older model 20 volt blower...when on high sometimes it stops blowing....low speed is ok....do you think switch is bad....thank you

I have had no problem contacting worx they have been helpful and easy to deal with BUT.... I purchased an impact wrench it failed after using it twice. No problem they sent a new unit BUT new unit didnt work. I am now on my 5th replacement that does not work. WX272l.9
Next tool that does not work circular saw WX 520L again sent me a replacement and again it does not work
Purchased the worx hydroshot a few years ago. Not bad. Then the hydro started losing its pressure. Thought it might be the nozzle, so I purchased a new one. Still had pressure issues even with a full battery using the bottle adapter. Was told by tech support to prime the unit for 2 minutes using the water hose. Still that didn't work once putting it to the bottle adapter. Basically told I was screwed, but they'd be more than happy to sell me a new one! I have other pressure washers to hook up to the hose which have more power. The convenience of a portable washer is what sold me on this. Shame on them for not backing their product.
I started to change som of my tools to wireless. I chose to go with WORX.
After purchasing a few tools U noticed that it is near impossible to reach customer relation if there is any. because of these poor service standarts I decided to look elsewhere and buy different brand tools.
Love your products, my husband bought string for the weed wacker, on May 29 2022, but have not received it. Fedex said it would be here on June 2, then texted me again said it would come on the 3rd. We never got it. I have deleted the message from fedex by mistake so I called them and I needed a tracking number which I don't have. Could you please help me with this
Worx is the worst their products are cheap they are not worth it. I say spend a little bit more and get a better quality product. And as far as ordering batteries from them they're never in stock and the one I did order is in stock and I still haven't got it and they don't answer their phone so I can't find out the status on where my battery is. so I got a $90 battery sitting out in limbo somewhere
I purchased the 40V power share trimmer (WG183 ) and now on me third spool of line and for the life of me can't get it to auto feed the line, having to do it manually every 10 minutes, what the hell, this is getting so aggravating.... And the trimmer starts to surge like its trying to cut off even with fresh batteries....far cry from the 32V trimmer I had for about 5 years!!!!
Have bought many times from them but when you have a problem....GOOD LUCK! Very difficult (if not impossible to reach) sometimes for days or weeks.....Website is also poor. They have free spools for life but good luck if you have more than 1 trimmer because you can't figure out how to ask for the specific trimmer spools..
I have been trying to get ahold of these people for over 2 weeks! They called back days later and it goes to voicemail you try to call the number and it's disconnected. You do chat and they say they'll call you back in 10 to 15 minutes and they never call back. Chat doesn't work! Voice mail doesn't work! The damn trimmer doesn't work! Worst customer service I've ever had! Worse than Comcast, AT&t, United healthcare, and everyone else! Terrible!
Try to see if I still get warranty on my product my cap broke off and I run out of spool so I had to ordered cap can't wait for someone to call me back they say they call me my phone didn't ring and they a message really then went chat wait over 20 minutes no one responded leave a message no one again its all a joke this is my last order because the trimmer I have to spend more money than I'm saving better off going and buy something better thank you worx for your help
Worx has great tools, best. But customer service is lacking a great deal. I want to return a product that has problem. The battery sticks in charger. Have called numerous times all get recordings. They called back but i not available. All I want is label to return. No printer. So can not do. Sent emails. What am I to do?
I was just about to order the combo pack advertised on tv. I thought I better check some reviews first and glad I did! What horrible reviews I read! I'm so glad I didn't order anything from you guys! What a shame! If you guys spent more time worrying about your current customers and not wasting millions on infomercials you might find business more profitable in the long run! You're only as good as your worst complaint!!!
I love the WORX tools I own. Good luck with Customer Service and any type of timely response though. The only way to contact them is through P.O. Box or a phone number. Was on hold for over 57 minutes. The message kept saying my wait time might be longer than 10 minutes. Had to leave. Called back 15 minutes later and got a "hold your place in line" option. Should have gotten that the first time. I needed to cancel an accidental order that happened during a webpage freeze. They finally called by back after 2 hours. By that time, both orders had shipped. I am now out the $173.45 for the second order until the return process is complete. No idea how long that will take!
im so upset todayi ordered a gt trimmer which supposedly was shipped august 20 to find out today it never shipped wow 26 dollars shipping rip off now I find out my order will ship in 24-48 hrs I asked for shipping asap and was told nope wow ive given my all to worx but gotta admit this is it I brag to people about worx but this did me in I cant believe that it cant be shipped overnight after waiting this long guess david the sales man was in a hurry to go home oh well lots more choices next time
I recently purchased a worxs 10 in blade pole saw model wg309. Had difficulty discharging oil to the saw. I disassembled the saw and found that the filter that the oil passes through was to large. It would not allow oil to pass. So i removed filter and now the chain gets the oil it needs to run. And it runs great!
i bought the 56 volt leaf blower, LOVE IT works great, i use to blow snow off the car in the winter cleaned off 10 inch snow was amazed, also bought gutter cleaner attachment i find that blower needs shoulder strap its heavy after while and the gutter cleaner pipe need adjustable handle ---over all very pleased
I absolutely LOVE all my Worx products! They are easy to put together and so easy to use. I have always had Great customer service also. We are always looking to see what is new that we don't have yet that we need to get. I am constantly telling our 7 children that they need to buy them. I especially love my trimmer and everytime I am working in my yard and the neighbors are out working on theirs i show off how light my trimmer is compared to their heavy trimmers! lol
I Bought My Husband A 18v Hammer Drill For A Present.he Used It To Do A Decking Job In Our Garden.he Put Aprox 400 Screws In All.it Did Not Relent.that Was 2 Years Ago And Use For Other Jobs Thereafter.the Chuck Got Stuck And Would Not Release. I Phone Up Worx.a Nice Young Lady Told Me What To Do To Send It Back. I Followed Her Instructions.the Courer Came On Time To Pick It Up.10 Days Later A Parcel Arrived,a New Drill.we Are Over The Noon With The Service.the Whole Replacement Never Cost A Bean.wonderful Good Old Fashion Service.highly Recommend The Drill And The Firm, Will Buy From Them Again And Again.
I have the power trimmer and 2 battery packs. the problem is the difficulty to change the packs to the charger. It is made so that your hand has to fit around the battery while trying to press the 2 side to side buttons. YOu say that women can manuver however i strongly doubt that. I difficulty wrapping my hands while pressing the buttons for detachment. It is too big. why isnt there a separate button designed the pop up the battery for detatchment. As of now it is total humbug and hassle to take off. You should have a design that can accommodate all sizes of hands and a better design of less effort and more ingenuity.
I purchased a Worx cordless electric lawnmower last summer through Amazon. I used it twice and then the battery wouldn't take a charge. I called Worx. The service menu had a separate choice for battery problems. The operator didn't ask for any explanation, but had a new battery sent out which arrived within a week. When this battery also failed to hold a charge, I called again. This time they sent me out another new battery and a new charger and a return label to send back one charger and one battery. With the new charger everything worked well. I sent back the failed charger and battery and have had no problems since. The people I dealt with were unfailingly polite, pleasant and helpful.
