Your company sells a wet/dry vacuum and you don't include a foam filter with it. Why do you make such a product and you don't include that kind of filter? You should just call it a dry vac instead. I suppose you sell it separately and RIP-OFF the public for more money you should be ashamed of yourself. To pay the amount of dollars that it cost there is no justification to that and on top of that it's made in China were the labor is CHEAP!

Have a nice day!

i purchased a battery operated light from home depot and filed the necessary info for lifetime warranty.I paid 19.97 plus tax for light. The light stopped working and I called ridgid to obtain a replacement. I was told no replacement existed and that they would issue a refund of (retail price) 14.50 including tax. BUYER BEWARE.If any readers of this know where I can purchase this light for 14.50 including tax, please let me know. Thanks

Purchased a Ridgid Table saw from Home depot, had to return it due to missing parts, second one had missing parts for the stand. 3rd one worked for about a week and stripped the cheap plastic bevel gears on the vertical height adjust. Registered on Ridgid.com 3 times in 3 days, kept deleting my information, spoke with customer service, said they were sending out parts, 2 weeks later called again, no parts, one month later no parts again after 3rd call. I've owned several ridgid tools, but this ends my future relationship due to their sorry customer service. Manual has no detailed parts section, website has even less, out of stock on all common parts.

I purchased a Oscillating edge belt spindle sander April 5, 2021 when putting together i found that locking knob for the spindle was not threaded a mistake from factory and poor QA i have called and emailed over and over and i cannot get a response from anyone at RIDGID i have found a replacement part from parts warehouse total $18.75 My point is no one should have to purchase a part on a new tool that has never been used. Your customer service sucks. Home Depot told me i would have to drive to the next state to do replacement.

My dad, age 81, purchased a rigid saw just over 3 years ago. He has just finished putting the 3rd new motor into it and rigid would not cover the 3rd motor under warrantee. The cost to repair the saw was $826.00 which is $200.00 more than purchasing a new one. Why was my dad tooken advantage of? I would think that if rigid backs up their warrantee, they would have given my dad a brand new saw once the second motor failed, realizing that the saw was not living up to their warrantee standards. Or is it that because of his age, they took advantage of him.

I have purchased 3 rigid power saws, model R4021 at Home Depot. Had to return them as there wasn't a blade in any of them. Very, very disappointed as I was on a job, customer was upset with me.

I'm soooooo disappointed I bought a mini drill set at Home Depot 4 months ago and yesterday my charger quit working then today the shaft on the drill broke so I look at the box that the set came in and it's made in China no wander it all broke the chinese made it . If ridgid keeps having their power tools made in China their gonna go out of business. I need this drill fixed or a new one and a new charger please I paid $129 for it .

I recently purchased a RIGID 10 inch table saw BUT it came in two huge pieces of Styrofoam™ within a large cardboard box. What can I possibly do with these 2 enormous pieces? Perhaps I can return the Styrofoam™ to RIGID so they can use it to pack another similar table saw.
More importantly, why can't RIGID use stiff cardboard or some other recyclable material for packing? The use of such an enormous amount of Styrofoam™ in just one package is almost unbelievable. RIGID - please, please work harder to save our planet.

I purchased multiple rigid tools in July 2019 and submitted all the required information for the lifetime warranty but never got an email saying that it was denied which it shouldn't have been denied in the first place but either way I didn't get the email so I can make whatever adjustments they needed. I recently purchased more rigid tools and went on to my rigid site to check the warranty on my other tools and it says that they're only covered under three year warranty instead of lifetime which is the whole reason why I purchased them. I called and tried to ask why they were denied in the first place and they said they didn't get an SKU number which is complete b******* because I sent them receipts for every single rigid product which had the SKU number on it so now they say that they can't help me because it's been over a few months. I am so heated about this because I've spent good money on their products which I actually like but their warranty is a complete scam they won't fix parts that need to be fixed when it clearly says that they're supposed to. Their customer service is garbage I would never ever purchase another rigid again in my life and I'm spreading the word as much as possible

It is now February 8th 2021. I started a warranty replacement for my 1/4 nut driver in August of 2020 and now 6 MONTHS later I have still not received any remedy. I brought the tool to the certified repair shop your organization directed me to. The Rigid customer service is absolutely the worst. I have purchased many rigid tools in the past but will never purchase one again! Your claims of standing behind your tools are false and misleading

Bad service: I turned my drill in on 1/5/2021 and I still do not have it back. I was told that it shipped on 1/20/2021 but Home depot has no record of shipper. What is going on?

