Every time I do a will call I end up waiting up to 1 hour just to get my order. These is not aseptable

I work at a nursing home, we get a delivery every week from these guys. driver is terrible, destroys walls with pallets bad attitude. Driver last week left 4 pallets in the middle of the hall blocking fire exit. A real smart guy.

Driver blocked exit at my office building/ parking garage 2701 Rocky point drive in Tampa. When I asked him to pull up 10 feet ....he swore at me repeatedly. I called and spoke to someone to complain and texted license plate picture. I received no apology or follow up call back.

I am so upset with this company. In the most of summer heat, they have drivers waiting in the sun for paperwork for hours. Been here ON TIME since 8 am. It is now almost noon. When someone has a heatstroke out here in Florida, you are the blame.
