Terrible customer service from Alfa Romeo Canada and USA. They made a big mistake and they will not rectify their mistake. Hey Alfa Romeo CEO wake up. The customer service at head office is terrible. Give out incorrect information and make consumers make their choices based on the incorrect information and won't own up to their own Mistakes.

I took my Stelio in to Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo in Warwick, RI. I had such a bad experience that I traded the car in for a new Mercedes and will not drive an Alfa Romeo ever again.
They do not offer loaner vehicles and you have to live close by or they do not offer pick up/drop off service either.My car needed a new instrument cluster panel. They ordered the parts knowing that I had family in town and needed the car. When the parts arrived they told me I had a 3 or 4 day window to get the part installed or I would br charged a $1,000 core fee. I told then to return the parts and credit my card the $1,242. That was two and a half months ago I STILL DO NOT HAVE CREDIT FOR THE PARTS! The only time they answer mu=y call is if I block my caller information. I have been in touch with the general manager who responded ONCE publicly and has since ignored me also.
I finally reached out to my credit card company and they have given me a temporary credit while they research the disputed amount. Hopefully they do not lie and try to tell them they paid me or that they actually put the parts in the car.
How dishonest and dishonorable can you get???

I am so feed up with Alfa remeo. We have two stelvios and and we took of car in for repairs over a month ago. Dealer order a new turbo installed it and the turbo they installed is defective. Now I need to wait another three weeks for a back ordered part. Still not guaranteed it will arrive on time.

My alfa romeo gulia 2017 has had a problem with the check engine light and the etc light popping on randomly when driving around. My car enters into some sort of limp mode where it won't go above 40 or 50 when they turn on. When i unplug the battery and plug it back in it returns to normal. When i took it into service the warning lights weren't on and there were no problems, but they still couldn't help me with my problem. I live far away from the dealerships so i can't drive it 40 minutes away with it in limp mode. How do i go about getting it fixed then?

Couldn't agree more, service support and managers at the dealership are useless, no one to reach out and get back to you with a diagnostic. If you are in the search for a new car look somewhere else. Avoid the AlfaNightmareRomeo

I had a alfa romeo car it almost kill me right after I got it out the service from helfman dealership, car had been there a whole month and they still didn't know what's was wrong with it & put on my paperwork that's they didn't inspection the vehicle before the gave it back to me Ling story short the vehicle wreak its self, I push the brakes to stop the vehicle and it speedy up and hit another car air bag bust the front glass window and a metal piece went in my leg and cut my face its sad for you to buy a car and it almost kill you now am left without a car and a mark on my leg for the rest of my life like like I got shot with a shotgun in the leg and not to mention Helfman dealership in houston TX services guy sign my name to the service paperwork why I was trying to get myself well from the car wreak ,, THEY HAVE PUT ME IN A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

Hi.
I have a horrible experience with my Alfa Romeo Julia since I got it in December 2020 in Westbury NY.
-it had manufacturing issues with breaks
- it had an engine issue from beginning
It took them 2 years to figure out what is going, and only when I just push them to replace it. They so a lick just then.
For 2 years I was paying for luxury car, while I drove cheap dirty rentals. My car was in service for about 6 months out of 2 years.
All case managers ( except one lady and one guy Eric) were very rude.
When I asked then for a full service till the end of the lease, they told me that do not do it, when I asked for refund for months of torching , they said they can not do it, they just told me that I should be happy that they fixed it.
But 2 YEARSSS, isn't crazy? I had to take many days of my work, drive back and fourth, my adviser never call back to customers, have to idea WHY, I need to spend a lot of time on phone .
Never had any issues with any of my cars, had bmws for 15 years- 0 problem!
I'm trying to reach a had quarter office to see if they can resolve this issue, or I will need to file lawsuits again company
I hope u will be able to help and prove that service.

Misleading salesman made me drive over 300 miles & was not there , hi manager was so rude , he wants me to pay over $2500.00 more for the car , they advertised it at $32,244.00 and out the Door price was almost $39,000.00
About $7000.00 MORE , I ASKED MANAGER WHY YOU MISLEAD COSTIMERS HE SAID THAT IS HOW WE MAKE OUR MONEY WE AD SOME EXTRAS & FORCE YOU TO BUY IT , mercedes benz cars comes loaded no need to ad anything he said that is how we make money , not professional big rip off I will file a complaint everywhere in the internet till I hear from the owner of this place he has to know how his employees treat costumers especially when I drive over 350 miles to buy the car after Christian the salesman told me the $32,244.00 price for the car is negotiable just come by tomorrow I will take care of you & we will work a deal , never mention about GPS especially I was not going to fiancé the car I was going to buy it cash and also the 3m protection whith It

This car is no good just look nice it's in the dealership more then I drive it I don't recommend no one to buy it unless you just like the looks of it I have a Julia tj sport the service dealer suck I wish I never buy this car

I purchased an Alfa Giulia which I love, brilliant handling and performance. Sadly I have been let down by constant issues with the anti collision sensor and entry sensor. Took the vehicle to my local dealer for a service and to report a knocking from the front suspension. The dealer was more focused on performing a health check and pointing out potential issues (brake disc only having 7mm, £500!!!) rather than diagnosing a knocking drop link. Car returned after 3 days in the garage still knocking and damage in the drivers wing. Took the car to an independent garage who diagnosed the drop link within 30 mins and repaired within 2 hours. Having owned the car for 6 months and only spending 2 weeks without a warning light showing I sadly have had enough and had to sell the car. I am now 2 months in attempting to get a refund on my service plan which I had notified cancellation within 14 days, as stipulated in their terms and reference. Alfa customer care have now stopped answering my emails, just an absolute shocking service, so now taking them to the small claims court. Alfa, brilliant cars but unreliable cars and customer service.

