Whole foods Wellesley Ma
11/16/23
The lady checking my itiams out only spoke in her native language. Then she holds up one of my itiams and shows it to the other lady who was bagging my itiams made a face and I felt that was really rude. Since when do employees get to remark about someone's itiams eap, in another language ?

The taproom at Wholefoods Santa Clara needs some work. The young lady ( blonde hair) has a horrible adititude. Her response is " what do you want". No respect for the customer. My wife and I have been coming to the taproom when the store opened. We won't be back until this situation is taken care of.

I hadn't been to whole foods till yesterday for the first time in a couple years. Reason being I am trying to shop at places that are not so expensive. I just happened to be in there and I remembered I used to really love their seduction bread. I was disappointed because the loaf is now half the size that it was and twice the price, over $7 for a small loaf of bread. It's good but it's not that good. I used to love it cuz it was nice big pieces for my sandwiches now I need three or four pieces to make enough food for lunch. Won't buy it again.i know profit is always the first choice.

amazon returns at whole foods newell walnut creek ca is a joke, there is never anyone on the desk and asking the checkout staff for help results in a rude response.

Terrible customer service at West Hollywood, CA Whole Foods. You ask for help with an item you're looking for and the employees look at you like you're speaking Chinese. They don't want to be bothered to help you. They don't even have any common sense manners to say sorry we can't help you. It's bizarre. Don't they train their employees? Or are they just all miserable? Rather shop at Trader Joe's. They are much nicer.

Some employees with no sense or manners is no bueno, it's to early in the morning for that nonsense. She is lucky i have to get to work!

Bought some sushi that was labeled and dated fresh but turned out to be inedible as it was at least a day or two old. Took pictures of it an offered to send them to customer service.

They told me that without a receipt they would not help me. I had used my prime account to make my purchase but that wa not good enough for them. The pictures I took had their name and date on the carton. Still not good enough.

Just an awful experience.

I ve been customers for at least 15 years and not much to complain about ( Edgewater location) but Would you consider giving refill for morning coffee from the coffeeshop section?
When i went to customer service to bring some attention for that matter the lady was so certain and almost rude about no refill policies . It felt she is the one who decides on these so i decide to write here to get maybe better responde...
Thanks...

I have been a loyal Whole Foods customer for almost 20 years. I just bought groceries there, came home and made a sandwich. I happened to look at the ingredients on the bread (after I ate it) and couldn't believe what I saw. The label says it contains a bioengineered food ingredient. WTF??? Then I checked the bagels that I bought. Same thing, made with a bioengineered ingredient. I am returning these and getting a refund. But that's not all. I have trusted your store to provide healthy, wholesome foods for my family for many years. No more! You are not the same store you used to be before Amazon took over. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Natural Grocers is right down the street, and I have never run into this there. Maybe you should consider changing your name, because Whole Foods no longer applies.

Utterly disgusting - from 3 separate Whole Foods locations I was sold infested salmon. I returned it, and the store manager grabbed the fish representative who was appalled and said that happens when the fish comes infested then sits on the shelves for too long. I reached out to Whole Foods, who instead of looking to fix the problem, told me I was wrong and they can offer a refund.

Recently, I bought their bulk chicken breast to find a worm sticking out of the top of it.

I'm not sure where the lack of care, oversight and control comes from - maybe when Amazon took over? - but its honestly disrespectful to their customers. I go there because they claim to have high quality food, but more times that not, I'm throwing even produce away due to an overgrowth of mold or bugs.

Overall, Whole Foods has become an untrustworthy supplier of meat/seafood. I think this is something people should know and understand. Please share this review.

