I requested and a cellphone, by phone call, more of a week before and I never received it. Today I called, and I have to pay the $20 shipping +taxes again, if I want to get the new phone that I already paid for 2 weeks ago. The worse customer service ever. Not one called, texted or emailed me about the new shipping rate(from May). So, the person that sold me the phone wasn't updated about that. if I don't call, I never know what was happening. Also, my account is about to close for unregistered activity in more than a month. Assurance does not allow you to buy a better phone at a better price unlocked online. Only the over price phone that they offer on the website are the options for getting a new phone. Not fair, the people in this program cannot afford it.