The 2020 Alfa Romeo Guillia is the worst vehicle I have ever owned. I can't believe they allow this pos on the road! Purchased with warped rotors at 20,000 miles. They do not even make slotted rear rotors for this vehicle and factory rotors don't last a year! No heated seats. Faulty TPM sensors. I HATE this car. Poor handling, poor braking, poor performance all in a car designed to make you poor.

Read all the professional reviews like Car and Driver etc, then pass on the Alfa Romeo's. I have my Giulia for 6 months and It's going! It back to BMW for me!

I own a 2018 alfa Romeo stilveo quadriqfolii purchased at Pomoco Crysler boughtout by Chdckerflag auto. This is when customer service has gone down hill. Almost impossible to reach a live person to make a service appointment. I've complained with no changes made. I called alfa Romeo customer care to complain. They were a le todo nothing to help.. It took over 3-4 weeks just for alfa customer care to contact the above dealer. I specifically ask my Sara to have the regional manager call me (Hanah) Didnt happen, I was told the regional managers are too busy to call a customer. Garbage, what kind of customer service is this??? I told Sara to have the regional manager call me directly so they can hear my complaint 1st hand, not going through a 3rd person. Worst customer service service ever, what part of English didn't Sara understand.about having Hanah call me. I don't see how alfa Romeo can name a foot hold in the US with this kind of non customer service. I was ted to purchase another Alfa in 2 years but probably will not based on poor or non existent customer service. I do not recommend anyone to purchase an Alfa Romeo. This was only my last issue, prior to this I had several issues handled poorly!

My alfa has been in the shop 3 times in 6 months since i bought the car.....now its back in the shop for misfire in cylinders for a month this is ridiculous.my service guy is still waiting on alfa regional mgr to contact them because star is trying not to cover my warranty ive even got alfa care involved. alfa has the worst commutation! Im going to get my lawyer involved at this point if this dose not get resolved

As an owner of three Alfa stereos, one Maserati SUV all 2019's I could tell you worth complete honesty how wonderful these cars are. But I can also touch base with you on how poorly unprofessional and on knowledgeable most of your dealership represent your product. The experience I had at Newport alfa Has made my decision to go back to Mercedes-Benz. Dishonesty in total lack of knowledge it's not a back up for a prestigious Italian vehicle.

Dear all,

I would like to draw your attention on the following unpleasant situation:

My strong believe is that I was cheated by the Auto Italia Impex SRL ) as for 7 months (December to July ) I have been told that they will remediate my problem and even asked for money (which I paid since December) but did not remediate; furthermore I was assured by the Director that if I make an official request - he will get it approved. However, this did not happened.

I want to claim practically 2 situations:

A. - one related to ethics and I dare to say even fraud if I was not insistent enough and threatening that I will sue them, I could have lost my money paid on 15th December to Oliviu Hrab. Not clear to me how a situation like this can occur in such a big company which treasures their image.


B- the particular situation related to extension of guarantee for the car Alfa Romeo Stelvio, ZARFAHLN2H7B64293 for which I kindly ask your opinion also. Please see detail on the translation of the official letter send to Auto Italia Impex SRL in July- after 7 month of being assured that there is no problem on resolving this.


Please see below the details and proof of my saying for point A.

In December I discussed with Oliviu Hrab who asked me for money to remediate put the car in the guarantee due to the particular situation. (I can provide bank transfer proof )

Since December many discussions and phone calls and physical visits took place from my side with Oliviu Hrab; but without any clear result, just being delayed. ( I can provide proof for the many sms and conversations, even for the physical visits- witnesses)

In June he did no longer answer the phone and his colleagues told me he does not work there and they do not know where he is. So, I decided to talk to his senior , namely Marius Geama, on 14th June , who seemed surprised by the story, he confirmed that the person still works in the company, he also seemed surprised by the 2 service books (one additional made by this guy). He looked to me reasonable and told me that he will take it over and it will be resolved; however - this did not happen either; however I finally received an official negative answer on 14th July .

I could not imagine that such situation can appear in such a big company. So, in conclusion my question is if this is the normal way of dealing with your customers and what should I do next?

According to the verbal discussion, I would like to mention also the situations previously described: The car Alfa Romeo Stelvio, ZARFAHLN2H7B64293, having a garuantee of 07/2022 - considering the pandemic situation and the state of emergency made the revision on 31.07.2020. I mention that the date when the revision should have taken place is March 2020. period in which in Romania was Force majeure.

