Hair stylist did not do as I asked.
1. My hair is not even in the front or sides.
2. She chose not to cut my bangs the way I wanted them.

I just took my 91 year old mother to Marysville Wa Great clips and was very disappointed with the customer service.
Seeing that she is elderly and was have a hard time standing there they never asked if she could use a chair while she waited.
Then due to covid I left the building but they never let me know when she was done so I could come get her.
They were rude to my mother when she paid she even gave her a tip but the person that helped her mumbled " maybe now I can have enough money for food", as if the tips wasn't enough.
This is no way to run a business.
Thank you for your time and I hope you have better customer service at other locations

I'm extremely disappointed with Great Clips and this year's free haircut for veterans. I've been going to GC for over 20 years and have a wonderful gal who knows exactly what to do for me. I was there on 12 Dec and as we are chatting, I mentioned I had to use my free haircut card before it expired at the end of the year. She informed me the card had expired on 11 Dec!!!!! She was off on the 11th so I waited for her to be there. When I was given the card on 11 Nov, nobody mentioned it was only good for a month, most of the employees were unaware of the change. My gal said she could not honor it as she would get in trouble and I would not want that to happen. I'm a female 20 year veteran and look forward to the annual recognition, and in the past, Great Clips was at the top of the list with a free haircut. I left yesterday feeling like I had been slapped in the face and kicked in the gut. Come on, Great Clips, you can do better than that!!!
My 83 year old mother and I went to get our hair cut. Mom got done before me she asked if she could use the bathroom they told her no we don't have a public bathroom. Told her to sit and wait for me to get done. She then asked PLEASE can I use the bathroom and she said I HAVE TO SH**. She has the beginning of Alzheimer's they still would not let her use the bathroom and she says oh I SH** my pants. To which they giggled. So my haircut was almost done and I had to leave to bring my mother home so she could change clothes get cleaned up I don't see where anything was funny about it and I don't know why they couldn't let her use the bathroom. So I will never go back to Great Clips in Hammond Indiana.
I purchased a discount card last November for $129 and received a card and receipt for the purchase. There were still a few left on the card I purchased the previous year so continued to use that and then the pandemic came. I still have one or two cuts left on my old card but recently looked for the card I purchased in November and have been unable to find it. Will you please assist in helping me get a replacement card? I am able to provide the specific date and time that I purchased the card because I used a credit card.
Your local shop in Sun Prairie, WI where I purchased the card is not able to help me get a replacement. They referred me to a number for the discount cards but the automated system would not allow me to talk to a live rep.
I love getting my hair cut at great clips, I have searched to find coupons being a senior, and I am so disappointed as not one coupon will print, I have tried alot, when I do d get my hair cut there is a discount on my receipt, but it expires before I get a chance to use it. I asked to be put on a mailing list, they didn't do that either, Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to go. Thanks for listening
Last Sunday I took my wife to great clips Yucca Valley,CA for a neck trim, price shown was $7.00 for that, also at the same vist I brought my 11 year old Grandson, ( a child) for a haircut, that price shown was $13.00, at the end of it all I was charged a grand total of $26.00, so how does $7.00 and $13.00 become a total of $26.00? Am not happy at all with Great Clips YuccaValley, CA store and unless something is corrected very quickly, will Not return to any Great Clips ever aain. As well, I used the app, we got there and was told wait tme would be 35 Minutes, well it was like an hour and fifteen minutes before they were called to be done. Obviously, something is haywire at the Yucca Valley, California Great Clips location.
My husband and I went for hair cuts.. MISTAKE.
My husband had Adella cut his, he asked a number of time to cut it OVER THE EAR, she kept telling him that she could take it off but not put it back on. I willbe trimming the hair above his ears, as he paid this woman to do. -0- customer service.
Myself, I took 3 pictures in to show Felicia what I wanted. Kept telling her to LEAVE THE LONG hair in front of my ear. She did not seem to give two shits. Hair above ears is soooooo short I can barely grab it. Hair not even anywhere, not even close to the hair styles I showed her. I know it's just hair however.. it's my hair... this girl was more concerned about the Cowboys football game than my hair. -0- skills of listening.
As we walked out after paying... my hubby Said.... NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I have always had positive interactions with the staff at Great Clips over the past 2 decades and I'm not the type to post a poor review. However, my last interaction at the Chestnut Commons Salon in Elyria, OH on 9-26 with Jeff made me very uncomfortable. While cutting my hair, he had his abdomen pressing against my back. When he was cutting my bangs, he kept touching his thigh to mine. I am a 53 old woman and know all about boundaries. He was creepy.I know there are video cameras throughout the store so maybe the owner could verify my comments and see if he acts this way with other customers. I was too nervous to call him out but found it disturbing that if he is so bold to do this in front of his coworkers, how might he act out when no one is looking? Just thought I'd pass this along in case there have been any other questionable complaints brought against him. Thank you.
I was a first time customer trying out a neighborhood great clips with my son. I presented two great clip coupon on for my son and one for myself. I was told that they do not accept these coupons. They where very short and at that point I had no choice to pay the amount told. I request for the owner to call me. I wish I would not have had the owner call me. He was rude offensive and disgusting. He has no business being in service industry. He needs to learn how to speak to customers and how to be respectful even if he doesn't absolutely agree. This individual represent his business and the name of "GREAT CLIPS" NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

