I went to maaco in Houston Tx. and after I recieved my car back andimmediately call back after overlooked to let them know about some spots missing showing the old gold through the new blac. why was i charged for color change 2 jus paint over color where is the extra work 4 150.00$. Then the manager told me a have 2 wait 30 days 2 my warranty start huh never heard of such

I was in an accident on Saturday, September 17,2016 with my lexus and could not get the front passenger door to close. We contacted Maaco on 71st. Street in Indianapolis, Indiana and asked whether they might be able to help. I live in Illinois and needed to be able to drive my car home. We had the car towed there and even though the men there were not sure they could help, they jumped right in and spent at least 45 minutes trying to get it to close. Mr. Jay Sayyah is the manager there. He and 3 other men looked at it/worked on it and they were able to get it to close so I could drive home the following day. This was close to closing time, 1pm, as it was a Saturday. These people could not have been more helpful, nice and accommodating. I just want them to know how much I appreciated their help. They were cheerful and could tell that I was upset over the accident. They were a lifesaver for me!

Why is it that Maaco advertises $299.00 for an all over paint job and when I cann my local Maaco they said that the $299.00 is only for the paint, not the labor, material or anything in additional. I guess this will fall under false advertising since the commercial are not cleared enough or the body shop are changing heir prices.

Your maaco in Winston Salem,NC is screwing my grandmother over. Telling her where the streaks they put on it were the only thing clear coated. They broke the window motor and the car is filthy. We expect a response immediately!!

I'm very disturbed with the customer service that I received from this Maaco located at 5301 Southwest Crain HWY, Upper Marlboro, MD. The price I paid for automotive painting was excellent. However, when I received my car there were dents and damage that was to be repaired that had been painted over and not fixed. Also, my new windshield which I had installed the day prior to dropping my car off at Maaco had overspray and clear coat making visibility impossible. As I did not complain about the dents and bumper and allowed the shop the opportunity to correct their error I did request the $175 that I had spent in a new windshield that they ruined. The owner Don informed me that they would be able remove the residue with a low grade steel wool pad and other substances which would make the window "like" new. Well this was unacceptable to me because my windshield was NEW. So after several attempts requesting my windshield money be refunded to the errors of his shop he refused. I've missed days of work and personal time dealing with this situation which began on August 18, 2016 (return of the car to Maaco due to dent/repair error and windshield)and have decided to peruse legal action and have reported this Maaco to the Better Business Association. Also, I will be contacting ABC 7 on your side. It's really disheartening that there are people in the world who won't own their mistake even after you've overlooked their mistake, never to complain and allow the opportunity to for them to make the wrong right. I encourage all who read this post NOT to do business with this Maaco located at 5301 Southwest Crain Hwy, UpperMarlboro, MD.

My truck has been at this shop since February. I spoke to your customer service rep about 3 weeks ago. She promised and the local shop agreed that my titan truck would be ready 2 weeks after the inspection.



Inspection was completed 2 weeks ago. On Wednesday, last week they promised that my truck would be ready on Friday 8/19. I called Friday morning, it was not ready but part was coming in on Friday afternoon. A ride had been secured. I had to cancel.



changed my plans at work this morning. Arranged for a ride to the shop. It is over an hour from my home. Called the shop and they said it would be ready. Got a ride there.



I arrived and truck was not ready. I was told part was coming in. I wasted all morning. AT noon they said, soon. Now, it turns out they have ordered the wrong part. Truck is not ready.



I demand a rental truck. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.




This repaired truck is needed for an assignment in a week. If not finished after 7 months of waiting, I will have to rent a truck. I think you should have to pay for this.

The maaco in stockbridge ga has a manager on their staff that is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is bald, with earrings, wearing camo shorts mostly and smokes a red vapor cigarette. His attitude and demeanor makes it very uncomfortable. Donna and a black young man is great but what good is a front line staff when you have a problem and have to deal with a rude shop manager or employee.

This Is One's The Worst People I Deal With, My Car Has Almost A Month In Macco Antioch California, I Took My Car There To Be Painted I Pay $1200.00 And The Car Hasn't Been Painted Yet, The Owner Is Absolutely Rude And His Assistant Anthony The Rudes Man I Ever Met, Costumer Service Below Standards
To All People That Lives In This Area Please Don't Go To This Place, You Will Be Treated So Bad And Their Job Is So Low Quality. And When You Try To Complaint To Macco Corporation No One Will Help You.

