Well For beginners contacting the proper people to speak about my issues has taken me through this app and still have not had the opportunity to resolve any of my issues I feel it's not the management should be a team I spent my 21st anniversary at restaurant 679 on January 19 and it was the worst I have ever experienced $50 later I think I had a cup of soda and an ice cream management did handle my situation once I spoke with him but none of his team workers seem to not care now I have visited this restaurant three prior visits and it was absolutely awesome I even spoke with the management then to let them know it was so great I had approached the manager on January 19 and explain to him what I had noticed needed to be done at his salad bar and some of his restaurant immediately handled what I said
My daughter gave me a sizzler gift card over a month ago. I went to the Sizzler in Pinole,CA close to where I live, and was told the computer wasn't working, so I couldn't use my gift card, called last week and was told computer still wasn't working. Called today, and got the same story. Do they not want to honor gift cards? Called two other sizzlers miles away, and their computers are working.
I ate at sizzlers a couple weeks ago I had soup and salad bar I went to make my salad I was eating it and I bit down on something hard I spit it out and it was a bone I fractured my tooth and broke it I told the manager and he made it seem like I did something wrong he said what do you want me to do do you want me to give you something else I said no I'm going to the dentist I had just had dental work done on my teeth so none of my teeth are fractured or broke I went to the dentist office they wrote me a paper I took it back to sizzlers they sent it to corporate I got a call from Don and he said that their insurance can't do nothing about it do you guys think they should be responsible for my tooth or should I get a lawyer
On Sunday, March 20, I went to the Sizzler in Bellflower,Ca with my two kids- 12yrs & 16yrs.
We order 2 salad bars, and a meal(Fried Shrimp w/fries). The food at the salad bar was tasteless- Spaghetti sauce was watery, Fries were over cooked, Taco meat was watery, chicken nugget were dry. After spending $62, I order chicken strips for my kids to eat since the salad bar food was not good-So I had to spend another $20. Then the chicken strips was dry and over cooked- too much oil. We will never come back. This was the worse experience
My sister and I stopped at Sizzler in Pooler Georgia and the food was very good but the manager Ryan and his server Michelle white woman with a man's haircut glasses both need to be fired. I witnessed Michelle wiping the floor with a cloth then wiping the table with the same cloth. As a server for 45 years I had to call her out on it. She did not like it she took very loudly offensive. By now all the tables around us are watching us the place was packed. Saturday night. I told my sister and she walked away that she's telling her manager again in the business 45 years that two minutes later Ryan comes to the table the manager I asked for the district managers telephone number he said quote we don't have a district manager. Being in corporate serving for so many years I knew right off the bat that was a lie. So now I'm posting this review so that people know that in Pooler Georgia has Sizzler they will wipe the floor then the table if they do that in front of a guest let alone a room for a guess what are they doing behind our backs. Like I said I've been a server for 45 years corporate train and I find this disgusting I would like a full refund of my $16 in change and I would like to see both of them fired I don't think Ryan knew who he was speaking to I know there's a district manager and I know there's a manager over him and I know that there's a c e o of Sizzler but this woman Michelle Very rudely kept arguing with me clearly she was in the wrong and she knew she was in the room but she argued with a guest I would have fired her right on the spot. So now you're here my problem and no that as long as I live I will keep telling people about Sizzler in Pooler not to eat there or at least not have Michelle for floor scrubber washes floors and the tables with the same cloth wait on them. Next time I'll spend my $16 somewhere
Hi, deeply unsatisfied with sizzler manager at Aguadilla location. One cashier, no one helping her, tables empty, long line and manager no where to be seen. I asked for manager and she told me that she only have one cashier and she could not assist because she was the only manager on site. My question is, isn't a manager first commitment to serve the customers? If only one cashier on lunch hour rush, then her skills as a manager realtor needs to improve.

I am a regular customer at Sizzlers on Walnut Avenue in Fremont. I have noticed many changes in this location and they are not good. I don't know how you can keep operating this store with all of the issues.
1 They are so short-handed that we do not get taken care of and it's unfair to the staff that is on the floor. They are working as hard as possible
2 Many servers quit, they don't keep the same staff for very long
3 We have to ask for silverware and cups. It seems like there are not enough as the servers have to go back to the dishwasher to ask for them
4 The ice cream machine always has issues lately. A majority of the time it's runny and too thin to put in a cone
5 On most of the tables salt & pepper shakers are missing
6 2 of the 3 signs outside are not lit. How can we tell that you are open?
7 Glenda is helpful and seems like the only manager that we ever see
8 The servers only give us foil for our leftovers, but at some other locations they box our food for us when we are ready to leave
I have been going to this Sizzlers with my wife since it opened a few years ago. I hope these issues can get resolved soon.

