I would like to acknowledge the kind support from Assistant Manager Kuwsh and Sonny for saving me on 10/9/21. I went to Roxboro NC Xpress mart to have a oil change but they left my filter cap off and I had no oil. These guys assisted me with no reward. Please recognized them. Frankie Blackwell

I have a bit of a problem from the auto zone on the 3500 block of Aramingo Ave I placed a $2500 order and it was supposed to be delivered today and it is imperative that I get it because I need it for my vehicle but when you call that store at around 1:30 PM they will place you on hold indefinitely until shift change because they do not feel like working this is happened to me on more than one occasion

Total Auto Zone is the best place to buy/service vehicles. Honest, knowledgeable, professional and the only place I go too. It is worth the 1.5 hours to travel here. Thanks Tony and staff for the amazing work!

I have a compliment for an employee that works in the Auto Zone (Store #4886) in Southport, NC. His name is Austin and he did an incredible job for me. He replaced my battery with patience and precision. He practiced excellent customer service. He was very friendly and talkative which made me feel more at ease. Austin is a great employee and I wanted you to know that! I am a very happy customer. Thank-you Austin!

Ps. I was told that he could receive a monetary reward for his customer service. I would like him to have the $100.00 added to his check.

This is not a complaint, this is a complement about an employee named Wendy at you Pomona Ca store, i called in my order trans # 976620 store$ 2846, she filled the order and everything was correct... she was professional and customer oriented. I wanted to recognize hee. Often people conplain seldom people give praise...

To May It Concern The Auto Zone On Mcdonald Ave It's A Great Store The Whole Staff Is Wonderful They All Are Very Polite There Kind, And Friendly They Will Help You With Everything You Ask Them For And If They Don't Have Your Part They Will Help You In Any Way That They Can To Get The Right Part You Need And I Want To Tell You About To Of The Workers That Work There At This Location One Is Joshua Johnson And Fernando Marquez They Are Outstanding If It Wasn't For These Two Young Men I Just Don't Know What I Would Have Done Today While Fernando Gave Joshua The Okay To Help Me With My Car Being Stuck Outside In There Parking Lot My Car Was Driven A Little Bit Over The Edge Into The Drive At Burger King By Me Having A Bad Shoulder Fernando Notice Me At A Distance And Asked Joshua To Come And See If He Can Help Me With Whatever I Needed Help For This Young Men Can And Took My Tire Off Of My Car And Two Of My Luge Nuts Were Stripped He Some How Got The Tire Off And The Other One On And Not Only That He Jacked Up My Car And Got My Car From Being Damn Near All The Way In The Drive Thur
So Without These Two Young Mens Help I Don't Know What I Would Have Done And I Felt So Bad That I Could Not Give These Two Young Men Anything They Were Just Happy To Been Able To Help So As A Loyal Customer I Owe It To These Two Men To Let Everyone Know That Come To Auto Zone You Will Be Treated Like Family I Will Not Go Anywhere Else But Auto Zone For My Parts Thank You Auto Zone And My Deepest Thanks To The Two Young Men That Help Me Thanks Again Your The Greatest

The auto zone in my home town of Mahnomen MN. Is awesome. They will go the extea mile plus to fill my order. Great about sharing mechanical info, as well as returns and searching for parts. I appreciate them so much.

At the Vidalia Georgia store I always get the best service. Debbie and Lori are the best. They take the time to make sure I get what I need and explain it to me on a level that I understand. They are corteous and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I also hear them with others customers giving them the same great customer service. These ladies always take that extra time, go that step and really take care of the customer. I only use AutoZone. And even though I have to drive about 20 minutes I will always go to autozone in Vidalia Georgia. The only thing I don't like is the company only have 2 working in the store and I sometimes have to wait maybe too long but still end up getting great customer service. The workers apologize for our wait but they should not have to. They need more than two in the store at all times. I hate seeing these nice people trying so hard to take care of everyone when phones are ringing and three or more customers are also in the store. See this a lot. The workers should not have this to deal with and neither should the customers. In fact I've seen customers walk out even though it is very obvious the workers are doing their best and trying to help everyone. AutoZone is very lucky to have great workers especially ones like Debbie and Lori. I hope you are taking good care of your workers because they take good care of us.

To whom it may concern. my name is Greg Hartz I was in your store today in Moline Illinois Quad City area on 23rd Avenue I was helped by two young men who did a very good job I had problems with my Buick Regal 89. I came in for a belt that had broken off down the road and I had come in and they pj & Solon . The two boys at the desk and or counter help me now I have already written this to three times and I'm not good with computers so there's more to it they did quite a bit when out of the way to help me I had got the wrong one they had made sure that I had the right and then also had broken the tensioner on the car they made sure I got the right tension tensioner so regardless the boys went out of the way make sure I got the right part and I really appreciate it I was out of the middle of nowhere well I couldn't do the job where I was to fix it and I needed to make sure I had the right stuff and they make sure I had the right stuff otherwise I would have been out the middle of nowhere with the wrong parts these two boys need a kudos for doing their job and making sure the customer had the right stuff I appreciate if you showed them that they are appreciated by you because they did a great job and deserve great personality their kind and if you can show them that you appreciate what they do for you the manager also what's they're did good work for us so thank you and I believe their names they was at Moline Illinois on 23rd Avenue the boys names were PJ and Solon that's it thank you.

