Autozone will not get another penny from me. I ordered a window lift motor online for my car. I received an email stating that there was a delay in the order, which honestly didn't surprise me in todays economy. However, the day I got the email I also got a delivery. The part delivered was a window regulator, which was not what I purchased. The next day I reveived another email stating that there was a delay in the shipping of my part. So I figured they shipped the wrong part and I would settle up once my motor was delivered. Then, after a few days I emailed customer service to let them know I was sent the wrong part and find out the status on the lift motor. In response, I got a picture of my front porch with the box that the wrong part came in stating that my part had been delivered. So this time I called customer service and was told that there must have been a mistake made and that I would be emailed a shipping label to use in returning the wrong part and that the motor would be re-ordered. So a couple more days pass and I have received nothing. Then I get an email stating that my case has been reviewed and I got the part that I ordered. Apparently the folks at Autozone do not think thier customers know the difference between a window regulator and a window lift motor. So I called customer service again, 8 days now since my order, only to be told that I can just go to the nearest store and they will take care of things. So I go to the store to get a refund, because I have zero confidence in the ability of Autozone to get me the part that I need and the good employees there take care of returning the "wrong" part and refunding me the cost of that part. However, they cannot refund me the money that I spent on having the wrong part sent to me to begin with. So, not only did I learn not to trust Autozone for anything again, it cost me shipping cost to do so. Think about this...if every customer that gets the wrong parts sent to them are told to return them to the store without being refunded for shipping, Autozone is making millions. What a terrible way to make a dollar.

Was lured into placing an on line order with Autozone. 20 percent off 2 wheel hubs with free overnite shipping. Card would not be charged until items shipped with a tracking number. Sounded really good to me. Wanted these items due to a 3 year warranty. Now here is the reality of Autozone. Card was charged immediately. No tracking info. Two weeks have expired. Only shows processing on my Autozone account. Three calls to help line and advises they are working on it. Said I can go buy them if I need them now and return the ones I get when they arrive and then wait 7 to 10 business days for a credit back. If I go and purchase them at the Autozone store I have to pay the full price at the store. Oh by the way they will give me 10 percent off next order for my inconvenience. Right! Fool me once Autozone.

I am wondering why and when did AutoZone allow red shirts audit and recon registers, down change quantity on hand, and have acces to to the safe. Verify returns and process returns that require mgr password. In the shepardsville store store number 3586 the ASM allows his red shirt female whom is also having relations with do such job. I have also heard and witnessed from a such grey shirt female watched and seen this red shirt stick needles in herself during duty hour and seen the needles, rubber band, and substance in the red shirts bags. The other male great shirt skinnier male is always complaining about it but the store mgr does nothing about it. This is against AutoZone policy and I know it is because I use to work for AutoZone. but I guess AutoZone in Shepherdsville does not have to follow guidelines.

Purchased a gift card online...weeks later it still does not arrive..After many calls..unknowlegable customer service..I get a supervisor states he will contact me next day..2 days later I call back..once again same process of getting bounced around..then told I would get a digital gift card sent via email..2 weeks later my nephew who I gifted to informs me..THE DIGITAL CARD DOES NOT WORK..some frustrated with Autozone

I purchased a motor for my husband's truck apparently the purchase didn't go through but my account was debited over $4000 and my bank statement and receipt says so but AutoZone claims they don't have my money it went somewhere....I want my money back NOW!!!

I went into the St clairsville Ohio store to purchase two five gallon jugs of 5W-30 Castrol motor oil and two filters. The gentleman behind the counter said we have a manager special that'll save you a lot of money and he took me over and he showed me an oil pan, a funnel, a roll of paper towels, a bottle of fast Orange, a 5 gallon jug of oil and a filter for $33. The Castrol 5 gallon jug by itself was $40. I pointed out to him that the sign in front of the special said STP he said don't worry about it go get your Castrol I'll honor it. When I went up to pay for everything another gentleman stepped in and refused to allow it. I did not ask for this it was offered to me. So instead of costing me $66 it cost me $103. They have lost a customer and I will plaster this all over social media.
Shame on them.

You have a store in Keller Texas on North Beach Street. This used to be a very wonderful store for people who work there are great management absolutely sucks!! I walked in here to get a simple wiper blade change and what I heard on the manager say to one of her employees was absolutely horrible. In fact, I will never ever recommend or step foot in that store ever again. For her to ask one of her employees if they "want to die today" just breaks my heart... you never know what type of day somebody is having you never know who is on their last rooe they could be contemplating ending their life and all it would take is for one person to say what she said for them to end it all!! I cannot believe that I heard those words come out of a "manager" mouth, my God I am disgusted.

