Ordered a XBOX Western Digital Harddrive 10 days ago, found out from USPS that they never received it. They never notified me their employee's lost it. Then informed me I could pay out of pocket to buy it, while I wait another 9 Days for a refund. Or I could wait another 9 days for it to ship. Was supposed to be 3 day shipping. They never notified me their employee's lost it. I contacted USPS, who notified me they never received it to ship. Still battling with customer service. I asked for them to ship it next day air they refused, i asked to pick it up in store, they refused. I asked to get a Seagate instead of a Western Digital they refused. I asked to get a coupon since 3 days turned into 18 they refused. You get the picture. After all this I still don't have a resolution because I'm not getting a 600% increase in shipping speed for a hard drive that was 20 minutes away taking 18 days, when their the ones who lost it. They can at least give me some reward points.