This pretentious, racist Whole Foods needs to be put of business. I arrived at Whole Foods BORO PLACE, today January the 1st New Year's day expecting to be able to purchase my groceries using my EBT/Debit card. There were no signs on the front door informing me that there system was down, but instead, I wasted 45 minutes looking for food items, picking food items and going through the store looking forward to purchase my groceries. Why after all of this time wasted did I wait in a long line, just to be told that the system crashed and I could only use a credit card? I said let me try my EBT card, but it didn't work. So, I asked for the Manager, some Russian woman at Customer Service told me that there's was nothing that they could do and that was it. I demanded a gift card, but for some reason three of the employees thought that it was funny that I could not afford groceries without the EBT card. They included the Russian female, a white man carting out something in a red plaid shirt, brunette, heavy set with a beard and a woman that was of a medium complexion not from America with a ponytail. I asked for a Real Manager and a middle eastern man came out. I told him that I wasted time shopping there when all you had to had done was place a sign on the Front door. So, I need a gift card then, he was nice enough to give me a $20 gift card and I was fine with that, until I went back to the line again just to find out that the gift card wasn't even loaded. I went back to Customer Service and the Russian lady said that the gift card won't load. So I said that I am getting two items, I should not have to pay for this. He let me have my $8 disgusting chicken wings and a$7 bottle of wine. I appreciate the Manager giving me the items, but I didn't appreciate the information not posted or announced and that because I am Black to be laughed at for using EBT. I will be informing corporate about this. Besides, this Whole Foods can't retain employees, their cooked food is tasteless and overpriced and the staff are rude! Replace this store with a Baldacci's!

Since the takeover of Whole Foods by Amazon, the WF experience has gone downhill. I loved WF when it first came out. Knowledgeable staff who seemed to enjoy their job. There mission seems focused on providing good service and supporting organic and humane faring. They offered samples and their cheese beer/wine area was great for sitting down to enjoy a bite and a sip while shopping. We enjoyed chatting with the counter staff and fellow shoppers. Then we noticed WF starting to cut corners. Staff seems a bit more harried. Then Amazon took over. There mission changed to one of enhancing profits. While I had reservations I thought there could be advantages. However the shopping experience there is no longer fun. We have largely stopped going. Such a shame.

I went to Middletown nj Whole Foods and was very disappointed on how they have gluten-free bakery items mixed with regular how does this happen.thinking everything is gluten-free and isn't.Does the bakery manager realize u can't mix celiac foods together with regular bakery items as they can get sick. And there is no sign saying it's regular items mixed. So very disappointed in whole foods.

Bought Whole Foods vegan hearty lentil soup and there at least 7 small pebbles in the soup. I was ver fortunate not to crack a tooth! I then threw it out. Apparently they are not straining their lentils?!?

Whole Foods SOUTHGLENN keeps messing up a weekly ongoing seafood order. Instead of correcting themselves, they steal money from a disabled woman who can't go to the store herself and just says " go somewhere else." The most rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and discriminatory Whole Foods. They are going to tank when they treat long standing customers as if they are doing them a favor by terrible service. Beware of this store. No professionalism in management and some people don't take pride in their work. But sure expect you to lose your money and waste your time.

I purchased the wrong hair color. I never used it and attempted to EXCHANGE it for the correct color. Without a receipt, no go...not even an exchange? I suppose I could have had them do credit card look up receipt, but I was so annoyed by the tone and rudeness of 2 employees there that I just walked out. This was in Los Gatos. I should have just left the color with them since I will never use it and can't exchange it.

Some of us are unable to shop in person due to the pandemic situation and the fact that a family member is at very high risk for Covid complications. Because of that, we have to rely on grocery delivery and pickup from stores such as Whole Foods. We've been sent countless items that are either completely wrong - even though we specified NO substitutes on the order form - or we are given expired/rotten produce or perishable items that are within a day or two of expiration.

Whole Foods won't help and tells you to contact Amazon even though the items came from their store and they are owned by Amazon. Amazon's online return bot is useless. You can no longer simply click on a few tabs to get a refund started. You now have to click on "contact us" every single time and speak with a customer service rep through chat, which is time consuming and doesn't always result in the situation being resolved satisfactorily.