Well I called keene autozone about 2 weeks ago at 6 pm about 10 times never no answer then I went up their today the door was unlocked I went in no workers both of them were outside smoking I ask them where workers was they replied they went on break c they left a sign on door they didn't know where they went well they were the 2 working in their they r some sorry people no help very rude so I went to advance and spent that thousand with them

I will never step foot in AutoZone in Florence Oregon again The Gray shirts that work there are rude don't do there jobs look like there on drugs why don't they do drug tests on these people and they get away with murder there it's not right I would never work there at all

Egg Harbor Township NJ Location. I called ahead of time and I'm still waiting 45 mins in the store where I'm currently not being helped. It's one employee and 10 customers. Worst experience I have had so far with coming to pick up a part. The part was defective, the reason I'm still here but if it was for a new purchase. I would have left 30 mins ago. This so disrespectful and inconsiderate to my life

I see now why your customer service is so low, your managers are more worried about recording tic tok videos while on the clock of Karen's in the store than actually doing there job. I use to buy alot of stuff from here but no more, I will be going to Rock Auto from now on.

All these autozones,aren't good. Clerks don't know anything sell me wrong parts. Most of the time they're hiding, just to keep from helping people. Talk like they're knowledgeable when in FACT THEY'RE NOT. I'VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH JUST ABOUT ALL THE AUTOZONE I WENT TO.EXSPECIALLY THE ONE IN CORCORAN. WHEN THEY WENT FROM CHIEF AUTO PARTS,TO AUTOZONE,EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL.I KNOW I USE TO WORK FOR A AUTOMOTIVE STORE YEARS AGO.WE HAD QUALITY,AND GOOD CUSTOMER SALES SERVICE. ? I SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH THEM,I GO TO O'REILLY and get way way way better service. They need to monitor their stores more.I was wondering ? if I'm the only one that experience these terrible places.

AutoZone is having young employees replace batteries in cars without proper safety gear and Proper training. They are exposing their employees to hazardous and cancerous materials and chemicals
I'm going to report this to OSHA .

I have been waiting patently for a cylinder head for 20 days. One arrived 2 days early. The day the other was to arrive I received an email. Sorry there has been a delay. Twenty days later I was told that it was delivered and must have been lost. So I played the we are working to get it to you. The last call I was told to call back the next day. Sorry we issued you a refund 2 days ago. After waiting 20days I have to wait 3-5 more to get my money back. Guess I will be returning the $1600 of unopened of parts and shop next door!

The people at my autozone were really nice and friendly. However, i returned a couple items because i will be selling my car and dont need them, no one told me i couldve gotten cash instead of put back on my card and they also didn't tell me it would take a week to come back on there. Im a little disappointed not only at them but myself because i shouldve asked how long before we started. They should really tell people how long its going to take to be put back on yhe card.

Hello, I sent my wife to autozone to purchase a battery for my vehicle that died on me at work. I check store #87 on Commerce Ave. In LaGrange,GA.and in showed 23 in-stock for the one I needed with 3year warranty.they guy that she talked to told her that they don't have that battery and tried to sell her one with 2 year warranty for 179.i talk with him over the phone and I said they are showing 23 in stock and he said that they were on the truck and I asked if he could get one from truck for me that I was in distress and really need a battery and he mentioned the 179 battery again and I asked if o purchase the 179 battery can I exchange it for the 199 battery when they unload truck he said NO that he would loose 180 and I said you are not going to help a distressed customer because I need it to get home he said No Advance Auto is open. Sooooo is this how we do business at Autozone now.
I have been a customer for many many years..... I went to advance to get battery and they were super nice there and serviced my needs even though they were closing. Very disappointed in my Autozone.......

This isn't even for a return- AutoZone canceled my online order so I've gotten nothing and will get nothing. I used $136.64 worth of gift cards towards it and I have yet to receive my money 5 days later! Customer service does nothing but dismiss me and tell me oh well I need to just wait- they're so sorry for the inconvenience. This is not acceptable! Allowing customers to order parts online you don't have and then STEALING money!

I came to the store on sw 59th and may all the time when I say I shop with auto zone all the time I mean I go in to at least one of ur locations a day an buy something I go in to the store on sw 59 am may to get a strut compressor an they gave me the wrong tool after looking up what I needed on the computer the guy even opened the box and looked at it so I am thinking that he knows what he is doing well I get home an take my hole front end apart to find out i don't even hate the right tool to put the new part back on so now I have to put it all back together or walk up there to get the right tool either way I am going to waste at least 2 hours when they should have better knowledge of the tools that is required because they looked it up on the computer now I know this is going to fall on deaf ears but this is not ok I spend a lot of money an so does my friends an family I still want to buy products from you but this is not the first time this has happened I want to know how this company plans on making this right

Went to the Newark store in Ohio and asked a basic question. Employees started out helpful and showed me where the item I need is. While comparing prices, I can hear at least 4 employees mocking me for asking for assistance. Put my item back and left the store. Will never shop at any Auto Zone again. Don't know why I even bothered in the first place, I can just get what I need online and not have to deal with terrible customer service and god awful employee conduct.