I like dealing with auto zone on New York ave I try to deal with one person and his name is troy he is the best and he make should that I get the right parts that I need he is a very cool guy when i call I make sure troy is working he can answer my question for me if troy can most of the time troy can do it I will deal with him as long he stay at auto zone thank you

Went to the AutoZone on North Main to get a part that I ordered and found out it got cancel. But the manager Chanell B.was very helpful with calling and seeing the reason why and was able to reorder for me. She was very patient with me. Thanks again for the help.

Came in to the Auto Zone in Thousand Oaks, CA and was assisted by James Dotey. Mr. Dotey was more than willing to help me with the changing of the rear light bulbs of my car. He was very friendly and made the process much easier. Thank you Mr. Dotey.

I would like to give a shout out, thumbs up to Jesus at the Autozone on 3783 Maryland pkway Las Vegas NV.89119. I had purchased a shop light for I think 9 or 10 dollars and the first time I used it I left it under the hood and it melted to my manifold, lol. I took it back to the store and found out it was not life time warranty. Jesus was kind enough to exchange it for me at no charge. Great customer service and a great attitude seeing how the phones were ringing off the hook, and several people in line.

I went to the store on Clinton Avenue in Minneapolis, MN (Store # 3099). Salvador helped me, and he was a godsend! He removed my non-working battery and installed a new one in sub-zero temperatures--all without complaint and with a friendly attitude. He also ran a test to see why my engine light was on, even without me asking him to. I was so impressed by Salvador's service and so very thankful for his willingness to help. What an excellent employee.

Just want to personally give "Thumbs up" and "Thank you Kudos to Brandon Crear, Tyrone Williams and Sabrina (Ms. Bree) at store #155 in Birmingham, Alabama; for the outstanding customer care they provided for me when I went by to ask questions about my SUV startup concern. Mr. Crear politely greeted me at the counter, listened and offered to check my battery to make sure it had a good charge. When he tested it; the reading showed that the battery had "0" charge. He immediately went in, pulled up info pretaining to my vehicle and allowed me to see the screen and select the battery priced at a rate that I could afford. As he attempted to replace the old battery for the new one; he wrestled awhile trying to disconnect the battery cable screw from the post (due to excessive corrosion). He than asked for assistance from Tyrone Williams who worked on the problem for a while; than Ms. Bree came out looked over the problem and gave useful suggestion of spray and tool to use. Everyone was so calm, cool and patience. A less than 10 minute job turned into; about 50 minutes. They went "Beyond" the call of duty with a wonderful attitude.
Thanks So much Autoone, For All that you do for women (like myself and others) with this kind of personal sevice and hiring such great, patience and knowledgeable workers!!!!!!!

I stopped by the Autozone on Virginia Beach Blvd off of Rosemont dr today. I was greeted by Frank Santiago, not expecting a hi or hello, since I was just at Napa and since Napa didn't do check engine lights I went to AutoZone, I found out that they did and was helped right away. Frank was not only helpful but very knowledgeable and has trained not only his staff but his customers as well. He showe'd me ways to save money and how to take care of my car so it'll go on longer without expensive repairs. Yes, you might think I'm an employee, but I can assure you, I'm just a student trying to get by with a car that has given me so much trouble for the no reason (ford fusion hybrid '10-bad choice). I am grateful to have such a wonderful person close by, so much, I felt obligated to do this review. Go see him if you need the knowledge of a mechanic but for the price of free!

Had The Problem Of Cabin On '03 Deville Reaching More Than120 Degrees After Driving 5-blocks Below The Dash Area. Temp Gage Would Climb To Within 1-notch Of Overheating. Spoke With Brock @vegas Drive Store, He Checked The Oil, The Coolant & Advised Me That I Needed As Much As One Quart Of Oil And Nearly A Gallon Of Coolant. He Graciously Put-in Both For Me. I Had Been Quoted By Repair Shop Of Approx $400-$600.00 To End My Dilemma. Thanks A Million & Kudos To Brock.

The Plainview store has an exceptional young man taking care of the commercial department. He is quick to assist us with anything needed. He is caring, knowledgeable and honest. He is good in his parts knowledge as well as customer service ( extra miler award) . He learns new things daily and assist us with information needed to best handle our business. Me and my husband went to autozone in Mississippi and Micheal T. Helped us and he was so amazing! Our car was overheating and he took his time with us and made sure we didn't leave until the car was safe. Very great guy and so helpful!
