Best cable and quickest Internet I've ever had by far! I don't understand where all these negative reviews are coming from! I am shocked that all of you that are not satisfied on here have had a bad experience! I do admitt at first when I ordered my service the day of its availability in my area it was a bit frustrating during the installation! But as soon as everything was in and working I've had no problems or delays with cable tv or fast Internet! If you order the service right when it's available you might have some problems at first. It's just like anything else gotta work the bugs out of everything but it's worth the wait! All other cable services do not offer promotions like AT&T does! After other service promotions run out that's it! With AT&T they offer discounts nd promotions the entire time you are a customer it never ends! So I'm satisfied with everything about AT&T uverse and also if you bundle your bill including wireless that's another discount added to your service! Comcast cant do that!! Nobody else can do that! I recommend going or staying with uverse!!

Whatever trouble we had with AT&T U-Verse was totally fixed. We have no problems with this service.

Fantastic customer service and my problem was quickly resolved. I said I was having problems connecting to the internet and the very friendly and apologetic gentleman on the phone said they would send someone out to fix the problem. The tech arrived that same afternoon and it is problem solved. Called at 2pm and problem completely fixed by 7pm sameday! Amazing! Definitely beats Verizon hands down!

I've consistently had good customer service from ATT U-verse for the 1.5 years I've had it. I have called several times to ask for promotions or for billing questions. I am always satisfied in the end and usually get an awesome promotional deal. It's never takes more than 5 minutes to connect. I never have interruptions in service or other issues.

I was talking with a customer service rep by the name of Jessica. She was very friendly for the fact that I was trying to discontinue using AT&T because of the high cost I was paying each month. Instead of her dismissing me and not caring she showed much empathy and transfer me to another department. I am waiting on the line with that person now but just that was good customer service that was rendered to me.

A person named melissa in the Port Huron, Mi office was absolutely wonderful to me. She couldn't have been more pleasant, she
was very articulate and polite. Not to mentioned she solved all my problems. Thank you Melissa

I had a tech by the name of Josh Stem come out and work on my uverse. Prior I had several that came out and did not help at all. Josh took the time to really find the problem and he fixed it. I was on the edge of dropping my uverse. So far everything is great. He is a wonderful uverse tech and ATT shoud be proud to have him on there side

I honestly don't know what everyone's complaining about. I had AT&T for 8 years, then moved and got a new customer deal, reward cards, EXCELLENT service including a 6-hour on-time installation in a very tricky house to wire. Their customer service department spent a lot of time getting me the best possible deal, and delivered.
It seems that only the malcontents bother to write in to these forums.

This is the only time I have ever tried to call uverse. My husband had a positive experience earlier and supposedly a technican will be out tomorrow. I have very little time to relax and watching my recorded shows are VERY important to me. the technican I spoke to was friendly, informative, and patient. She talked me thru the process of trouble shooting from her end. I wanted to avoid a tech coming out and thought maybe I could fix it on this end. She was great and from the list of unsatisfied customers I feel fortunate to have had a positive one and hope for a good outcome.

I spoke with Henry, a customer service rep, when I saw that my bill had increased by almost $20 without any notification. This is not the first time this had happened. I explained my situation to Henry, and admittedly, I was very frustrated and borderline angry. Henry, on the other hand, remained professional, even when I did not. He explained my charges, and ended up giving me a credit for my next bill and doubling the speed of my internet free of charge. He also decreased the charges for my HBO/Cinemax (which is what caused my bill to be so high). I commended Henry for his work and he brushed it off and said that was his job. He did his job very well. He definitely kept me a customer this time around.

I had no problems getting through to customer service and cancelling our phone, internet and U-verse service. The rep could not have been more pleasant. Of course, she offered me the opportunity to change my mind, but was pleasant when I was firm about our decision. Nothing bad to say about my experience of calling to cancel service.

supposed to get service this saturday, but got a letter in the mail saying that i might need to pay a deposit. i called, some asian sounding woman told me that i would need to pay 100 before the install date, and to do it online. the website didnt work, so i called back, and this woman (who kept repeating she was from san antonio) talked to her sup and said i dont have to pay any deposit, and my install is still set up for saturday...Hopefully she's right, i would hate to start off my service on a sour note. and also i would hate to not get service. fingers crossed!

Contact help was right on the money. I used the telephone number listed above and got a non-person. The non-person reset the unverse TV and it still wouldn't come on. Finally I was able to transfer to a real person and the un=verse box was reset and came on in just a few minutes. Very satisfied!

