I've had to deal with Fujitsu (PFU) customer service for an HHKB with unresponsive keys the whole left side is non functional currently. We're talking about an above $400 CAD piece of hardware with supposedly a 2 year warranty. Well guess what they won't respect that warranty and I found out the hard way after using HHKBs for over a decade now without any problem the day I actually needed to use that warranty they did everything in their power to stall me and waste my time for days I've been trying to get a shred of support and I got nothing. They can't even track the hardware they're selling you in their system properly. After a decade of use and the 6th HHKB I've owned I'm never buying another Fujitsu product again or approving a business purchase of a Fujitsu order again not even their scanners.. It comes down to principle at this point and I'm not gonna beg them to honor their warranty after days of back and forth calls, emails it's not worth the time and energy.
