imagine if I order many kinds of food and I get things I do not want and I don't even get back my money or exchange they should have execute the issue fast and take back the sandwich and send me my salad. Not me after that have to trace where is my money go.

Panera Bread in Pikesville use to ge awesome. After the pandemic not so much Both locations have horrible customer service. I have been waiting for 40 minutes for my to go curbside order at the Foundry Row location. Called and no answer the car beside of me went in and said there were no customers inside This is clearly management.

I was very disappointed at the service in Paneras it was dirty the mixed up my order and got testy with me , we used to love it there , we will never go back , also workers in the back so unprofessional playing running around .

I was in Panera Bread on UrbanaPike in Frederick MD
Saturday Sept 24,2022. The restaurant was filthy, the order was not correct, they slopped the soup in the bowl and it was all over the outside of the bowl. The bathroom had no lights. Dark and dirty. The sandwich was throw together and hard to eat. It was a very disappointing experience.

I have had the most horrific time at Panera bread on Harry Hines Blvd in dallas texas.
The management as well as the staff profiled me and my fiancée as homeless and was told if we just get drinks we must take them to go or order food in order to sit inside
Regardless that two customers who was clearly of a upper class stature only had drinks and was there as long as we were but WE were asked to leave
We have never been treated in such profiling unprofessional manor the staff could be seen clearly eating food as they prepared food for customers Smoking on the patio when clearly management in the past told customers about smoking on the patio and returning to work to prepare food without even an attempt to wash their hands.
That being said and all I witnessed at this location why in the name of God would I ever order food no thank you I'll stick with the beverages that is unfortunately the only thing they get right here.

A group of 6, we had lunch at one of your locations. The pizza we returned because it was not as good as before. We were told the cheese was changed but it was more than that the crust was not the same. Very disappointed. An order of tomato soup had a funny and spicy after taste and the grilled cheese wasn't even melted. It seems that a lot of the products have changed and not for the better. I don't know if changes were made to purchase cheaper quality to save money, but it's not working! I sincerely hope that you will bring food back to the quality it use to be. We were all very unsatisfied with the food quality. Thank you.

Just went to eat dinner at Panera on Daniels parkway in fort Myers florida. The restaurant closes at 9:00 and when we ordered our meal we were informed that the dining room was closed. I had ordered soup and was not going to eat soup in the car. We had to get permission to eat on the outside patio from management. While walking out we see that there was a handwritten sign that the dining room was closing at 7:00. There is no drive-thru at this location. I do not feel as though they need 2 hours to clean up a dining room. Very inconvenient for people. It was very busy while we were sitting on the patio eating in the rain and we could tell that a lot of other people walking in were quite annoyed and actually disregarded the sign and would sit in the dining room.

5 Overall Rating. 8-9 Rating for you pick two meal.
1 Rating for Ordering...person at the register had a cold & kept coughing (at least 8-10 times during our Order). She handled our drink glasses & Order Pager. She should not have been allowed to work!
