Mind blowing attitude to the extra people milling around the Oak Creek Arizona store this morning! An Arts & Crafts show takes place alternate weekends in part of the parking lot in front of the Tuesday Morning store. Not only had they placed "reserved for store customers in some of the parking spots, but also had removed toilet paper from the restrooms - "they (visitors to the Arts&cCrafts show) come in here, use the restrooms and use up all the TP". "They just come in to look around and never buy anything". Someone at HQ needs to remind the staff here that retail is based on footfall/bodies entering the store who may possibly buy something!

I purchased a David Burke teapot with red enamel coating at the Tueasday Morning store at the Pantops location in Charlottesville, Virginia. As per the directions, I washed it in the dishwasher, and the coating came off and was dispersed onto other dishes in the dishwasher. I had to rewash all the other dishes in the dishwasher. I went ahead and made tea in the pot, however, I don't want to risk getting red paint specks in my tea. I decided to return the teapot to the store but I did not have the receipt.
The sales clerk who seem to be in charge, said she could not except it back without a receipt. Another sales clerk suggested that I accept a gift card or exchange for another teapot. I thought that was an appropriate suggestion, however, when she asked the original person, she said "no" and stated that that was her last day on the job and she said no and added that she did not want to get into trouble. Needless to say this was disconcerting. The second clerk even showed her a photo and description on the Tuesday morning website a photo of the teapot. The other person still said that her decision was final.

So disappointed that the Tuesday Morning by me Denton, Keller and Alliance will be closing . So I guess they don't want the N W Tx money. Such a shame. My choices will be to drive 30 miles or 50 miles to shop them. Guess I'll be saving a tin of money.

I never had bad customer service at Tuesday morning, and I'm a frequent shopper until January 1, 2023 at the Southaven location. I know the picking for employees are bad!!!! Because I myself am a Supervisor. But the woman in the store act liked she could not do anything, I could not even get a price check they both looked at me as if I was talking foreign. I ended up leaving my merchandise at the counter. I would fire both of them immediately.!!!! With those nasty attitudes!!!!!!

It would be nice if you all actually cared about your employees, but you don't. We are just disposable pawns. It is quite apparent now why you all went bankrupt before. If you keep treating all the hardworking people who break their backs day in and day out for you, who practically live at your stores the way you do now?? Ha! You are headed right back to bankruptcy again. I've never been treated, nor seen others treated, the way you all treat your employees. There would be no YOU without all of US. You all do not communicate. Everyone has something to say but it's not a cohesive plan. You are constantly fumbling around what it is you want/need your stores to do. One team member says this...another comes through and says something completely different. Get it together! And then you all want to blow into town and come dictate things. Showing us your Superiority! Please... I love working for this company, but the way you all handle things, or should I say, "pretend" to handle things is completely killing my love for Tuesday Morning. As I am sure you have read on these many, many, many bad reviews of your poor, extremely lacking management skills.

I was there on Wednesday morning 2 older Ladies standing at the register I stated to put my items on the counter one of the ladies got on the register to get ready to wait on me the other lady started to polk her to stop on the shoulder 2to 3 times.she wanted her to wait cause the other cashier was on her way. My problem here cashier was doing her job why make a custom wait and why was she being treated that way and you don't touch people.

I am very frustrated. I was told by an employee that I could return an item in case it didn't fit. I went to the store and was told that it is out of stock so therefore they were unable to give me my refund. It was pouring down rain and I am very disappointed. I won't go back.

I went into the Lee's Summit Mo. store on 3/14 to look around , since hadn't been in for awhile. The layout of the store was different so my son and I were "roaming" the store to get an idea where things were located. We had been looking in different areas of the store when we went down an aisle and an employee with a cart started following us. I thought the employee was putting away 500s but she just kept following right behind us. She followed us around the corner and down the next aisle. When we turned the next corner she left the cart and followed us, asking if we needed anything and then if we knew about signing up as members with our email. I answered that I did, as the store has my email since I have shopped in the store before. She continues to follow us around and made us very uncomfortable if we picked anything up to look at it. Finally, I was tired of being made to feel that I had to be followed around so as not to steal something, we decided to leave. The employee followed us to the door! I didn't take anything and never would, I don't appreciate being made to feel like I am a criminal of some kind. Won't be back.

. Yesterday I bought 2 candles that were on clearance at 40% off. The original price was 9.99. All clearance was supposed to be additional 25% off. The associative charged me 5.99 each. I asked the associate why I didn't get the additional 25% and she and the manager became rude and stated that their price was correct. (It should have been 4.49. They just refused to listen. I left the store with the candles as I didn't want to argue. I will not return to the Fort Collins store. Bad customer service!!

