I have been trying to contact LivingSocial for several weeks. I keep getting put on hold they say there is a one hour wait time. But after I have waited about 45 minutes, I am disconnected. This is happened many times. I have voucher that is about to expire and I have a serious question about it. I have been extremely happy with LivingSocial up until this. I am concerned that I will not be able to use the voucher because of lack of communication. Please respond to this message and help me out.

On Sunday June 20th I attempted to apply a promo code that had just been posted that day for a hotel it continually would not allow me to apply the promo code so I went out of that screen later on that same day I attempted to apply the same current promo code to another hotel deal for 2 days again it would not accept it so I just left the screen. Checking my emails a couple hours later I find out it charged me for all three hotels when I never pushed the "buy" button! I then requested a refund assuming it would be credited back to my credit card account since it fell along the guidelines of requesting a refund and then some now I noticed that it has credited my account with Deal Bucks which I did not want and I have spent hours in the last four days trying to reach LivingSocial only to get the same recording that it will be 15 minutes and I have held at times for 45 minutes. The other customer service number is not valid any longer now it appears I am out $300 to my credit card and I am pissed!

Your phone number is no longer effective. I made a purchase today and did not get my 15% discount as there was no place prompted to put the code. Please adjust my Massage Voucher price by 15% and send an email when done. Thanks.

Your. customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention that your customer service contact numbsers DON'T WORK. Never have had smeome to answer your contact numbers. You advertise your contact times are M-F 8am t 6pm EST but yet to get someone r answer the darn phone. What a we to run a large business like this.

Living social is HORRIBLE! Waited on hold OVER 1 hour FOR THREE TIMES! then finally got thru and was told it was a phone problem. Everytime I kept holding the ph would get disconnected. Call the 202 area code number. one doesn't work!

I purchased a voucher for Nikki Rileys Photography. I went paid over $400 for photographs that I never got. I called and emaied them. I then tried to call Livingsocial to advise them to stop peomoting this company but they never answer the phone....

Called and was on hold for over an hour. Didn't get any help and after being on hold for that long the call mysteriously hung up. What a waste of time and effort.

Horrible, horrible I have been trying to get C's for 3 months in regards to a voucher I purchased and cannot use. I was promised a refund 3 times. Never again will I purchase from them I'll stick to Groupon.

I've been trying to do a refund for several days now. The option doesn't appear on my voucher as it should so, instead, I'm referred to the refund Help Page. That shows a number that is, of course, only available during work hours. Then, when calling during work hours, I find that the number is disconnected. EVERYTHING on their website points to a disconnected phone number. I searched for several other phone numbers online (other sites), but all just ring with no answer.

I went to a person by the name of Carla who has a posting for Brazilian, balayage, and other hair salon services. She is located in Fullerton salon named "Salon Technique" off of Harbor. Not only did she not honor the living social price, she doubled it.
My hair looks the same no color. She took no responsibility for the horrible results. She told me to come back and said she would re charge me to add more color. On top of that she was trying to convince me that she could do the "Brazilian blow out" in an hour. Really?
She also had the nerve to ask if I wanted change back, which would have left her with a $60 tip!
I am very unhappy with the results and don't recommend her services.

Unbelievable amount of wait time.. its been over 30 minutes waiting no one in customer support picks up the phone. I recommend NOT using ever living social.

20 minute wait time...I thought OK maybe really busy. I have been waiting 30 minutes and still no answer. I called back and still the same thing. This is why I will be deterred to order anything else at Living Socials. I just purchased a certificate back in March 2016 & I just went to get it to make an appointment and use it, and it states that the voucher expired December of 2015? How is that possible? What the heck....

I purchased a home duct cleaning and a dyer hose cleaning and it doesn't show up on my vouchers but if you go to you web site and put in home duct cleaning and dryer hose cleaning it said I have already paid for one of each. I can not get a voucher to print. I WANT A VOUCHER FOR WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR OR A REFUND! We waited 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer me. I want someone to contact me.

Wrong room given standard not executive as stated no wine at meal. Only realised not executive when checking out and seen room opposite getting cleaned. Told hotel on check out and was told it was a executive which it clearly isnt by their website.
