I had to activate my new phone. I had no idea how to do it but costumer service helped 100%.
The lady was so kind, and really helped me.
She was patient enough to wait on the phone with me for my iPhone to restore which took about 25 mins (just for the restore part) checking every 3 minutes how its going. She was thee sweetest and worked my iPhone! Thanks Shayene!
One problem: You have to get through like 15 computer questions and stuff to get to Costumer Support

I think Apple's customer service is second to none... They are always friendly!!! Sometimes it takes more time but I think that's to be expected they have millions of customers. I would like to say I am a apple customer for life because of their customer service.

Worked through e-mail to resolve an issue with iTunes and the issue was fixed almost immediately. Hernan, the support person, was very helpful and even followed up the next day to ensure I wasn't having any other issues. Great experience overall.

So I'd been having a problem with the battery on my iPad so I rung up apple for some information and help. I was transferred to a lovely girl who was so kind, talked me through everything, and even waited on the phone while everything was sorting out on iTunes. I have to say it was the best customer service I'd ever had ringing up any company. I'm British and I've found most places I've rung up people are extremely moody and mean. I was transferred to a number in America, Kentucky I believe, I didn't pay for the call and the girl was ever so friendly and helpful. I couldn't speak any more highly of her, would definitely recommend ringing up technical support before going to your nearest store (in my case, I'm an hour away from mine, and the girl I'd spoken to previously from the store about advice wasn't very helpful and wasn't very nice)

I have had nothing but great service with Apple. I hope I'm not jinxing it by saying that. I had a Dell with great service too. However, MSN treated me like trash. I never got anybody that knew how to fix the bad internet service. That's the reason why I will stick with Apple.

As a customer service representative myself, I know the impact that a positive experience and a negative experience can have on a customer and their outlook on the company based on just one simple interaction. In customer service, it is rare sometimes to get a positive reason at all for calling into customer service. I would like to commend my representative that I had tonight from Apple, Candy, on her ability to not only provide service, but also to connect, provide understanding, and build rapport.

Love Apple! Their products and customer service are the best. They aren't perfect, but if you have a problem they have great support! In person at the Apple stores. Love the Genius bar! They've helped me many times over the years and have always been super great!

I have had to contact them twice regarding faulty charger and broken earphone on the iphone 5 and both times received excellent service.Both items came the next day with prepaid bag to return the faulty items. The only company I have had recent dealing with to be so efficent.

Despite my skepticism and admidsty desperation to get phone back up and running iPhone 4 I was admittedly quite impressed. After about 90 min of this and that that and this the support team got me out of recovery mode and a factory set phone. I couldn't have asked for better service. A lesson I learned us write down your serial number in a safe and retrievable place. Kudos!

Hi, My name is Jeannine and I just want to let you know how grateful I am to your customer support advisors. There was one in particular, Rhea, I think she was a senior advisor in the accounts department. She was very kind and patient with me. Actually, all the support workers I spoke to were amazing. There was absolutely no waiting time when calling the iphone support line and they operator was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed! (Also the music when they put me on hold was actually good and relaxing.)

I was in your store yesterday and met the nicest young lady that helped me as soon as I walked in, she did not pass me on to someone else her name was Diana Steffen, she resolved all my issues and was very patient with me she helped me set up my itune account and explained how it works and set up my face time with my 7yr old ipod so we can face time when iam in the hospital and set it up so we have different accts, She spent almost 30 min. and did not show any frustration I was really surprised on how she maintained her self and her enthusiasum on showing me how the Iphone all works and showed me a couple of tricks on the phone. I have to say you have a well trained employee on your hands and a friendly smile on her face. Thank you for offering this service as I was hesitant on getting the Iphone as I had the Droid before.

I needed help with changing my Apple ID on my iPad. The help I received was excellent. Also, the Apple rep followed up with an email providing helpful links regarding Apple ID. Also, he took my phone number to call me in case we got disconnected. I could not have asked for better service.

