Just got the tablet and can't get the Bluetooth keyboard to work and can't get any customer service to help.

The worst manuals ever. Unclear , wtitten poorly and basically are confusing for any normal consumer

I don't want help right now, I want to write this review to tell you all how garbage my Naxa tablet is. I got this for Christmas, and I was all excited. One thing I Noticed right off the bat is that it has a 2mega pixel camera. Sucks, but I wouldn't expect a 100$ tablet to have the best camera. But it annoyed me how the box Said "high resolution camera" which I noticed later that the camera looked almost black and white and the resolution was something like 360p. I booted it up, which took over a minute, and I had to answer some questions, login to my Google account,etc. I finally got to the home screen, and it was ok. I played some games, ran a little well.i decided to try the bluetooth keyboard. It worked well for about 3 days, and one day when I tried to connect it, it connected, but disconnected after 5 seconds. It hasn't been working since. The speakers are ok, but I usually use earbuds. The Screen resolution is like they said, 720-1080p. I. Youtube, I can only turn the quality up to about 480p without it lagging like hell. Again, I don't want help, I'm only writing this because both amazon and Naxa support wouldn't help me. The tablet is only good for light Web browsing.

Tried to have defective camera case repaired or replaced.Was told to first return it to selling store and then told to send in unit pay postage both ways and wait six weeks. Agent kept speaking over my conversation and could not speak or understand English very well.I am returning unit to store and never purchasing a Naxa product again.

I recently purchased two DVD players model number nd861 and with in the first month one stopped. So I returned it to the store at Fred's in donalsonville ga. But by the next week later the other one stopped working but now it was passed the store policy for returns.I spent my hard earned money and I was taken by cheap products and I will let the store and all my friends know and make sure they don't make the same mistake.
