Nothing is easy about returning merchandise. There was no receipt slip in package. I had to look at the web site and then find returns. I had to go thru Amazon. When I got to Zappos website I was supposed to open an account with Zappos. I don't want an account with Zappos so I'll tell my giftgivers not to ever buy anything from Zappos again. The shoes I received are too small in places and hurt.

uess I'll chuck is up to bad experience and forget about returning.