Yes I am here visiting your Manteca ca sizzler. While the service from waitress was good , my food looks delicious. However I sat down with my husband and started to feel a bit nauseous. I ate a bit of my soup but my stomachs seemed to still ache. So I asked the manager if I could have a to go container for my salad which was untouched and his response was no I should have ordered it to go but because we sat down he would be unable to accommodate us because he would have to do it for the rest of the restaurant. All I can say is my husband and I are very dissatisfied at his response and it is quite a bit unethical to compare s customer who is not feeling well to all other customers. We have been coming here weekly since their grand opening and have never had any problems. Due to his response we will not be returning . What is more, I would like to have a refund. I don't usually ever send complaints about something but my experience at Sizzler in Layton, Utah today was so disappointing. I have enjoyed Sizzler for many years. I don't know if they changed management or what. Many times I have gone there to but Salad bar to take home. I only get the greens and raw vegetables, the baked potatoes . I don't even touch all the other salads or soups or other stuff because of my diet. But I do not want to stack all those things that I get on top of each other to get soggy, etc. so first of all, the cashier told me I couldn't even get it to go. Then she asked the manager and he wasn't happy about it but said he would allow it but she was to give me ONE meal box. I told him that I didn't want to pile the food on top of each other and he rudely told her to give me 2. I made it work and then put a brownie in the small dessert box and went home to enjoy my food. The brownie was hard as a rock and not fresh at all. The salad bar was not freshen up at all. It was Bout 3:30 so maybe that time of the day, they don't freshen it up. The whole visit was just an unpleasant experience. Sorry to complain but I have always bragged about the salad bar there but things have changed.

Yesterday I went to Sizzler with my husband and my little daughter.It was our first visit at this Sizzler and after getting such a horrible service;,it�¢ï¿½ï¿½ll be my last visit as well.We ordered 2 Salad Bars on this visit.Such an unprofessional staff.Our waitress was extremely incooperative.First of all,after paying at the cashier,we sat where we like,but our waitress never came on our table for 20 mins at least.Then finally when she came,we asked her for a cheese toast and a baked potato.She said that I can bring the cheese toast,but you�¢ï¿½ï¿½ve to pay for the baked potato,because it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s not free.We said,it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s ok,we want only cheese toast.Those�¢ï¿½ï¿½CHEESE TOAST�¢ï¿½ï¿½came on our table after 30 mins.My daughter kept asking me for Cheese Toast and I kept telling her that it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s coming.We asked the waitress for extra napkins too,which she forgot to bring,so we had to remind her again.There was a stack of dirty,used plates on our table,but nobody never bother to come and pick it up.Anyways after having such an awful experience,before I was leaving,I went to the front desk and told the girl named�¢ï¿½ï¿½DEIDRE�¢ï¿½ï¿½about that horrible experience which we just had and also asked her the name of our waitress,which she told me that her name is�¢ï¿½ï¿½RUTH�¢ï¿½ï¿½.I told her about the whole experience and asked her that if I can see the Manager,but she said that she�¢ï¿½ï¿½s the Manager at the moment and no other Manager is available.I had a feeling with her response that she doesn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t want me to see the Manager or to complain about the waitress name�¢ï¿½ï¿½RUTH�¢ï¿½ï¿½,so she won�¢ï¿½ï¿½t get into trouble.She just apologized to me by saying�¢ï¿½ï¿½Sorry�¢ï¿½ï¿½and that�¢ï¿½ï¿½s it,which was very really surprising for me.As a courtesy,she didn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t even offer me anything to make an unsatisfied customer happy,even though I told her that we�¢ï¿½ï¿½re not going to come back here after having this awful experience,but she didn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t care.I�¢ï¿½ï¿½m just bringing all this into your knowledge,so you won�¢ï¿½ï¿½t get any future complaints like that.

Sizzler Number 219 Manchester and Airport Blvd two managers FRANK AND JESUS VILLAGRAN TREATED ME VERY BAD on o4/24/2017 I purchased a Lobster and Steak to go totalling $23.37. I called to have my meal replaced because the LOBSTER WAS DOUSED WITH PAPRIKA SO MUCH I COULD NOT EAT THE Lobster I threw it away. Mr Villagram Manager and his Boss Frank were very nasty to me on the phone and in person. I am 58 years old have frequented Sizzler for some 20 years but now I will never go to Sizzler again I showed my receipt also and called first. I do not appreciate spending 23.37 for bad food. Both men's behavior was rude crude and just nasty.
I took my client to Sizzler today because I heard it had improved it's service and decor. I was very impressed by the remodel. However, Brian, the manager, ruined our lunch. He came to the table and confronted me about eating my clients salad, which my client offered because he couldn't eat it after his meal. I asked Brian to step up front because he was embarrassing me in front of my client. I told him he was very unprofessional in the way he approached me. I told him I had the money but would not pay the extra $10 because of his rude and demeaning attitude. H e said he would call the police. I said that would further embarrass me so he said he would let it go this time. I told him we had been discussing bringing several of our real estate friends there but were reconsidering it now. Other restaurants beg for me to come there and treat me with respect. We were so upset we left without getting dessert. Brian either needs retraining on customer politeness or should be fired.I called ahead and the hostess said if I ended up eating my clients salad it was okay.Please share this with corporate and welcome them to the area. Me and family went to the sizzler at Provo University avenue last evening after a wedding. We got there at 9:46 we ordered our food a lot of us ordered salad bar dinner.We paid $13 and change per plate by the time we finished our first plate they had cleaned up everything on the salad bar to close.My question is if they were getting close to closing why did let us each pay $13 dollars for a salad and drink no refills no notice needless to say I wouldn't recommend anyone go there we were furious.Also the cashier rang my daughter up for a prime rib for $29 dollars which was on a special for $15 which with said bar was $29? We were all very dissatisfied with the whole ordeal.We should of been treat better.My name is Beth Draper a very unsatisfied customer service thanks for your time.