I am extremely disturbed and dissatisfied with the level of service ââ?¬Å?notââ?¬Â? received from you store location (2178) in Raleigh, NC. I took my car for a minor touchup on August 2nd in which I was informed by Sean Flint that the work would be completed by August 5th. I entrusted this to be true or that I would be proactively notified of any changes. I called to this location on Friday, August 5th in which I spoke to Lindsey. I advised I was calling to confirm my car is ready for pick up. Your representative, Lindsey, advised the car was just painted and needed to dry until the next day. She stated the car would be ready for pick up on Saturday, August 6th.

I arrived at your store today, August 8th to retrieve my vehicle in which I was informed by Sean Flint that the vehicle was not ready. As I inquired about the commitment to have the vehicle completed in August 5th, he stated it was not ready. I advised of the conversation with Lindsey in which he stated the she was not in and the vehicle was not ready. He then proceeded to get the General Manager, Lowell, as he said something seemed strange. When Lowell came into the lobby, he advised the work had not begun!

I am very unhappy with the handling of this work due to the following key issues:

� Commitments to have the work completed by particular dates were not honored.

� Lindsey falsely advising the work was completed when that was not true.

� Lowell advising the work had not begun even after having possession for >5 days.

� I am without a vehicle and relying on alternative methods of transportation for additional days.

Would you please have someone from your company call/email to discuss this is not acceptable? Thanks.

If you have to use this company make sure its a cooperate office dont use a franchise.... I went to the Laurel Maryland office and spent $1,300 out of pocket getting my car fully painted & some body work. They messed up my car i had to go back a second time to fix the 8 things they missed. The owner Michael Frost is a cheap a__hole who rushed me in the pooring rain to return the rental that he paided for because of the screw up they did. I have custom rims that cost me $1,200 & i asked him if it was going to be a problem with the over spray & he said no. My rims have over spray on them & when i went back to have them cleaned his workers didnt even clean them good & no i have to take legal action. If a person is going to franchise a company out they need to treat peoples that companies customers with the same respect they would their family. After spending that much money my car looks ok after two paint jobs but my rims are trash now! Unbelievable i will never recommend this company to any body they dont have the workers that know what they are doing & the customer service sucks. Sooooo sad

Hello My vehicle was taken to Maaco in Fayettville Georgia on Tuesday July 5th. The job was suppose to take 5 days. Today is Thursday July 28th, 2016 and my vehicle is not ready for pick-up because the General Manager Mark Green refused to forward the requested paperwork for the adjuster. I personally spoke with Mark and he personally told me that he will not be sending them anymore information. Mark is suppose to be a General Manager however he is racist and very rude. Three adjusters have tried contacting and Mark refused to send them what they needed to cut another check for my vehicle. As a result of the accident the adjuster missed a dent from the accident therefore it resulted in the pricing being more than expected. I have dealt with Maaco before in Lake City Georgia, that located is now CLOSED, however I have never gone through what Im going through now.

I Had My 2002 White Honda Painted By Macco On Atlantic Aveenue In Raleigh North Carolina I Paid Over $800 For Them To Paint It From Whote To Silver The Silver Is Not The Color I Choose Its Lighter I Purchased Brand New Rims On My Car Prior To Taking It To Macco Well I Get My Car Back Paint Is All On The Door Trimming The Fender Part Was Cracked It Was Not Like That Prior To Me Taking It To Them They Had A Fit Because I Kept Telling Them It Was Not Like That When I Dropped It Off Im Ticked Off I Paid Them Upfront I Dropped My Car Off 7/13 I Went Back The 7/15 And Car Was Still In The Parking Spot They Did Not Pull The Car In Until I Mentioned If It Was Not I Would Be Getting A Refund Picking My Car Up So How Can A Car Be Painted And Sand Down In A Day And Painted Car Was Ready Monday No Way Car Was Sanded Down Im Going Higher I Demand Answers I Paid Up Front Before Car Was Fixed And This Is The Treatment I Would Never In A Million Years Ever Refer Anyone To This Place Upset Customer Still See Scratch Marks From White Paint But It Was Sanded And Was Told I Would Love Color And Would Not Be Able To See Marks That's False I See Every Mark That Was Up On White Car Still See Through Silver Car They Just Took My Money

I took my vehicle in the Glen Burnie, Maryland MAACO. What was suppose to take 9 days is now going on 2.5 months. They claimed to have taken the truck to Glen Burnie transmissions for them to verify it is working and there are no issues. I picked up my vehicle and noticed a few items that were not fixed and a leak from under the vehicle. I took it back and they are now giving me the run around, In the mean time my transmission has started to slip. I called MAACO's customer service, who is now looking into the matter.