Bought a chocolate cream pie at whole foods yesterday for 15$ needless to say I had high hopes for this pie, but after cutting into it and taking a bite I realized that there was something off about it. Had my mother try and and we agreed it was bad. Not just bad, but it was off. Whole foods will not refund my money for the pie, and shuffled me around on the phone before finally hanging up on me. I can't afford to pay 15$ for a pie that I am going to throw away! And have never had anything so discusting come from whole foods bakery. Buyer beware.

Could not return bad seafood. Another customer lost.

Groceries are so expensive, especially at Whole Foods. The reason I shop there has been because of the quality of the products and produce. I spend several hundred dollars every month. I tried a new almond milk yogurt for 5.99. When we tasted it, with weeks prior to the expiration date, it was bad. Had to throw it away. Without the ability to return it or get a credit to use toward my next week's groceries is absurd. I will be looking for a new grocery store chain that is more customer oriented and friendly.

Requested exchange for pair of reading glasses this morning at Dallas, Tx. store at Preston Forest. Immediately upon my request, the lady said, "Ill do it this time, but don't ever ask again." I told her that I totally understood their policy for food items, but not for the sunglasses. She was one of the most rude clerks/service person I have ever encountered. How dare her try to intimidate me? I had other items in mind....but calmly parked my cart, exchanged my readers and left. I would have considered myself a good customer for them, having spent $230.00 just two days ago. It's store help like this woman that hurts businesses. Believe me, I will not be back in the Preston Forest Whole Foods Store.

Whole foods has become predatory since the pandemic, knowing they can easily unload expired and unsaleable products to the home delivery customers. I can't count how many times I've revived moldy, mushy, bruised, inedible vegetables. They replace less expensive items with more expensive ones, even though they are in stock. The meat quality can often be questionable, especially when it comes to seafood. And now that they've done away with the return policy, it's even harder to get a refund when they intentionally screwed you. Whole foods says to contact Amazon, Amazon says to contact whole foods and neither of them replies to emails. It's great.

I understand about Covid and not accepting returns on most goods but when they sell you $35 worth of bad lump crab meat and won't even give you credit to use again in the store, it is disgraceful. I am a loyal customer but no longer. This was at Whole Foods in Buckhead Georgia. I purchased it a couple of days ago for Easter from their seafood department. I opened it to serve a couple of days ago and it was bad. I brought it back in a full container with the price and date marked on the bag of when it was sold. Keisha was the manager who said she couldnt do anything. So if your product is of bad quality then you won't get any money back. Do not make large purchase items here!

Hello,
I m in Whole Foods all the time so it's no wonder how I misplaced the receipt and didn't get my review in within your 14 day timeline but I wanted to let all know that I had a great experience.
Back in April 4, 2023 I ran into the store for some flowers for a wrap party for a tv show I'm on & grabbed some tulips. When I got to the register to pay I asked the sales girl could I get them wrapped? She said let me check. She came back & said the person is on break. Then I said all need is some brown paper, clear plastic any color ribbon. She said, "wait a minute let me check". A moment later (Ashley M. ) comes back with the brown paper, clear plastic & ribbon.
I'm so gracious she went out of her way to make my day. ?
So here's to Ashley M. from the Upper West Side - in New York (on April 4, 2023) for going out of her way & giving me such great customer service.
Thank you
Kim E.

Whole Foods Had The Best Vegan Donuts I've Ever Had! However, They Have Made A Corporate Decision To Change The Frosting From A Fabulous Chocolate To A Black Bitter Frosting Absolutely Decussating! I Inquired From The Store Bakery Staff And Was Told It Was A Corporate Decision. Bakery Staff Said Sales Have Drop And
Customers Qiute Unhappy For Which I Am One. Before Frosting Change I Had To Be Fast To Get The Donuts Sold Out Quickly Now I See Them Sitting For Days In The Case, Super Disappointing. Hope This Discussion Will Be Re-evaluated But I'm Thinking This Will Go Into The No Response File.
