Support assistance has been great. Problem is the product number 922-761, which is supposed to be numbered tickets which I have used in the past and am attempting to continue using. Tickets now have no numbers although the boxes show the product with numbers. This is a big problem and is not acceptable.

These people handling customer service can't speak english and very hard to understand.
Very poor.....I will NEVER buy from Office Depot again.

Office Depot sent my order to another business. Then it was returned back to their warehouse. Then I asked for expedited shipping since they screwed mine up. They said they would. The customer service in India lied. Four days later I got my order. MY PARTIAL order. Yep, they didn't send all my order. I called India, again, and hopefully they'll get my order correct this time. I went to the store to see if they could fill my order, and they couldn't. They're not synced with on-line service? Yeah, Staples here I come. I asked customer service for an American help line, then I asked them for the Corporate office number because there is no real customer service.

What's a liar!!
They said your online order will be ready within one hour. They are lying!! It takes much longer than that!
I cannot mail my documents on time only because they don't know how to keep their promise.
Never come to Office Depot to print!!

Office Depot, since taking over OfficeMax has screwed up everything they've gotten involved in, from logistics, to employees, to customer appreciation. They have hurt logistics, by replacing OfficeMax items with Depot, but not supplying the warehouses with the Depot items, and therefore empty shelves at stores. The employees have fewer benefits for working as much and hard as they do, are UNDER appreciated, and are demanded to outperform previous years, while getting LESS for doing it. Another thing lost this year, by all associates is HOLIDAY pay. The company decided it's more important to take care of their own people, and instead make more money for the CEO and his team of cohorts that are trying to sell at the highest amount, to Staples this year. (2015) ALL OF THE ABOVE effects customer appreciation and satisfaction. OfficeDepot is HORRIBLE!!!

Beware if you put money on an Office Depot - COPY CARD. I've never had a problem with the card but on May 2015 at the El Cajon Office Depot. Approximately $24.05 was wiped off the card. The manager (Linda) was rude, rolled her eyes up and said, just call the number on the back of the card. I did. It is an automated system for Gift Cards not Copy Cards. Tried to call their customer service.
Was put on hold for 15 minutes by agent Christina, when she said she was unfamiliar with the card. Re-called again, the service person wanted me to re-called that automated service number. LESSON - DO NOT BUY OFFICE DEPOT COPY CARDS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT WILL SAVE YOUR CREDITS.

I actually came into the store, O11.45 in the morning on 4/11and asked for help to show me a Time-Clock for my employees.. I honestly could not believe that I was treated so awfully.I sked for the help for one girl( there were only two employees working at that time one Manager and other is this girl). She gave me a smirk look and said â??just go to isle 10,11 and you will findâ?? never bother to even acknowledge that there is a customer and needing some help.I came back and said I canâ??t find then she came and sha does not know where that item is and she has been extremely rude in her language and disgustful in her attitude towards the customer ,because I was brown.

The store manager and this employee should be fired for lack of customer service and the scant attention they paid to customers .The manager had been on a phone call for the 25 minutes of time while I was there. I planned to spend about $500 at the store and decided â??not toâ?? spend my money here due to insensitive ,despicable and loathsome behavior and attitudes of these two employees..My future purchases also would not go to this store as I employ about 29 people and spend about $350 dollars per month on office products.

As the consumer I feel extremely disappointed by employees who were very unpleasant to do business with as well as seen to be lacking knowledge of the store products and their availability. I find Offiicedepot disgusting and feel that their racist policies ought to be challenged (mistreatment of customers