I have to admit I'm suspect of their process...at the end of the call they ask something like "if you were to be asked if you received great service today, would you be able to say yes" to which I replied that I would.

The next day I received an automated call to ask me to complete a survey. I wonder if they're only asking people who answer yes to complete these!

Seems a but suspicious to me, though I guess I should be relieved that they care and are focusing on this. Their service on previous occasions has been absolutely horrible!

The funny thing is people don't ever seem to realize happy customers don't come to these kinds of sites to leave reviews because they aren't online looking for support. The service has been good for me, they fixed any issues we have had promptly. Good prices as well

I've had AT+T Uvserse for almost two years. No problems with setup and the service is wonderful. Never had any issues with billing and I recieved my 200$ gift card on time. I highly reccomend their services.

We needed to get our new remote connected. We had a gentlemen named Preetam from technical support, that had the patience of
an angel. It took almost an hour to get both
pieces to work together, he worked patiently with my husband. I just want him to be recognized. Mrs. R. Florez

I have been an AT&T Uverse customer since it became available in my neighborhood (63139) abd for the most part like the service. However last year and again this year (4/9/12 - 8/10/12) I will not receive a total of 20 STL Cardinal games because of some petty disagreement between AT&T and FSM.
This is getting old and since I pay AT&T over $200 per month for my phone, internet and Uverse services, I expect more than what I'm getting. I think I should get a refund for the games I missed last year and appear to be missing again this year. The very least should be a credit issued to my account for these games that were not shown because the two sides couldn't come to an agreement. The customer (me) is getting screwed. Please respond to this complaint and let me know what you are going to do for your customers.

I guess I am one of the few people who are happy with there uverse service. Yes, we had our share of making calls and waiting times when a storm hits and everything goes out, we even had to get the service guy come over to fix everything when an outage ramsacked the whole neigborhood. we got our service back in a short amount time. if you call any company you are being put on hold and every company has its doooziieeess of people we have to talk to. People when I read your comments I though I was at work ........... Folks sit back and think, go over your package and look what you ordered, maybe there is something in there you don't want, get rid of it, you get money taken off your next bill.

We had a great experience with Susan in bundling are AT&T services


The tech who installed was very nice and helpful (except for tracking in mud) at time of instalation but after he left the picture went out on out TV. After several calls (which he requested we call if any problems) he said it must be the DVR and was to send another tech with new one. We waited rest of day and next morning noone showed and could not get a call back call from either the installer or his manager. This to me shows the negitive attitude of I did my job and not my problem from here.
Fortantly when we called techincal service we were helped by a super guy and only took the resetting of the power on DVR to get things rolling again.
What is the number one complaint about most companies in the good old USA.
Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service should starts at the very intial contact and ongoing. This keeps a good relationship for all.

Just got off the phone with a rather pleasant ATT customer service rep. I was having issues with my gateway router dropping wireless devices randomly. (We have like 13 between the Iphones, ipads, ipods, imacs, etc) I called from my office as I don't trust the connection from the house, and she was able to reboot and reset everything back to how it should be.
No offense out there, but I'm usually wary when a girl answers the phone in tech support. But she knew her stuff and had pleasant conversation while waiting for the reboot. And, now that they have confirmation that they did this, if I have more issues, they will replace it. And she even told me that the new modem was a newer better-performing unit. (Im on my second one now anyway, so I believe they are aware of the first one's shortcomings.) Mine is black and silver but the new ones are all black in case you are wondering at home which one you have. We'll see if it's fixed or not, but at least this ONE time, I had good customer service.

I am a uverse subscriber and has been since its inception in my area,I have never had any major problems, and the one problem I did have was resolved in less than 20 minutes by customer service I have the U450 package and I think the 45m internet, how ever I did not convert my land line service be cause I was to by the technician about some of the problems. I have referred several of my friend to uverse and they are happy that they made the switch.

In August of 2010 I switch from regular ATT internet acess to a uverse bundle. The rep at my door said that my old service would be canceled once my new service started. Well ATT continued to charge me in addition to my Uverse charges. I made repeated attempts to get them to rectify this. The long and short of this is, they took it to collections and have something on my credit report even though my bills show a seamless transition to their Uverse service. As a company their strategy stinks. The sad news is I have no problem with the new service. If this can't be resolved I will leave Uverse on principle. Why won't Uverse help with their own company issue. I have not missed a payment.
