I visited Sally's store #2800 in Natchitoches La on 02/10/24 to get some hair dye to color my hair lighter so this is what I got ( Inspired by Nature color Light Honey Brown) I colored my hair afterward and when I wash the dye out of my hair it came out darker than my original color and on top of all that it damage it real bad .I'm very piss because I have never dyed my hair and it come out wrong I talked to my daughter and step daughter which are both beauticians and they advised me to go to Sally's to get my hair dye ,developer ,and a deep conditioner. I would like to be compensated for the cost of the hair color and what it's gonna cost to get my hair fixed because I am very particular about how my hair looks .Thank you

Store#3830 citrus heights ca. The girl who waited on me with bright green hair tried to convince I should color my hair like hers. I had to be very firm with her and say No! She was abrasive n very unprofessional.

Im literallt about to cry .
I got red hair dye and bleach for christmas and it burnt off my hair never again.
I only had it in for 20 min it burnt my hair off and it was soooo hot i had to was it after 20 min

I came into Sally's in Dothan Alabama I was coming in to get my daughters some lotion for Christmas when I walked in the two lady's that was working was already looking funny , like they didn't wanna be there, so it was some bags I guess for display ( which I thought I could purchase but I guess they were individually sold . So she was was exsplaining that I had to pay for each item separately at first I didn't understand wat she was saying but then she says ( oh I bought the bags from dollar tree you can go to dollar tree and get you some and put the things in the bags yourself very rude . When all she had to tell me was that the bags were up there for display that would've been alot easier than talking to me like I was retarted . The other girl with the red and black hair that was in there I came in one day to use my 5$ off coupon she told me I couldn't use it . When I had it on my phone she was also rude they act as if they don't wanna work . I always come to Sally's I've seen the girl with the red and black hair once I never seen the other lady normally when I come In the other lady's were so sweet but not the two who worked yesterday very rude

The Store Manager at 16840 W Waddell Rd #130, Surprise, AZ 85388 is name Miesha and she very rude, selfish, and non-compassionate both personally and professionally. She treats her employees horrible and threatens their work hours if they do not meet the daily quote. She constantly uses the excuse of "she has 8 kids at home to feed" towards her employees and gets frustrated with them easily and complains all the time. She is not a team player and belittles everyone around here and other co-workers at other local stores are aware of her attitude yet nothing is ever done. This so called supervisor needs to be counseled, disciplined, and retrained in her position on both professional and personally ethics and behavior. I dread for anybody to go to this store and interact with this woman.

The store manager of Sally's in grand prairie Alberta is extremely rude and offensive. She stood at leaning against the counter with her hands in her back pockets and when I turned around she asked if she could help me she never approached me she never smiled she was not friendly whatsoever I asked her about a hair product that is new she never explained anything about it again did not approach me when I asked how much it was she very curtly said well I would have to scan it. I did call when I got home and asked for a manager unfortunately unfortunately it was her and I said all of this to her and all she could say is I'm sorry you feel that way and I and I apologize I do not appreciate being treated that way in any store but in particular a store I have gone to for 5 years. I also asked her about returning now turning nail Polish I didn't Li didn't like and she said add I could return it and get a gift card but then when I talk to her on the phone it was a 60 day return policy which I have now seen online online but she did not tell me that.

I used to shop at Sally Beauty for years, but NO MORE. The percentage increase they charge for something like a 2 oz. bottle of hair color increases by at least a dollar every time I go in the store. To top it all off, they now charge .15 for a BAG to put this little bottle in! I'm going to now use drugstores, supermarkets, etc.!!!

I made a purchase from the Wilmington NC store on College Road. The clerk asked if I wanted a bag to put the 6 items I purchased in. I said yes and she said it would an additional 15cents for a bag. I said I would not pay for a bag and would appreciate just a regular bag. She said they were no longer providing bags. This is not Sam's or Aldi and the bag was not a big issue. What was disturbing was there were no notices posted to explain the change in procedure.

I had forgotten my mask, but I was also in a county that lifted the mask mandate. The Sally's clerk asked me if I had a phone number..I said " No. I WILL JUST PAY & GO. I forgot my mask in the car." She mumbled," I don't want what you have." And then handed me my merchandise with no bag.

I went to your store in Summerville, SC today (Dec, 10, 2020). A well built woman of deep color, a cash payment with official state cosmetology documents and a Sally Beaty account. She said a couple times about a 'mask', when I had progressively explained that I not only "I have a medical issue, ....structural issues, .... AND that I'm under care of a ears, nose and throat specialist.
When I asked if the stated amount due has had my professional discount applied . The attitude became became strong from the shield as if I had the plague., flipped the cash on the counter, that nothing on my hand would get on her (although money, of all surfaces, is the filthiest thing in the country).
The progressives to elevate her condescending attitude as the way I f lung the cash on the counter and refused to take my legal tender for the merchandise. I picked up paper I had dropped, she exclaimed that she would not take my money. I grabbed my wallet state license, and phone and cash from the counter and left offended and flustered. My made my way to my vehicle quickly. I heard her yelling something, 'stole' something. I just wanted to leave. Realizing these product in the see ' it' paid for. In reality the frustration from the incident just a moment. Immediately , i returned immediately, leaving the merchandise on the curb, intimated by the situation and her attitude.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in any store. I have breathing issues after heart failure. No one was in the store. I wore a mask and a black human berated me. Then I was asked if I wanted to carry $90.00 worth of products in my arms or pay for a sack. REALLY? I swear you idiots must be from stupid California or idiot New York. Here in Texas we get the word out real quick. Boycotts are coming your way I promise. ?