I emphasize that the number of km was 12000km, so the limit of 15000km mentioned in the guarantee was not exceeded as for the period March to July was not moved at all.

Considering the pandemic situation considered as Force Majeure by many companies and the Emergency Situation declared in Romania in the same period, I kinldy ask you to agree on keeping the guarantee for the car Alfa Romeo Stelvio, serie sasiu ZARFAHLN2H7B64293 as initially stated.

I purchased a 2020 Giulia new from NOrthside Imports in Houston, TX August 2020. I traded my 2018 Giulia, which I loved, no issues and all of the service was done at Northside. Due to Covid I lost my job and I moved home to Louisiana. The nearest dealership is in Shreveport, Gregg Orr. This car has shut down during my drive 4 times now. Each time I have to have it sent to the nearest dealer Gregg Orr. I have pleaded with Alfa care to take my car to Houston to get proper diagnosstics. Each time the dealer never calls me to communicate the issue, when it is ready, how long they expect, if I need a loaner car...NOTHING! Alfa care jumps in and communicates with me. Thsi time I picked up my car around 230pm on Friday 23July. I was meeting a friend in Austin and drove from Shreveport to Austin...maybe 200 miles. I am in Austin traffic on Barton Springs an 1rst street...this is a busy area of downtown on the weekend. The car shuts down yet again. Now I have to go through this pain staking towing process with Roadside assistance...a bunch of incompetent people. It took 3 tow companies before being towed, from 930ish to 2ish in the morning. This is now my second horrible tow experience in a month. I want someone from
Alfa Corporate to call me, done with the BS.

I am a newer customer to Alpha Romeo who leased a Stelvio from Arrigo in West Palm Beach. I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change which was supposed to be complimentary according to my service contract. Granted I brought the vehicle in 2 months past the time my car said I needed it to be done however, due to both of my parents contracting covid and being in the hospital for 3 weeks... I had no choice but to take care of their home, pets and bills as well as my own during that time. I will let you be advised that my car was well under the 10,000 miles also to be told that I would not be covered for the oil change. Now, its not the money but the principal being a first time customer along with Alpha Romeo trying to build their brand again, that this experience has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I will never lease or buy from Alpha Romeo again. I felt the representative that I spoke to, not only was hard to understand, but lacked in sympathy toward my situation. After all, its not like i brought the vehicle in 6 mos later and over the mileage required for the oil change. I am extremely upset to have not been accommodated during these challenging times and circumstances. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I agreed to purchase a Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Baker Buick GMC Cadillac in Charleston South Carolina. The sales manager (Paul Streaman) and salesman ( Noah Prine) entered into a written and verbal contract with to purchase the vehicle and the day it was to be delivered, it was sold. I was having the vehicle transported to another city (at my expense) and I was told to get insurance on the vehicle. I was told the day it would be delivered and they would receive a check and sign paperwork. This was false information, they lied and the vehicle was sold same morning it was to be delivered. They scammed me out of money to have the vehicle insured. They refuse to honor our agreement.

I bought an Alfa 6 mos ago from Danbury Alfa in Connecticut USA. I think it is a good idea to check into this dealership and how awful they are. Look at the reviews. I can't believe the customer service and the lack of ability to fix my car. I buy a new car every year. This one is surely my favorite!I l
Unfortunately, because of this dealership, I have to move onto a different car that gives prestige service, not service where I have to work harder to fix the issue with my car!

I Have Tried Calling This Number 5 Times And Your Numbe Ron Your Website Is One Digit Short. Besides That My Stelvio Has Been In The Repair Shop 5 Times For The Same Reason. Each Time For The Same Thing. My Stabilizer And Engine Light Indicates There Is Something Critically Wrong. The Car Has Had To Be Towed. It Took Eight, (8) Hours To Get Your Tow Trucks To Me. After Two (2) Weeks In The Shop, The Car Broke Down Again 4 Days Four Days Later. I Have Had This Car Since May Of 2018. I Have Less Than 10,000 Miles Because I Am Terrified To Take It On Trips. I Have Been Driving A Rented Dodge. I Am Paying You Money For A Piece Of Junk. Replace My Car Or Give Me My Money Back.

I have been an Alfa owner since 2001.
I had a 156 selespeed a 147 2l and now a Mito QV.
With all of them I had major problems, but I love the cars.
With the latest problem in the Mito I became very disappointed with the Alfa support in my Country.

The power steering motor packed up 2 months after the warranty expire, this was in the 6th of January. Lucky enough I have been able to drive the car up to now. By switching the ignition off and on again it seems to work but only sometimes. Now it collapsed for good.
In January I was told that I have to pay for the repairs. My car had only 59000 kms on the clock.
It seems that I have no option but pay R16000 for the repair. This is not acceptable. This problem is happening to a number of Mito's worldwide. Please check the Alfaowner website.The car is now standing until I get the required amount to have it repaired.

I am very dissapointed in the matter of being ignored after trying to sort out a breakdown of my vehicle in Italy in August 2009. after numerous phone calls,faxes and emails I have been ignored since december 2009.I find the whole attitude of customer relations at Alfa Romeo HQ pathetic not to have the desency to reply to a problem that should not have occured considering the age of the car.
