I asked teller when does bus leave she said 10pm and it's late so I went for supper she called me telling me it left at 630pm and I need to buy another ticket so went to another busing company Canada bus
So she lied to me I am upset

I see customers complaining about Ryder. Try working for them. It's sad but you are getting poor service due to their nonchalant attitude about bad employees. It's about money for them. Also some of the workers are probably upset about low pay and poor equipment.

Our driver was hopeless. As a disabled person we asked to be taken to the nearest ferry terminal. He didn't even know what we were talking about. I was left with a long walk, at which time as a tourist I had no idea where we where

I bought a truck from Ryder Oakville Canada, after picking it up I left it off for two nights and when I wanted to turn it on it had no power. After two attempts and a month of work Ryder mechanics in Mississauga replaced the batteries and alternator. During that long time I was forced to rent a truck from Ryder, and I have asked them to reimburse me for that amount because even though I paid in full for their truck it was not working for several weeks. They have told me, in the most irresponsible way that they will not cover the cost they caused me because "they could not know that the truck had this fault". It's funny, I won the lottery of bad luck and just when I picked up the truck right then and there its batteries and alternator stopped working. It's a disappointing company. NEVER BUY A USED TRUCK THEY SELL.

On july 23 afternoon in ohio i was in line to pay my toll exit 142 off 90. Your truck being used by haas and door decided he was in the wrong lane so proceeded to it my car on the left all the way down trooper took pictures made a report your truck left the sceen the lady in the cage the witness got this number 3211922 and the trooper was going to watch the tape u have a killer on the road hope they catch him .white on white truck with haas and door

I purchased a 2016 freightliner cascadia 125 from the Memphis Concorde location. But I picked it up in Ohio this truck has had several issues since purchase...in and out the shop 3 times costing me more than I'm making from it.

Worst customer service ever. No idea why a company like Williams-Sonoma or Pottery Barn, or any other for that matter, would use Ryder for its deliveries. Incompetence, delays, rudeness and mismanagement coming out of their ears. Beware if you're expecting Ryder to deliver anything to you. Nightmare.

A Ryder driver just tried to run me off the road and stayed so close to my rear end I could no longer see anything but his grill in my back window. Absolutely no reason for his aggression which followed with middle fingers and honking. Absolutely unacceptable and he continued on with another car on the road after me. Happened on May 23rd evening on Hwy 7 near Airport Road. Pictures available trailer #10 and cab # 478607. Something needs to be done about this type of driving!

3:48pm Central time on 5/5/23: Ryder driver just ignored a stop sign and drove full speed out of a parking lot / driveway (with limited visibility) onto a main road with traffic (Lower Afton Road in Saint Paul), almost running into me if I hadn't been driving defensively. The truck number is 723147

Literally just almost got into a head on collision with a Ryder truck litterely speed through a walking intersection during a school zone with children around. I couldn't get the license plate because he went so fast and almost cause multiple injuries.

This morning I witnessed a tall mixed driver in a gray hoodie jump out of his truck at a gas station on sr2 and attack a younger man and a woman he hit the younger man when the man wasn't looking. I will spread the word on what type of workers you have there he should be fired for what he did police report was made on your driver

I hate coming to Ryder, hate it!!! They are as slow as I've seen anyone! 2.5 hours to put a couple steer tires on? 8 hours to do a PM? They don't care about the drivers that are here from OTR that are running out of hours as they take forever! I have to be so far today to deliver on time but found a bubble and had to get tires. I checked in at 11:45am and an still sitting here at 4:30pm. Two tires!!! This is not acceptable!!

I purchased a truck for cash and within several months the engine blew. Ryder is ignoring me. No assistance just being ignored

I recently purchased a box truck at one of Ryder dealership. The unit number is 313236.
When I bought the unit, Ryder gave me two tickets of PM.
First time I took the truck to ryder Chanelview for repairs and PM, the manager Cliton told me that Ryder was going only to cover the PM and would have to pay for additional repairs. This was on October 21 2022. My company pays $2,600 for additional repairs. October 27, Ryder called me and advised that the truck were ready for pick up. I picked the truck on Friday October 28. Monday November 1, I sent the truck on the road from Houston y to California. Thursday November 4, while the driver was driving, on highway 5 to Bakersfield, the engine broke down. I towed to truck to nearest shop. Mechanic advised that there was not enough oil in the engine that caused the problem. I contacted Ryder to explain the situation on November 4. November 7 around 1200, Ryder called me and advised they were going to reimburse $540 for PM not done.
Although, they put an oil change sticker on my front Glace to show that oil was change, they did not do it.
In conclusion never trust Ryder or buy any unit from them.
My case is not over yet. Will keep you updated