I have been buying from ridgid for 6 years now and had the worst help on getting new tools and batteries replaced at the Greenville tx location, I have never had a problem getting a new item replaced ASAP, that's the only reason I buy ridgid for the warranty and some reason they break fairly quick. I have a lot of tools that need to be replaced or fixed ASAP so I can continue doing my construction.

I purchased a $500.00 wet saw for cutting tile( i am a contractor) i could not find on the box if a blade was included so i grabbed one(another $50)i put it together and used it, when i got home i went through the manual and see that one WAS supposed to be included but NOT. No big deal, i called and spoke with a nice young woman who said she would talk to her supervisor and send one out to me. A day later she followed up with the i spoke with my supervisor and we can't send you one. You can return the unit or call and i will Register for the warranty. So you are willing to sell an incomplete product but not send missing parts???? I intend on going 28 days and returning it and purchasing your competitors product......oh and NEVER purchase a rifgid product agian for my Construction company. To bad, the guys and myself like your product.
You should have a dictionary around to allow supervisors to see what customer service is

I have been trying to get my Ridgid 3 in. x 18 in. belt sander under lifetime warranty repaired since late June, it is now the 12th of Oct, and I still has not been repaired or replaced. I have tried repeatedly talked with the repair facility and the Ridgid customer service center to no avail. I have been lied to and mislead at both places. I will never again purchase any tool with the name Ridgid on it. This company could not care less about any problems that customers have with their products or the delays caused when trying to get a tool repaired!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered! This company should be dissolved put out of business and bulldozed into a bottomless pit! What a bunch of lies and deception about this wonderful warranty promising to keep you covered for life never a worry about help or replacement.I hate this company BE WARNED you buy something from RIDGID its your fault from here!

Several months ago I purchased a random orbital sander for my shop. I was unable to register the product on-line - customer service was helpful - I think. Bit I never succeeded in establishing an account. More recently I purchased a 1/4 sheet sander. I gave up trying to use your site to register. I tried again today - I tried to establish an account - entered my e-mail and password - nothing happened - tried several times. Tried to send an e-mail but since I'm not registered I could not send an e-mail. I tried calling customer service twice - no luck in getting through. You offer a fantastic warranty - if I can ever get registered

this is the worst company for customer service. I am going to call corporate office and threaten to drop all my Rigid tools. I can't access my account online even though it says that my email was verified. customer service is non existent and there are no options for web online service

It took me 4 days to get through to customer service at Ridgid. Once I did that they told me I needed to speak to someone in another department, who then referred me to someone in yet another department who then told me I needed to call another company that made tools for Rigid (called Keter). Keter said they couldn't help me unless I lived in Isreal as they could no longer pay to ship replacements to the United States.
Each call was a 2 he call-back wait time. After the extremely frustrating 4 days Keter told me to try my luck at the store. But... that is where I started. The store manager told me I'd be better off going home and calling Ridgid than seeking help inside the store.
Needless to say, I will never buy another 'anything' from this company and I might pass on Home Depot as well.

I have been a Ridgid customer for 31 years and never have I had such poor customer service I have been trying to get ahold of a person to discuss my problem for 3 weeks I get put on hold one time I was on hold for 32 minutes the next time 21 minutes and then it just switch me to listen to more music I'll leave a call back number like they say no one ever calls me back if you're going to make a tulle and stand behind it do that but if not let the customer know that you're buying an inferior product and it does not have anyone thank you so much you have a wonderful day and God bless you

Ridgid, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, hoover,Homelite, Oreck, dirt devil,AEG, all owned by TTi. They are not actually Ridgid or Milwaukee but built under license. They can build some crap. Not quality like their namesakes. Customer service is horrible. They are rude and lazy. I wont buy their products again. Just try and get your products warranted. I think their lifetime warranty is" when it breaks, thats the end of its life"