went into Sally B.Supply in north olmsted , ohio yesterday to purchase hair color. At check out i gave my info and when asked to say yes or no if it was correct i questioned the clerk as to why the wrong address and information and that i could not say yes to 'is this correct' she had an immediate curt response that that is the way it was - and that the computer systems cannot correct this problem. My entire 5 minute experience then escalated with a customer who defended her rude initial customer service attitude and stated he was a manager at a store a few doors down and customers like me are all over and it isn't the clerks fault/ I WAS AGHAST -- I asked to speak to manager who was on break. All i can say at this time is fix your computers to have the correct customer information hire a tech company to get to the root of the problem / i have gone through a stolen identity once in my life and wrong info is not acceptable / I will not be shopping at this branch anymore / WRONG PERSON ON REGISTER - AND I HAVE 25 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE thank you

I will never order from here again. You sent my order to wrong address and charged me double for shipping more than amount of my order. And now you want me to pay $5.00 more just to chat with someone on line. What a rip-off you are! I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I went to Sally's in enterprise Alabama to get some more hair color and get some advice I want to purple in my hair which I order it already bleached so the lady gave me a purple permanent and that was the last one there which my hair was very long so she gave me a semi permanent pink she also sold me two coloring treatments I left the haircolor on for 45 minutes just to realize that none of it took no purple or pink today I went back two days later to ask why and they said that that was not right for my hair did not offer me compensation refund nothing just said that there was a new lady that just got hired and she didn't know what she was doing that in my book It's not good customer service

I was disappointed in the service at Sally's yesterday. I have been a loyal customer for many years!!! When asked about a product she didn't know anout it. Because their system was down I couldn't get my points credited. I had to ask her twice for their customer service number. On top of that, it was the wrong number.

Hello, I have a complaint to make.. I purchase a hair dye at sallys in Hollywood fl in Oakwood plaza... And the dye didn't work and I just wanted to even exchange for another dye and vilma told me very rudely that they do not exchange anything.. I showed her my receipt which says if your not happy with your purchase you can exchange...vilma continued to tell me she will not change my item that there's no policy for exchange or refunds... Vilma is the worst with customer service.. I shop at sallys every week and she make my shopping unhappy....

I just had to tell the powers that be in the corporate office that the store manager of store #839 in Woodbridge Virginia is awesome!

My Lââ?¬â?¢Oreal hair color that I have been using for over 20 years has been discontinued ðŸË?±. Tracy the store manager was so helpful and went out of her way to find my hair color shade from wherever she could. I canââ?¬â?¢t thank her enoughâÂ?£ï¸Â?

I have always liked Sally�s but now I LOVE my local store #839 in Woodbridge Virginia!

The manager here in Del rio to is very rude and disrespectful, I guess she was upset that I had to make request for hair from eagle pass tx who manager was very helpful and respectful in helping me with my needs. Since Del rio manager did not help me with a request that I ask her for a month in advanced but since she doesn't know about African American hair products she didn't even bother to help. Also she went off off on one of my clients who went in for some particular hair because the other store helped me out with some thing she didn't want to. I don't know if she is racist against black because that is the second client of mines that she has went off on. I told them to call another location to make a complaint like I did, I will continue to contact you guys and other stores of yours until I' am contacted back about this matter. She also said that her manager said she don't have to help us all she have to do is tell us to order it offline even though our local store provide and sell the products that we need. I called Sally Beauty to ask if a curling iron one quarter inch barrel was in stock. The lady said yes I had to send my husband to get it. I was unable to go as I had been in an accident. When he got there the lady said it was gone. No explantion was given. I would like to know the reason for this. It is the store on peachtree industrial Atlanta GA

Worst SERVICE EVER!!
Earleen (The employee) was so RUDE to me and my daughter in front of other customers because I tried a spray on my daughters hair. Earleen rushed to where we were and demanded for me to give her the spray that i used and to handed to her. She had a lot of attitude, rolled her eyes and had the loudest voice. I work in the Customer service and that is no way to approach a customer. When she was at the register, I asked her if the Manager was there and she stated that this store doesn't have a manager. I mentioned to her that her behavior was unacceptable but, she continued to talk loudly and said " I wasn't being rude plus you shouldn't be trying any products" very sarcastically she continued to be rude and said "have a great night". Since when is it acceptable to talk back to customers?? Last time I will visit this store and purchase any items.

I was at your Tempe, Arizona store and had excellent customer service with your team member, Marisela Valadez. Marisela really knows how to take care of your customers and goes the extra mile. She was kind, generous with her time with me, professional and guided me with the products that I needed without hesitation. What a great team member she is and surely she should climb the ladder of success in your company.

At the time of my visit I was struggling to find the correct product for my hair luckily very nice young lady offered to help I couldn't get her name was wearing brown boots although another worker was not helping and was walking through the product aisle while on the phone while young lady was helping other customers.

Your newTanwise water foam is the bomb! Used other tan wise products before. Saw this in an ad and had to try. Very natural, no streaks and moisturizing. Love it. Just thought you'd want to know.

I went to the Manchester store in the on west middle turnpike and I was very please when I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful lady nice smile and she was willing to help me in any way possible from the process of dying my hair the pros and cons she made my day I don't know her name but she had the sweetest country accent

Worked at Sally's did not feel safe no protection for merchandise or employees no cameras lots of theft and worked alone so was hard to provide customer service when busy which didn't help with theft either, Not a pleasant place to work ,enjoyed customers, but moral was poor at my location.