This is a horrible company to do business with. Customer service? What customer service?? Subpar. My sofas were suppose to be delivered 10/8, then they cancelled (driver called in sick), rescheduled at their convenience not mine, for 10/22, never delivered and no reason. I hate calling their customer service line, so unprofessional plus long wait time, but I have to find out what happened and where is my product. It was rescheduled for 10/25, no show and it was "noted for delivery" but never scheduled. On the phone again, long wait time, a non-empathetic customer service rep, rescheduled again for the 4th time on 11/5 between 11-2pm. I was hopeful, maybe this time, my sofas will be here in time for the holidays. I received a phone call stating my sofas were not on the loading dock and now it's missing and they need to cancel the deliver until they can locate my sofas. Sigh. I cancelled the order because at this point, I can't deal with the flakiness of this company. Well guess what?? At 12:43pm, my doorbell rang, and my sofa was delivered. I should be happy right? Well only one piece was delivered. Here I go dreading calling customer service. Ryder and their 3 recycled-all-bad -attitudes customer service reps have no clue where the other piece is. The lady said "ma'am we are just a deliver company" and hung up. ?

Been driving a Ryder truck for over 20 years, after mechanic quit do not having any help ,now the replacement mechanic is useless won't work on my truck, cab shake so bad you can't see out the mirrors driving down the road check engine light on and a lot of other problems

I have encountered an Ryder leasing truck who's driver believes he's owns the road. Block the entire street. Admiral ave in middle village NY. Today at 3pm. And told me I who have to call the cops to get him to move. The most unprofessional and i believe to unfit to drive ur trucks in a safe manner that doesn't harm the public. Shame on him. Shame on Ryder and same on the company that leases ur truck. I have pictures as well.

I had white glove delivery on an elliptical I purchased in January. I haven't even been able to use it as it's fallen apart on me twice now due to parts not being connected or screwed in where they should be. Nuts and screws in the wrong place, no washer or bolts where they should be and it looks like parts are missing. Thank God I haven't been injured in any if these incidents since I was on the machine each time, assuming it was either put together correctly the first time or was fixed each time after. 0 stars.

I am too pissed to communicate how frustrated, angry, and disgusted I am with Ryder white glove delivery. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP. So I can share my extremely negative experience and how Ryder has neglectfully and apparently purposely have not lived up to its contract with Direct Buy! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Direct Buy to share your utter disregard for customer service.

Ryder will take advantage of your small business if you are just a start up I love to suck you in and tell you they give you the world. I have a total of four FM SCA in fractions because of their failed stickers and proper inspections. Their accounting department assigned my account number to someone else's bank account and they didn't catch it we did. We rented parking spaces from them and her numerous occasions couldn't even use them because someone else was parked there or the spaces were blocked. Your salesman is not your friend

Ryder was rude towards our amazon contractors. Ryder over charged drivers from amazon, did not properly clean vehicle, and the service was horrible. Will be using Penske from now on.

I arrived at Ryder and check in at 9:46pm. I sat for 45 min no one come out walk up to the bay door. The so call manager come up and say anyone talk to you. He tells me to pull in door 6. At 11:21 the technician tell me we don't have any tires. Wow what a great company.

Savanna shop personal are awesome 2 nd time I have been there and both times have been very helpful. Gone to shop in Tuscaloosa al and was told to drive truck till it quit. This team had me come end and jump right on problems and got me fixed up. thanks a lot to team Ryder in savanna ga awesome bunch of guys and girls always kept me up to date on progress best Ryder shop I have been to thank you

I tried to leave this review after our August delivery, but missed the text to do so. I just had to tell you about Daniel and Miguel, (out of the chicago area) who delivered a couch for us from Pottery Barn. These two guys were exceptional. They were so smart, courteous, competent and fun. We had delivery to a very small apartment, but they made the couch delivery seem like nothing. They set up the sectional and helped show us how to take it apart if necessary. These two men are a great reflection on RYDER. We can't say enough about how great our experience was. Thank you, Daneil and Miguel!
