Supervalu Customer Service

I have called your customer services number repeatedly and canget through. I nought a chicken, defrosted it and to my dissatisfaction it had enough pin feathers for a shave. What could I do but sit and pull those Things out. Thet were on wings and Bach end too. im not happy to say the least. To add insult to injury I could not get through and talk with anyone. went for my weekly shopping and bought 2 packs of kippers when i was putting my shopping away i noticed that the dates on the packs of kippers were a week out of date stating on the packs the 7/1/17 i dont mind a day or two but a week especially fish produce and to make matters worse i had to drive all the way back to get a refund which was time consuming in itself the response was it was an overlook on their part no problem but more care should be taken with fish and meat produce really
