Good afternoon,
I purchased a China cabinet in May from Rooms toGo on Virginia Beach Blvd in Virginia Beach, VA. The item has a light inside which did not work upon delivery. The driver who set it up on home said he would let store know ans]d put in a claim. One month later, no answer. Called store because warranty said call store first. I did and was told part was ordered, this was end of June, early July, after a technician came to confirm it didn't work. In August, again, no one called me so I called and was told the part could take 90 days. Here we are in October and every oneI speak to says they are reaching out to someone and will call me back, no one ever calls me back and when I call back, we start over again. I would like my China hutch changed out with a working unit since no one has convinced me they are trying to fix this brand new one that never worked. I am very disappointed in Rooms to Go and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Purchased a dinning room set the set was ordered in white. When the arrives at my house it's silver. I called and spoke with a customer representative he tried to convince myself and my wife that in certain light it might look silver. Went back to RTG's website and now they only sale the same set in silver and black. My argument with them is my set was ordered well in advance of them making this change why couldn't they call and tell us of this change I would not have bought this set. RTG lost a very good customer. They are about getting your money and not good customer service RTG not the store for you or me!!!!

It seemed to me that with an issue I talked to five employees over the course of one hour and 45 minutes the first three or cordial but pass the buck to somebody else the fourth and fifth people didn't seem to care. We are out of state people that ordered furniture a couple of weeks ago and flew in they have it delivered. The delivery was late from the original message that it was coming. When it arrived it was missing parts and damaged. Delivery guys were nice took pictures that somebody would be calling me shortly. So they could deliver the missing parts and put them in my door. We tried calling several times that day we're on hold for hours. Call back the next day on hold for about 20 minutes . We are leaving to go back up to our home. They wanted to give us 15% off. Then 20% off. Wanted to schedule pick up and delivery for damaged and missing parts. But we do not live here I took us three weeks to get a schedule to get the stuff delivered that we bought. Very unprofessional. Our first attempt seven years ago with rooms to go. And the product got to our condo the guys didn't wanna take it off the truck they said it was too heavy and they didn't want to bring it up the stairs. I ended up paying them $150 extra after me and my son told them we would get it out of the truck and put it up there ourselves. They ended up getting everything up there within less than 30 minutes. I tried to give them another shot but this was very bad. We have used furniture city and Ashley furniture. No issues we will most definitely not be using rooms to go again. I will be contacting my credit card company when I get home. To stop payment. This company is very unprofessional. they really didn't seem to understand how rude it was that the fact that we came and flew here to have these items delivered and wouldn't be coming back till spring and what inconvenience it was. Tried to negotiate a settlement where I kept the damaged furniture went bought the missing parts myself to make it complete Due to the fact that the winter season for rentals was starting and it was going to be rather difficult to have a renter deal with having people delivering stuff while they were paying rent on a seasonal basis. Instead of a relatively decent discount they wanted to same truck driver staff wasting everybody else's time . Very disappointing

i Was informed that the majority of my purchase is NOT going to be delivered until October 10

I was only informed that the bed frame with headboard was going to be backnorsered


The delivery men BROKE a solar light that was in the porch railing

I will look for a replacement please fix

It is 6pm

If I had received a call I could hav shot something to eat
I just moved in

I need the furniture to sit on and sleep. On

I feel I was NOT treated like a valued customer

I purchased more than $8000 wither sale

I should receive some compensation for your poor customer service

Again, Rooms To Go did it again!
Waited to get my delivery for more than a month and when I got the delivery 2 items were damaged. Called two weeks later to see when we will get the replacement and they told me I have to wait more than two months to have it replace. Customer service representative cut me off and told "have a good day" while I was talking (super rude) Asked to speak with the manager and she told me that she wasn't available to take my call. Asked for her full name and I could not have that either. accirding to the customer service representative the supervisor's name is Loretta. (No last name)

I would like for Rooms To Go to replaced the damaged merchandise as promise.

Unable to resolve a issue at a store in Panama city beach regarding a chair, Manager is Mike McCabe. Also, delivery of 3 items was worst ever. This store does not appear to care about the customer. I am surprised that you have a customer service web site since the store has no customer service that I can see. Their mode of business is their way or the hiway for the customer....after the sale of course.

Horrible customer service, they never deliver my furniture and never call me, I had to call them numerous times..
