CVS customer service is unavailable to everyone. They put you on hold and never connect with a real person. When I continued holding the call disconnected.

On hold for over 30 minutes to finally find out they never put my prescription into the system. Then when I go up to the store to pick it up over a half a dozen vehicles in the Drive-Thru at about a dozen people in line inside the store. This is absolutely ridiculous
The price of OTC medications and General Merchandise at CVS is more expensive then it should be. This is a large chain and as such buys in bulk and gets preferential pricing which it does not pass to customers. Every product such as aspirin, Tylenol etc was cheaper to begin with in Harmons. This is a grossly overpriced store. They have even been sued in several states for overpricing prescription drugs. It's ridiculous. The V in cvs stands for value something you really don't get at this store
CVS in Finneytown has gone downhill in the last several years. Extremely rude pharmacy techs. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years but have reached the point where I have transferred my prescriptions and refuse to use CVS. I sincerely hope this store closes.
I have been a loyal CVS shopper for a very long time. I refuse to continue my extreme couponing at CVS until I start receiving my awesome crts that I used to get, and some CVS shoppers still receive. This is ridiculous. I am done with CVS until that happens. I easily spend $250 monthly at CVS...no more...
Yes, my name is Carol Y. Coleman. I am one of your care pass members. I would just like to know, why I stopped receiving the 40% off of one of my purchases? I only have been receiving the 20% . I shop quite a bit at CVS and the 40% is a big help to me. Just want to know why I stopped tether?
Why are you carrying tons of green dot rechargeable card and you know it doesn't work .
Please verify it yourself . With my experience it a scam . All bank route are invalid and no contact number .
I got one in your store (zip code 19050) and you yourself mark it un refundable in your receipt
Please protect your customer from those scams .

Very bad experience. The CVS on 9mile & Coolidge, in Oak Park, Mi 48237. Anita was the name of the horrible worker there. She Ignored customers, refused to assist an elderly lady whom I witnessed being very polite and patient. She is not a good representative of the great service I normally receive at CVS.
If you order a refill for your prescription by phone, it's a hit or miss. Sometimes, it works - 1 out of 4 times. Sometimes it says it will refill your prescription 3 days later (even though it is the exact date you did it last month), but that's a lie. If you come to the store 3 days later - it will not be there - and you'll have to wait at least 1/2 hour. If you try to order on the website - that never works. Don't even try.
CVS is the black hole of pharmacy.
I have been trying to get my dexcom g6 since 2022 to April 2023 and have not received it. It's been over 4 months. So then I went to get my COVID vaccine. She told me I couldn't have it because it wasn't viable. This made me mad I started to yell and she called the cops. I said good! When the cops arrived they told me I was right but the had to have me stay out of target for a year. I don't think they did anything right.
This is for the CVS at 39th and MacArthur in Oklahoma City. They lied and said they would be open through the lunch hour and when we got there prior to the start of their lunch hour, they closed the window in our face and said it was lunch time. We went to Walgreens and Walgreens tried to help us transfer our prescriptions and we are on day three without any help from CVS. They're stupid as they repeatedly ask for the same information you've already given. CVS lied when they told Walgreens it would fax our prescriptions. They still haven't done it and my guess is they won't. It does not take 3 days to send a fax unless you're an absolute ***hole. They are hateful people and that is why I'm willing to pay more at walgreens.
First & foremost, my complaint has nothing to do w/their staff. They are always helpful & I know they are doing their best considering lack of man power at the pharmacy and the store.
My experience is w/CVS in Los Angeles & Santa Monica & CVS in general. I've been shopping here for years ~ going back to when it was Sav-On. When CVS took over, there were hiccups but they eventually became a decent place for prescriptions & other necessities. For the past few years this place stinks. Long hold for your prescription, barely anyone at the counter, prescriptions don't get delivered from the Doctor's office to the pharmacy ~ even though my doctor shows received, CVS always claims their system was down & need to call my doctor to put in the prescription again. As I type this, I'm on hold for over 25 min. One of the mean things they did was not allowing customers to use the restroom. I'm not one of those who uses public restrooms, but on two separate occasion at two of the mentioned CVS locations, I had to use their restroom because my migraine medication has a frequent urination side-effect. After filling the prescription at CVS in WLA, I asked if someone c/d open the restroom door. They told they had plumbing issues and it's out of order. A few weeks later, I went to the Santa Monica location & having the urge use the restroom. When I asked, they said, they are having plumbing issues. That is when I realized they are not giving access to customers. I totally understand ~ esp during pandemic that CVS is guarding itself from non-customer visitors. A lot of unhoused people these days and they use the facilities for washing themselves ~ which makes me sad. However, when you buy your prescription & other things from this place, shouldn't you get a pass on using the restroom?
If CVS is suffering, it's all their own fault. They are a greedy company.
Pharmacy team at 2090 S Highway 29 in Cantonment, FL are fine in person. However, every time I call, they are not very polite. They sound irritated, cut me off while I'm speaking and hang up while I'm still saying something. I realize they are busy. But I'm having to call due to the app not allowing me to do what I need to do. I figured calling was better than going up there. I'm pleasant and friendly when I talk to them but it makes no difference. They all seem like they hate their job.

I bought a car charger for my cell from Thomas. Returned it within 10 min bc it did not work for my Apple cell. When I returned it, Thomas asked if I had an Apple product. I said yes. He said those use a "Lightning' product. I asked if he had those. the products were 10 feet away. He said he didn't know and did not offer to look. I told him bending down the first time hurt my back. I added I can't get down to my knees bc that would be more painful. Thomas looked at me and said "sorry about that". He did not offer to look for me at a display 10 feet away. No other customer was present or waiting. I was shocked. Thomas didn't care about giving me help. Outrageous.
CVS, after the disrespectful employee wouldn't give me service because of me breathing hard and eyes look funnie . Talking to manager they gave me an 25.00 gift card, thinking this make it okay. CVS on Milothian turnpike and Providence Pharmacy department little..... still there they don't care look at their rating over 800 complains. I see WHY stores closing cause they don't care. I am still looking for an lawyer for harassment I got because of my health
Cvs.com is a joke! Order twice online and each order failed to be fulfilled but yet money taken from bank pending charges and no one from extra care, shop cvs department or debit credit department could fix it and process order or tell me why this happened each person gave a different excuse and one told me to go in store and try and still coupons didn't work right so I called them and they tried to tell me in store prices may be different than online and when I told them no that is not the case because I was in store right now and looking online to make sure prices match they immediately said they were connecting me with a different department and that department couldn't help either problem has yet to be resolved so I canceled carepass and extra care and no longer shop at cvs.