On 4/6/15 a 8:00AM I left my lap top for removal of a virus. I paid approximately $220. for removal of virus and and virus protection. Manager was friendly. I was called a few hours later and told the computer was ready for pickup. I picked it up the next morning. After one hour of working on emails the same virus returned. I returned the lab top to Office Depot the next morning (1 Yr warrantly given) to a different manager on duty. I was called that 4/11 and told it was ready. I told them I would pick up Monday early. Original manager was there, but couldn't find my charger, and asked me to come back when she could speak to the 2nd manager or compter tech that worked on it, I came back the next morning and I was told the 2nd manager said I never gave it to her. I told the 1st manager I absolutely did and was becoming frustrated with Office Depot. She sincerely apologized and said she'd call me that afternoon when 2nd manager comes in and if need be would replace the charger. No call. I called and spoke to 2nd manager that insisted I didn't give it to her. I said I will be in tomorrow for the last time (4/8/15) to get my lab top and my charger or replacement, and will not pay for a new one. She said fine. When I came in the 2nd manager told me the tech found my charger with my name on it. No apologie. @hen I got home I noticed the plug in part was missing. I went over to Staples and purchased a replacement with the computer tech on duty who was nice enough to make sure it worked. I will never so much as buy a candy bar at Office Depot. I don't care about the money, I just chalk it up to a lesson learned during a very bad experience. If I get another virus, forget the warrenty, I will go to Staples.

The Store in Texarkana, Tx needs more workers. You can not get waited on or checked out and if you try to call the store you are kept on hold for up to 30 min. That is not satisfactory when its a long distance call. Unless something changes my business will no longer use that store.

I have been a customer of office depot for over five years and has always been happy with your service, until recently your store on Hollywood blvd and 28th ave in Hollywood fl the printing service area has been a disappointment in Ftl no problem in lauderdales no problem but that one store the service in the printing department just sucks after several visits same story.

The protection plans of office depot are unethical. I suspect most people that purchase them do not successfully get their registered when they go home and have to manually create accounts and use special code they obtained at the store on receipts that disappear after two hot days in your car with the thermal paper. Lots of room for customers to fail with registration disabling browser security features to register. I guess 50% or higher never even register and even higher percent never use it or frustration when attempting to use it fails. Office depot should be forced to automatically register your protection plan at the store with your information they already have. You have paid for it.. why can't they take the basic programming step of actually getting it registered for you automatically. They hope you will fail somewhere along the process and many will.

I purchased a box of #10 Security envelopes at Office Max now Office Depot in Northwood, OH on 2/28/15. The envelopes are not only thin, but they have light blue = signs scattered about. Every letter and number is very visible thru them. I returned them on 3/4/15. Spoke to a male behind the customer service area who said well I don't manufacture the envelopes here. I don't know what you think I can do about them. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO ANY OFFICE DEPOT S5TORE EVER AGAIN.

Beware of ordering anything with Office Depot if it's not a stocked item and it has to come from a third party. You don't receive your item, they can't track it and wait forever to get a refund (check) You might think Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles are in charge at this horrible company...

I'm in the state of Hawaii Honolulu. i suggest you pull all your stores out of our state because the service sucks and there is never anyone around to help. YOu can call the store all you want and for some reasons the phones are always busy. you can stand in front of customers service and call and phones are busy. yet still no one to help. Get out of Hawaii and let better business in.............. office depot sucks

I went to pickup an online order and the gentleman didn't even bother to greet and was taking care of another customer. I thought, he is pretty busy and I was fine until an American customer walked in and the guy goes.. 'Hello Mam! Welcome, I'll be with you in a minute', like I do not exist. Y! Oh cuz I'm not American.

He didn't want to assist me at all. Later a nice lady came to assist me. This racism has to be in check in a big company like Office Depot. This happened in Office Depot store in Beavercreek, Ohio.

I pity that guy.. cause he didn't get a chance to assist me :)

It is just terrible. I purchased a laptop from office depot online but returned because it did not work. The office depot truck came to pick it up. I waited few weeks, but no refund. So I called them several times after that. First, they said that I will have a credit back in one to two weeks..... One month passed, but no refund. I called again. They said the record shows I refused to return and show no return item, so no refund for me!!!! I have been calling them, but no refund as of now.