The lady that works at Maaco on Decker Blvd in Columbia SC is beyond rude! The way she speaks to not only her employees and customers but the way she speaks ABOUT them in front of everyone is sickening. She has no respect for the customers of their concerns. If she doesn't want to deal with a customer she will call someone else to the front to do her work. If her phone goes off while she is with a customer she will have the customer she is with "hold on" and tend to her phone! She has by far the WORST customer service skills I have ever witnessed. I refuse to refer anyone to this woman or shop. It sucks for the other people there who do their job and do it right and respect the customers. All it takes it one person to ruin it for the rest!

The manager at the Maaco branch in Duluth,GA should be fired. He is sneaky,rude and dubious. He talks from both sides of his mouth. You guys better fire him before he ruins your company.

I had the worst experience ever Snellville Georgia Maca can someone please call me back concerning the matter my car has been there twice already now I got to bring it back a third time it's not my fault the paint job is not right rings on in the paint is a dent in my trunk they say to need a neat my car for two more days will not provide me with a rental is my responsibility for that

Your Maaco store manager - Heidi Steinmeyer should not work in any customer service fields. When I was there she treated every phone call like she was irritated at them and saw her grabbing things aggressively.
As a business owner myself who owns a few lots, it was my test to see if Maaco could have been the company to go to. With her there, you proved that I would not step into a Maaco store.

Terrible terrible terrible company. Bait and switch will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau in the attorney general for North Carolina attempts to inflate charges with insurance and simple walk ins. Tried to charge me $100 just to paint a back spoiler that goes on a window. Attempted to charge me $900 to paint one side of my car. But yet send email saying that they're having a sale. A woman was in there today and was offended also because a representative told her that she would not have a lifetime warranty without insurance and then that was corrected. You have nothing but Crooks working in this location and they are going to be reported to the authorities the location I am speaking about is located on South Boulevard in Charlotte North Carolina South Boulevard Charlotte North Carolina

Liars and thieves. How many times do you have to take a car back before they get it right? Pearl City Hawaii Maaco you should be ashamed. Unfortunately for you I'm not letting this go. Get ready for action line the BBB the Attorney Generals office follow up in the newspaper to the story 3 years ago Mr. THORNTON you said when you took over you were going to make it right. Have you been over there checking things out? Why didn't you answer my call? And Maaco corporate over 34 minutes of your bad music and I finally just hung up. If anyone is interested in filing a class action suit against these thieves throw up a comment.

My daughter was in an auto accident and she had her 4 yr old son with her. Her suv was towed to Maaco in Fresno, CA. Upon arriving at Maaco her son had to go to the bathroom and the manager Greg would not let him use the restroom. He said it wasn't ada compliant. He told her to go to Taco Bell a block away. She had her suv taken elsewhere and we have told everyone we know about her son not being able to use the restroom. I am also going to write a letter to our local paper. I suggest the the Fresno Maaco become ADA compliant. Everyone I know in the auto repair business has a restroom for the clients because there is always a waiting time. Ridiculous !!!!!!

I went to the store#m1385 on May 8th they said my bumper and it will be ready in 2 days when I went back to get them they had paint the inside of the door and forgot about the outside of the door they called me back in like 5 days when I got there I saw that they had put on the wrong color I asked him really nicely to Painted over but they refused I'm ready to satisfy from the service their rudeness and on top of that they made me to pay cash why they have charged my card once before when I said I had never got the service in this country they said this is not the u.s. is India I have I have this on tape if you want to look at it I've had used Maaco before and I was very happy with the services that's why I went to the store please follow the situation because I'm going to pursue this matter in a court of law

Disapointed did not complete job as promised. The worse part I was charged top dollar. Took car in clean picked up dusty. Probably hoping I wouldn't noticelack of promised repairs. WOULD NOT RCOMMEND PONTIAC MI SHOP

Took to MAACO in Lawrenceville Ga. The said we would have the car finished in three days. It took nine days and had to paint it over 3 times. Never called to let us know what was going on. Will never go back again.

I had the worst experience ever at a Maaco body shop located 1460 Prospect St. Trenton, NJ 08638
Salesman was very rude and disrespectful.
No customer service at all.
I urge any and all to not give them your business!!!
