FarCry survey, I was emailed an opportunity to take a survey for FarCry, which I did play and enjoyed. But . . . the survey starts with "agree to this, agree to that" NO, I don't think so, I was not there to steal your "stuff". The day I have to agree to legal jargon that requires a lawyer to review, is the day I don't take a survey. Good luck with that !
I face bugs through ubisoft more often than any other game company I've used, it is singlehandedly the least caring company, as well as having the worst customer service I've ever seen. Out of gaming, shopping, dining, and any other category I can think of, Ubisoft is the worst customer service all together.
Bought AC Valhalla on xbox series s, downloaded it but it would crash as soon as i started trying to play the game, going straight to xbox main screen. I scour the internet trying all the fixes before considering messaging ubisoft.
But I set up a ticket, get a reply within the day and they ask if it goes to main screen or if it comes up with an error code. So i message back and say it crashes straight to xbox main screen. I dont hear from them for a few days despite me trying to make more contact.
Then i get another 'ubiname' person asking "does it play on your xbox one?" I dont own an xbox one, never have and never said anything about xbox one. I reply saying that and said if they cant find and/or fix the problem then i'll take a refund as ive not been able to play it at all. Dont hear from them again despite several attempts to contact them for almost 3 weeks.
Just got a message from yet another 'ubiname' saying "you need to make space and download it onto your xbox" ... like??? That is the first and most basic thing that you have to do to even get to the title screen mate, of course ive already done that like wtf??? So i have a game that ive owned for a month that i havent been able to play and it doesn't look like i can get either a fix or a refund :/
I get that there have been a lot of people let go recently but it looks like ubisoft customer support has sucked for a while now and nothing has gotten better. I just wish i knew all this before buying the damn game.
Not only can I no longer log into my Ubisoft account, but I also receive zero emails from them in any attempt to log in again. Also their support contact is only open from 9am to 11am ET. How is that even possible? Now I cant play ranked on R6 because if this disastrous customer support.
I cannot get a hold of any customer support. 7am - 11am... only 2 hours in the morning?!? Are you kidding me?!? They claim they sent me an email with codes for 2 step verification, but I don't even remember signing up for it since I've had such bad experiences in the past with other networks and now I can't sign in after having to reinstall google authenticator. There is no way to recover your account and this is why I wouldn't have signed up for 2-step since I had the same experience with PSN. Absolute crap.
I contacted about a lost purchase when their servers went down for 10 hours. First response wanted me to verify my account. Which I did. Fortunately the next day I responded that I had followed their directions because after sending me that message they placed my ticket as resolved. 5 days later I get another message telling me if I have any more problems to open another ticket. They never even addressed the money I spent and lost and just cancelled my ticket. Complete trash
Not only Am I months into a ticket that has yet to be resolved (3 months and a few days).
But it's been 4times now that they refuse to process my request because they are not able to properly review my attached proof of purchase, I reuploaded the pictures each time and they always have a sh*t reason to say it's my fault. (It's uploading a png file it's not ******* rocket science)
Its bad enoug hthey reduce their live chat available hours to just 9am to 11 am EST (2 hours a day?? really?) btu whats worse is, when they dont even adhere to THAT ! its now 9:54 am and still the chat tab is shadowed out not allowing me to open a window. Cannot gain access to my account and cannot get any response from indirect requests such as a ticket or otherwise. Garbage
Bro my account was hacked, and I cant even contact them about it, only from 2pm to 4pm? Like really? Sh!ttiest company ever, I'm glad I only have a free sh!t game on this acc I never even played. F@ck this bullsh!t company, I'll never get anything from this bots. They don't give a sh!t about you, just want your money. Wish I looked them up sooner, If I knew where are they from I wouldn't even make an account.
I had several issues with my games and always contacted ubisoft support and everything was resolved. It were several accounts issues, refunds, technical staff. I can´t say they are the best on the world, but they are people and they are doing their best. People in support aren´t gods and are limited by many laws (for example GDPR), conducts and more.
If something wasn´t resolved immediately a was patient or tried to research on my own. As I am reading your (mostly) negative feedbacks I would just call all of you stupid and egoistic. If you got ban it had a reason. If it takes support agents some time to respond, it has a reason too. If your account was stolen, well be happy that they are trying to get it back for you. If your PC can´t launch the game, the issues isn´t in game but in your PC.
Don´t forget, that you are not the only customer. Those agents have to respond to 2-3 live chats at once and doing research for you.
So people agree or disagree with me, but name me gaming company with better customer service. I contacted many other customer services. Service by Ubisoft Support was one of the best. In Gaming its the best for sure.
haa ubisoft you are well known for your massive games,,i liked most of your games,they are awesome and felt amazing completing your games.so i had a issue in tom clancy the division.firstly,i have seen alpha footage at e3 2013 that was amazing and detailed environment but when i played the beta in 2016 the environment was worst.so it is still beta and plz.. i want e3 type graphics on march 8th ok...if this happens all fans will feel happy and good.i think u understood my words.tc and bye..
So I had been having problems with my Tom Clancy's The Division beta code for a few days and I called the Ubisoft support team and I thought that they were great. They picked up within seconds and were on the phone with me for around 10 minutes both times and were helping me with my issue and then it was solved the second time I called. The problem was that I was underage to use my code to get the beta code and I just had to wait until I was 17.
I was able to reach Ubisoft pretty quickly via phone, and while their online "questions" section is a bit odd it worked well for me to provide support with the required info to resolve my issue. The problem was with keys purchased for Anno 2070 that did not unlock the expansion as they were supposed to.
So as far as support goes, I say it's not too shabby. Keys that don't work right though is kinda crappy.
I had a wonderful experience with Customer Service, I called referencing to the Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta because my key wasn't working, and they told me that the beta was extended to the 19th of April, but they haven't told anyone that at all, because Gamestop still thought that it was released on the 1st of April..