I visited your new store in Georgetown,Texas the manager Kyle was the worst customer service person ever. Told multiple people he can't do it all at once, huffing and puffing at customers throwing his hands up when customer needed something. That says it all just can't handle the job. I asked Victoria at the register who was the manager and to my surprise it was Kyle. I mentioned to her his attitude and she told me I didn't have to be rude that sometimes she react to a customer that way too. Wow not a good response to give a customer. I was only stating the truth !!!!!!! Not a way to start a store up. I too work in customer service i would have been let go.

January 2,2020.... your store in palm coast, Florida........been shopping at this store since it opened.......today, there was one lonely man trying to stock shelves and work the register.....the floors were littered with debris.....the shelves looked like someone came in and trashed them.....the stock on the shelves was non existent.....

I don't know what is happening here, but this store is in an upscale, new shopping center......shame on your company

Rcvd. a flyer about their Memorial Day sale. Went to the Topeka, KS store after 10 AM and they still hadn't unlocked the door even though hours were posted. Went back 40 minutes later and they were open. The 2 workers there spent more time visiting with each other than on customers or organizing the store aisles. One worker then sat down on the chair on display up front and began sharing what disease she has, how she tried to find someone else to work, etc. Then the other gal was so slow checking people out because she was too busy chatting with the one sitting down. Did either of them really want to work?

I shopped at the 10516 Old Katy Road, Houston TX store the morning of 11/25. From the 20% discount rack in the back of the store, I selected 3 white dinner plates #1870985 and 7 green dinner plates #1861631. The 3 white plates rang up with the 20% discount but the 7 green plates did not. I asked for the 20% off because it was clearly marked that the merchandise on those racks were discounted. The store manager refused to honor the 20% discount.
How are these situations handled? How should have this situation been handled?

Last year my husband/gave me a back massager Christmas. defected I went to a Tues Morning in next nearby town (DIDNT HAVE ITEM WITH ME that day) I asked if I could get refund because I knew receipt was few days past and I mean very few past date to get refund. Employee (very nice) went to the back of store;asked manager... Manager said yes!!I told him I would return to the store near me where gift was purchased. He said that would probably be best. So the next day I carried back with receipt....manager called the store I had gone to previous day to confirm what I told her ...they said was true. And according to her they denied! So she offered gift card. I wanted my 100.00 back. I told her I had been sick during and after Christmas plus close family member sick almost around clock care. Oh well ...got gift card and bitter taste of Tuesday Morning ...makes me not want to shop there

I am very disappointed that you are closing your Mentor Ohio store. I feel like in a world of on-line shopping the only stores that will survive are stores like Tuesday Morning. It was always my go to store. Please open another in Mentor or close by

Nasty & rude employees! The sign at 9606 Nall Ave. clearly says closed at 7:00 PM. The Tuesday morning employee would not respond to my inquiring why were they then closed at 6:00. Little , heavy set lady with SHORT dark hair & Huge glasses extremely rude & undesrving of her job ! Poor representative for Tuesday Morning!! Will not shop there AGAIN!!

Wanted to let management know what a nice, well organized store #1052 is and what a good store manager you have there. I've been to several stores throughout the country and this has the nicest displays and organization by far! "Tina" was friendly and helpful taking me to the items I wanted and then giving me specific, helpful education about the product area. (rugs this time) She carefully wrapped my glass purchases and made arrangements to help my husband with an exchange or product. Thank you for having a store manager that make such a difference in your customer's shopping experience.

I bought a heater from Tuesday Morning but have not needed it til now. The remote did not work so I have been trying to call local store for 2 days and they are too busy to talk to me. Finally called corporate office in Dallas and was told I had purchased it back in Nov so there was nothing they could do. I understand time frame but I did not need it until yesterday. The 3 year warranty is not good either because the heater is discontinued. Called Canada office and was told remote would cost 25.00. So I am out over 100 dollars and have no warranty. Will not trade at Tuesday morning anymore. They should not sell discontinued merchandise. Very disappointed.

I love shopping at my Tuesday Morning store located in Corpus Christi, TX.
The employees are very nice, helpful, courteous, and the store is well stocked & clean.
My family and I frequent the store on a daily bases. We have referred all our friends to shop there.

If your ever in the neighborhood stop bye you will be welcomed, and you wont be disappointed.

One cashier on duty and was OVERWHELMED. Line of 8 customers. She never lost her cool and continued to be pleasant band helpful.