Offie Depots Performance Protection Program is a sham. They will lie to get out of paying you the rebate. I bought a Canon MG632 printer which died completely within the year of purchase. I submitted a claim against the Protection Program -- followed all directions given -- and have now had multiple phone calls with the Protection Program "help line" (it's most definitely not) trying to determine why it has taken over 7 weeks to get my refund.

Painful to say the least.

After 15 years shopping with the nearby Staples for all my business purchases....I purchase a printer from Office Depot and spent almost $900. I decided to buy the printer when I was told it would be delivered the next day. The printer did not arrive as stated and after waiting from 8:30 - 5pm (must be present and sign for item) for 2 1/2 days in delays, I went and cancelled the printer. Now I'm told that I must get my refund from a 3rd party delivery company...even though I paid Office Depot and it should come in about 5 days! I have never heard of such a thing. Never again will I set foot in Office Depot. Poor customer service and bad service companies that don't deliver "literally"

I bought an office chair that cost $368.04 back in may of 2013. This past December of 2014 the chair stopped staying elevated so I chatted in with an office depot rep who stated they would process a warranty exchange. The next day I was checking on my order and it showed cancelled. I look back now and think that should have been my first warning sign. So I chatted back again on 01/05/2015 and was told by the second rep that they were sorry and would process the warranty exchange. This time it went through. I got my new chair a few days later and a couple of days after that someone from office depot came by my job and picked up the defective chair. Everything seems fine right? Not at all. The day they picked up the chair they charged my account for $ 368.04!! First I have never had to pay anything when doing a warranty exchange and second NO ONE ever told me that is how they process an exchange and last but not least I never authorized a charge to my debit card!! I have called 4 times now to try and get my money back and I am being told no because they are trying to say that no one picked up the chair and it has not gone back to the warehouse. I have spoken with supervisors still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have had to call my bank and file a dispute for an unauthorized charge which they have had to cancel my debit card so the only way I have access to my account is to go to the bank which is not easy with the way I work. I have also sent in a complaint email which I doubt will do any good at all. I am filling this out and I will be putting this information on my face book and anywhere else that I can tell everyone about what is going on.

The store on North Fifth Street in Reading, Pa is a nice store. I had the pleasure of watching 2 employees Ray And Tamara help multiple customers. My only problem is that the Store Manager sat in the office with the lights off for the hour I was there. This is not the first time she has sat on her butt while the employees were overwhelmed with customers. On Thanksgiving the Store Manager Denise reeked of alcohol and should not have been working. Then on another occasion I have seen her husband sitting in the office with her while us customers had to wait because the associates were busy.

on Dec,2 I ordered a music player and was told it would arrive on dec,24th. I asked why it was taking so long and was guaranteed arrival on 12-24. I made 3 calls and was assured each time. Guess what?
Christmas Day I am short a gift for family. I had to print it out and give her that. I am so damn mad that each time I called they said whatever I wanted to hear and lied to me. 1st n last time I ever go to that store, online or in person.

I recently purchased a whole office set for my wife for Christmas from your company. I ordered it on the 8th and never received it. Today is Dec 23nd and I still have no furniture. The delivery day was supposed to be December the 12th. I took off that day so I would be there to receive the shipment. The shipment never showed up. After several phone calls to customer service saying it is on the way I patiently wait. I call on December 19th to find out it's been shipped back to the warehouse. It was brought back by Michelle Dallay at Office Depot. The shipment never made it to me. I gave my cell number to customer service and even told them to tell the carrier I would come pick it up at the hub. I ignored all the reviews and all the people telling me not to purchase because I believe in finding out for myself and that's exactly what I've done. The experience here has been a huge eye opener for me since this was supposed to be wife's Christmas gift and now I have nothing. On top of not getting my merchandise another $359.00 was debited out of my account by Office Depot for what I have no idea. I'm currently waiting for my credit that should be in my account after the first of the year Customer Service said. I am writing this because I believe if you don't focus on the pennies in business it costs you dollars. This order may seem like pennies Office Depot and it's staff but if this happens to enough orders and apparently it is by the looks of their stock, it's costing them a lot of dollars. Damon Cooper