The card paying screen asked to pay total and typed $15($14for hair cut and $1for tip)
But when I got my receipt it showed $29.I checked with him and he started blaming me that I didnt pressed properly. And he said "take your one dollar as my donation to you"

I have been going to location in Tavares on Hwy 19. First thing, the girl was working alone. Some guy came out of office (later found out he was owner) he asked the girl that was at her station to come to his office. That left the girl cutting my hair alone. Two customers came in, she greeted them and kept cutting. Then a girl came in with little girl, came back to where I was at and announced she left her cutting materials in Wildwood. She was leaving, it would take her 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back and she left. The hair cutter and I stared they was weird. Why did she come in , she should have turned around when she realized she didn't have them. I then asked how was it to work here. I said every time I come in here there are new people. She says they gave a large turnover. This is crazy. I was not thrilled with this hair cut either so I think they may have been my last trip to Great clips. Poor management for sure. You need to be finding out why people leave so much or maybe owner knows and doesn't care.
Was in great clips Silver Springs FL. The rudest girl I have ever met. This was my first time there it will be my last time.This would take to long to tell the way she acted. After asking her how long the wait & who would i be.seeing, She finally looked at me & said GOODBY! She had no time. Others were there listening.
I got the worst hair cut of my life I hate I walked out of great clips crying and it's 4 in the morning and I'm still up crying about it I hate it soooooooo bad worst cut ever I will NEVER go back again it looks nothing like the pic it was pose ton shoulder length but it up to my chin I hate it sooooooooo nad
I just got my hair cut at great clips in Hampton Village St. Louis Missouri, & i have never had a more rude stylist in my life. I didnt get her name, she was a black girl who seemed to have an attitide with me from the word go. She ask me how i wanted it. It. I said sides & back short top left longer so I can do stuff with it, she,said " like what" what do u want to do with it, you a guy. I said yeah and ? She said " SIT DOWN. She took the clippers and it, then cut the top, a lot shorter than I wanted, she took a blow dryer and blew the hair off me which was all over me I might add, she,said anything else, I said could u gel It? She took the cape off and totally ignored my request to gel my hair. I'm telling you this, I will never go back to this location again, with somebody so obviously hateful. I just thought you should know.
I just went to great clips in Kaufman. I had my hair cut and the bangs were not right I never raised my voice and ask to try to change it. They ask me to leave. When I left the manger told me as I was leaving in front of everyone there that my bangs were not right because I was bald. I suggest you do not use great clips in Kaufman.
I took my husband in for a haircut,beard trim.he had a coupon. They wouldn't let him use the coupon,good thru Sept said they gave him the senior discount.WE DIDN'T WANT THAT.WE COULD HAVE SAVED MORE MONEY WITH OUR COUPON.THE GAL GAVE HERSELF A TIP,WHICH SHE DIDN'T EARN ON MY DEBIT CARD.I AM SO MAD.THE HAIRCUT WAS AWFUL.I GOT RIPPED OFF.I WON'T RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN.she was too busy trying to use excuses to be the one to RUN TO THE BANK to get out of working,her words exactly. When I confronted her upon p sting she was rude,I stayed calm saying give me back my coupon then if you won't let me use it. She refused to do that also. It's be refreshing if great clips would apologize and make this wrong,right. But it's clear that great clips doesn't care about customers. My husband is mentally challenged and I do feel that he was taken advantage of,and I was ripped off. Walked in and stood there for almost ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The one stylist was like 8 feet from me cutting someone's hair, saw me right in front of her, and completely ignored me. I finally said something after standing there having to listen to her strong political views for so long. She just snapped at me. I asked her if they took appointments and she just said "no" and rolled her eyes. I said a few words about how I thought she was being unprofessional and she was just going to continue to be confrontational so I left. Pretty bad. I've been to a few other Great Clips and they have always been great. I did not have any other contact with any other employee, so this is my opinion based on the one stylist that was there.
We came into the Charleston, Il Great Clips with 3 climatologist & 1 of them brought their 2 very young (under 4 w/1 in diapers ) children to work with them with all the noise & running that childen at that age do.From the talk between the employees its a regular thing, WOW
I went into a Great Clips in Leawood, Kansas and the only thing said was "did you sign in on-line"? The stylist walked to the desk and put the name in. No greeting, no smile -just it will be 20-25 minutes. There were two stylists. I observed both of them with 2 clients each. No smile, no warmth , zero conversation and no eye contact. It was like a morgue!!!!!!! Very uncomfortable. My granddaughters cut was good. She did not want to get in the chair. There was not one ounce of encouragement or kind words to the child. The only thing she said put your chin down about 10 times... VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I feel sorry for the owner. Those girls obviously HATED their jobs and will take the owner down with themselves!!!!!!! 1-18-2017