I had called yesterday to find out about an issue with an iTunes card. The first person I talked to was not helpful and in fact hung up on me. I called back to get my issue resolved and told them what had happened previously. The second agent got her supervisor so they could hear about the customer service I had received previously. The manager told me that my issue would be looked into. Today I received an Apple travel mug and Apple pen by FedEx. A simple apology would have worked but Apple went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much to Neil for being helpful and making sure my satisfaction was number one!! I will definitely continue with Apple because of this experience!

I have an IPod 4th gen. I bought it in Nov 11 as a gift to my wife and everything was fine until recently, when the device failed to charge. I took it back to the shop i purchased it from (PC World) who were pretty useless, other than to tell me the connector pins did not appear to be damaged. I was advised to contact their 'out of warranty service'. Instead, i chose to telephone Apple. I appreciated that the device was out of warranty, but wanted guidance as to what might be the issue and the expected cost of repair (considering it was only 16 months old).I total, i spoke to 4 different people. All were extremely polite and it felt that they actually CARED that i was having difficulty with the product. My experience with them was first class. and it doesn't end there. Whereas i only wished for advice and direction, the outcome far exceeded my expectations. They felt that, due to the age and circumstances, i should return to them the ailing IPod and they would send me a new one! Well done to Apple for going the extra mile.

Purchased an AppleTV in Jan to work alongside our new MacBook Pro. Unit worked great at first then started having problems. Retd to the Apple Store where they replaced it even though we had gone past the 14 day deadline. Unfortunately had the same problem with the 2nd unit (too bad as this is a sweet product, could be a really great). Thought for sure we were going have a hard time getting a refund since we were past the 14 day deadline. But when we retd to the Apple Store, they tried for almost an hour to fix the problem. In the end, no qualms were made about refunding us in full - they just want us happy :) All staff have been helpful and have gone out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. So glad we switched to Apple. Never got this kind of service from any past PC purchases that's for sure.

We have had superior Customer Service support from Apple. Purchased a MacBook Pro Xmas 2012 and paid the $99 for the One on One support. Well worth the $$. We've been to 5 sessions and have learned a ton of info at each one. Great knowledgable staff. So glad we switched to Apple.

Graphics processing unit (video card) died on my 2008 Macbook Pro. This was a known issue with the video cards on many similar models that year, but my model was never recalled. They seem to have set up a good bargain nonetheless, $310 flat rate and they will return the computer to original working condition. For my case that meant a new logic board (normally a $800 repair) and they even replaced my LCD screen (dead pixel), keyboard, and all the hinge that connects the screen to the rest (it was loose). Great deal, it was done in one day, and the service was very painless and friendly.

Last night I called up Apple because I could not download my photos from my computer to my ipad. I talked to a kid out of Ft Lauderdale by the name Chaszmeque. I have owned 3 business through out my life and I tend to be rather on the cynical side. This kid "Chaz" was the nicest, considerate, most polite rep I have ever talked to. I am an older fellow. I know very little about computers and Ipads. I kept messing up while he was talking me through it. I got so frustrated because of my limited knowledge, I offered to hang up and call another night. He kept reassuring me that we would correct the problem I was having and was as patient as he could have been. I did not plan on getting the maintenace contract from Apple but after talking to this kid, I am going to enroll. I never thought too much of Apple but I now have a new respect for the company. You should give Chaz an " attaboy". He did a good job for me and for the company. John

I had a number of charges placed on my credit card, even though I do not even own an apple product. Upon further review with the help from Apple, my $100+ was refunded and they began an investigation after closing the account using my card. They were very friendly and showed concern to my issue. Thank you!!!

I had brought Mac Book in 2010 along with the Extended 3 yr warranty ($249). Within 3 years, I have got 3 parts in mail (bottom case, 2 charges) and have visited the apple store 2 times to replace parts ( Keyboard, Display screen, Battery). All my experience have been very very pleasant. Service was always great and no hassle. I am amazed by thr customer service. They replaced my battery even when it was not covered under warranty. when time comes to replace my Mac book - i would definitely buy one more apple product.
Whenever you buy a Apple product, I highly advice people to buy there extended service plan. Its totally worth it.
