Pulled into the drive thru line at 9:22 pm at the Highland Springs Virginia Lil Caesar's . One car in front of me . Finally got to the order speaker at 9:42. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes more and absolutely NOTHING. Meanwhile two young men without shirts on , roll a cart by me with 20 pizzas headed to the dumpster. I ask what's going on and their reply was ," I dont think they're making no more pizzas" I'm like HUH??? I pull around to the window about as pissed as I can be already been here for 30 + minutes at this point . I pull up to the window and look in , all the lights are basically off and there's some lazy employee just sitting there scrolling through her phone , oblivious there's 8 cars in line behind me . I ask her what's she's doing having to scream through the window because she wouldn't even get her lazy self up and come to the window. Hours of operation for this store are clearly stated on the front doors that this place is supposed to be open til 10 pm. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:22 with 1 car in front of me . What a joke . She could care less there's 8 more people behind me and didn't even have enough courtesy and class to at least tell the people were closed . Just leaving them back there like oh well . That's ridiculous at that brand new lip ceasars they have such ratchet half az employees. Guarantee they do this every night and I guarantee they are costing the company thousands a dollars doing this day after day and I also guarantee one day somebody's gonna come through there not quite as patient as me and put a foot in someone's az for wasting half an hour of their time . Everybody at that place needs to be fired . What a joke

Little Caesars Salina Kansas used to be top of the line always getting everything right a little bit ago they switched a lot of employees they can't get one order I have ordered right I just waited 5 minutes after I picked up my order from the pickup box for my crazy sauce and get on that The pizzas wrong you know there's a difference between thin crust and thick crust instead of getting a thin crust pepperoni I got a supreme pepperoni they have gone to hell in a handbasket I think I'll wait a few months if I'll ever come back here it's the 7th order wrong

My name is Star Hicks. I placed a order with Little Caesars on Highway 5 in Douglasville Georgia. I will never order from them again. I use my last $26 to get a meal for my children. Only for them to deliver the wrong stuff that my children can't eat I ordered this stuff through Little Caesars app but Uber Eats delivered it. The kids cannot eat this piece of them I ordered a thin crust pepperoni because my mom can't eat pizza with big bread but they gave me a pizza with all kind of junk on it and it's thick bread I ordered a stick-N cut it's a pizza that's half cheese and half pepperoni but it's light bread sticks but they gave me a bag of breadsticks which cost $3 and what I ordered cost $8 they also gave me a piece of they did not belong to me I tried calling the store about it because Uber Eats will refund my money but it takes 7 days to get it back that's all the money that I had to feed my children today I've tried calling the store and they keep answering the phone for 2 hours now hanging up every time they answer. This is bull this is so wrong in so many ways there needs to be new policies for that store they need to fire the manager that's there now and whoever they hire they need to make sure that they answer the phone I am very upset about this and I'm also upset with Uber Eats because Uber Eats needs to stop dropping off orders that don't belong to people when they place an order they should get what they ask for but that's not what ubereats does I cannot tell you how many time Uber Eats have delivered in order to my door that did not belong to me and sometimes didn't even refund the money and then sometimes they wouldn't take it back I told the man to take this stuff back I didn't want it but he would not take it back he said I had to call the store it's 7 days before I get a refund and did they tell me to call the store but the store will not answer they keep hanging up and answering actually I will be calling corporate about this and the funny thing is is I am a mystery shopper I will make sure that I do a review about Highway 5 Little Caesar and I'm also going to do a review about Uber Eats

Little Caesar's in rutland Vermont has the rudest unhuman employee's I've ever incountered. Just had a tooth pulled went to get a pizza for a family member and I was publicly imbarresed,belittled and just down right treated like a animal may I add I go there 2 plus times a week at lunch while at work looking for a new place never again will I return there unless I get a sincere apology

I just picked up a pepperoni pizza worst pizza ever very little cheese mainly in the center about 21/2 inches of sauce around only, I only get a few minutes for a lunch thought you're pizza sounded good, turned out to be wrong lukewarm

Today.july 4th 2022 I tried place order online wouldn't allow me too. I checked online to see if this particular one was open due to being holiday it said was open(Goldsboro n.c. Spence Ave ) I called twice no answer or recording. BAD BAD SERVICE

Little Caesar's at 6406 Whitehorse rd in Greenville SC is lacking management. Last 2 times we have gotten pizza from there our order was forgotten, go to drive thru to order pizza, they give me this thing and tell me when it goes off to pull back around to drive thru and my pizza will be ready, problem is it never goes off so I go back to drive thru and my order was never made because it was forgotten, the employees are just playing around and one of them were eating, I know good help is hard to find but that is ridiculous, this place had really gone down and I will not be spending my money there any longer and we ordered from there about once a week. Sad....

I ordered pizza back 6/8. Never got the delivery even though I got a text saying it had been delivered. Called immediately on 6/8 was told I was being issued a refund. It is now 6/23 and I still don't have my money back. Just got off the phone with a rude supervisor named Aungeli' who hung up. She informed me I will probably have to wait an additional 48hours for MY MONEY!!! No customer skills at all...no customer satisfaction. Unsatisfactory!!! I will never order from Little Caesars again. By the looks of these comments a lot of other people won't be ordering anymore either!