It had been awhile since I had been there. I was expressed how clean and organized it was this time. The staff greeted us even went outside to get a buggy for us. Prices where great. I did enjoy this store in Burleson, Texas this time . I will give it another shot for sure. Last time I went has been like 3 years ago and it wasn't good then. I had stopped going there but my sister in law talked me in to going with her this time and I am glad I did.

I am totally In awe bout Tuesday mornings in Milton - I needed special items moving into a new home and the Manager ,Miss Alana was super nice and really caring and pointed me to all kind of items which I would have never considered ! The store was totally organized and easy to look through and I spent hours in there- plan to go back there to Milton ( it's definitely worth the trip!) even though I have a Tuesday morning closer to my address and bring my girlfriend with me who also needs a makeover in her Appartement -hope Miss Alana will be there

I have shopped many different Tuesday Morning's in the Phoenix area and San Jose, CA for many years. Today I was in the Arrowhead Crossing store, and it was a delightful experience. The store was clean and tidy, and everyone was demonstrating current social distancing. The store had very nice displays of Valentine, Easter and garden merchandise. Across the aisle there were display scoordinating items with similar colors involving dishes, napkins, glassware and decorative items. I found it all very attractive. Staff was very attentive to helping customers with furniture, and one employee was rolling and taping up a rug that was 2x taller than she was. She had her method of doing it and managed all by herself, pretty impressive. I enjoyed chatting with the staff at checkout about how nice their store was and they encouraged me to send a note about my experience today. Great idea as it was a great experience.

Wonderful social distancing and hand sanitizing procedures in place at Tuesday Morning at 5677 North Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO. Employee in front ensured every customer sanitized hands, and he sanitized his frequently. Stayed behind register when checking out and maintained distance.

I am a frequent shoppers at my Alcoa TN Store.
My favorite place to shop.
Unfortunately these past couple months it has been unbearable with the heat. It must be 100 degrees in that place.
I asked if they have air they said no not since Early Spring. No Air at all. I had to leave. I was getting nausea.
Many customers like myself were complaining,
The poor cashier was miserable sweating looking a little peeked.
I asked her if she had something to drink she said drinks are not allowed up front. That is pretty sad putting your employees through this.
It's bad on we the customer, the employee is working in unbearable heat.I noticed a thermometer was showing almost 100 degree and it 89 outside.
These employees need to be treated better than this.Customers too.

I was visiting store #708 Naples Tuesday Morning store June 26 and I had excellent and friendly customer service by a young lady named Samantha. She asked if I found everything I was looking for and has a wonderful personality for sales. The merchandise was displayed well and the shelves neatly organized. Sorry I do not live close to this store. Found several small items that I had been searching for in my hometown.

I have visited both Naples, Fla stores looking for some italian manufactured dishes. Dave at store708 was so very helpful He called the North Naples store where Manager Eric had located what I needed and he was waiting for me. They both went way beyond what I expected. They are outstanding in their stores. I am now a faithful customer

My husband and I live in Richmond, Va and had to travel to Stafford, Va to pick up some barstools that were being held for us. The store manager, Wanda P. was very nice in assisting us with our purchases. We bought the barstools and found two more on display that were different and gorgeous. She repackaged them, helped us put all four of the chairs in the truck and we traveled back to Richmond with no incidents or damage to our merchandise. If we are ever in the area of that Tuesday Morning, we will definitely make it a point to visit that store again. The service was fantastic and over the top. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

My husband and I found some gorgeous barstools in Tuesday Mroning in the Richmond Store located on Broad St., Richmond Va. There were only two (we wanted eight) so Pam,the store manager, quickly started calling other local stores within a 100 mile radius to help us locate more. She called us the next day and had made contact with the stores that had them and asked that they hold them for us. We traveled to all of the stores and picked them up. Pam was extremely helpful and has continued to make contact with us about our purchases and satisfaction. She is one of the best store managers we have ever encountered and we will continue to patronize her store. I encourage anyone looking for an item from Tuesday Morning to visit the Broad Stree store and receive the welcome and assistance that we received.

I love the Tuesday Morning at St Johns in Jacksonville Florida. Ever time I go shopping there I always have a wonderful experience there. Larry, one of the employees, is always helpful, pleasant and courteous. He will help you know matter what. KUDOS to Larry's awesome customer service. The Store manager Skyler is also great. VERY pleasant always welcoming and he treats you like family. KUDOS to Skyler's customer service as well. Both Larry and Skyler are great people and Skyler made a great ssnag on bring Larry on board.