I recently visited one of your locations in Boaz , Alabama and was very upset to say the least. I did an online order. I waited for an hour for it to get done. Already disgusted, when I get home the pizza is barely baked with the dough white. I remember now why I had stopped eating there.

The Hartsville SC location is absolutely atrocious! I placed an order online at 445. It still was not ready at 530. The pizza boxer handed my order to another persons who came in much later than I did. The store is filthy. It is understaffed. There were no hot and ready pizzas there for the 7 people in front of me.

Yes I made my order he told me to wait for the order in my truck after 30 minutes I walked in he said he forgot my order then gave me pizza ? hard as a brick the one in Woodstock Alabama

Beware, they will take your money and refuse to give you your pizza. My son went thru the drive thru earlier today, paid for his pizza and was told it would be about 5 minutes. He was told to pull around and someone would bring the pizza out. 25 minutes later, he went back thru the drive thru, with receipt in hand and explained the situation. Thinking they had just forgotten and would get his pizza. Oh no, not what happened. He was told there was no mention of anyone waiting and if he wanted a pizza, it would be another $5.00. Wait, what?!! Did I mention he was the only car parked right at the front door facing the employees. Something similar happened to me at the same location. They actually closed and tried to lock the door on me after making me wait at the front door. WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING HERE!???

Hey I've been eating little ceasers pizza for 20+ years I've went to one of your locations which is 7486 Augusta rd Piedmont sc 29673 the last two times I've been there I've taken back the pizza the first time the pizza was sloppy and under cooked this last time I made sure the pizza was good enough to eat but didn't check the bread. Got home the bread is under cooked I have pictures too prove how bad it is! If I owned a store and had workers serve garbage like this the wouldn't be working much longer! Like it was so bad I'm leaving this comment!! Like I said I've taken pictures if you are interested in seeing how bad it is

I am tired of the commercial where everyone is crowded in the room with their stuffed pizza. It just makes me think of the Ukrainians that have been crammed in basements, dying, sleeping upright etc. Now they have added the subtitles about "Asking too many questions about a commercial universe". Just stop already

Customer service is not good the pizza that I ordered is not cooked all the way. The sign outside says an ultimate supreme pizza is 11.99 but got charged 14.99. This is the one on hwy 69 s.

I order dinner from yells location on s gessner an Westpark an I asked if they could put my pizza in a lunch size box because I'm pregnant an I got a walk back to the house an they really wouldn't try an help me compromise I even ask to pay for it they still wouldn't help me on top of I was shorted.crazy bread an Tham the cashier false advertisement saying the pizza is stuff crsut and its no where near stuffed crust pizza they only gave me 2 crazy breads an just sorry won't even help me make my load smaller an I'm 4 months pregnant an I gotta walk is just wrong won't be coming back ever an ima make sure I let everybody know don't come here because they don't care about trying to help anybody not even a pregnant lady I have a 2 liter soda I'm caring I have a lot in my Hansa this is a joke

Both stores in Waterfotd Mi are unreliable with both high mistake rate as well as unreliable product. I also tried to reach customer service a few months ago and it is staffed by people who don't care. We ended up talking about how they though Pizza Hut was better. I have done business wth them 35 years and during the last few months have found replacements

Lou.ky.order a Supreme it was OK a little undercooked but also order a mostbestoussausge pizza wasn't enough sausage for a regular pizza took it back in they were quick to make me another on got home open it it wasn't any better than the first one also a little under cooked second strike SMDH SMDH

I love Little Caesars generally, but one specific store in Pennsylvania at Union Deposit Road, their Customer Service needs alot of work. Mainly because they don't answer their telephone calls. If you happen to use their app for ordering and you find you want to cancel your order, you
Go through major issues to do just that. I
Used a wrong credit card because it was stored there,and I wanted to pay cash. After going into the store physically, the guy had no idea what to physically do to fix the issue. Train your employees or make it a capability in your app to cancel your order.

I placed an order through the Little Cesar's website on 12/31/21. They use Door Dash for deliveries, which I was not aware of. My order was never delivered. I called and received a confirmation number for a refund. Now, almost 2 weeks later after waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour one day and then leaving a message requesting a call back. Then never receiving a return call and calling back the next day to remain on hold for 40 min until someone finally answered the phone. I wanted to follow up on the status of my refund and I'm told that I will not receive a refund. They stated I entered the wrong delivery address and it could not be delivered. I assured them that I did not enter the wrong address. They asked if I still had my emailed receipt and if my address was on the order confirmation receipt. I looked and told them that no address was on the receipt besides the store address. I was told that because my address was not listed on the receipt that I can't prove I put down the correct address, therefore my refund was denied! Now how in the world do I have control over what Little Caesar's put on their receipts?? This company knows NOTHING about costumer service and obviously doesn't care if they steal from a costumer by taking money and not providing the product. I spoke to a supervisor and am now waiting for a manager with customer service to call me (which I'm sure they never will). I will NEVER order for Little Cesar's again! $54 may not be a lot of money to this company but it's a huge amount for me to spend as a special treat for me and my kids.

UPDATE: It is now over 24 hours later and I still have not received a return call. They may not ever refund my the money they stole but I will post my encounter with Little Caesar's everywhere I can so others will be aware of how this company works.
