Me and my husband stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Orlando, FL on International Drive on May 29, 2023. The next morning we decided to stay a second day. At 9:00 am I booked another night threw a third party and went back to sleep. I received a call from the front desk around 12 pm. Amanda who was working at the time informed me it was an hour past check out and wanted to know if we were staying a second night. I told her yes and that I already booked the room. She asked me the name the reservation was under so she could verify. I told her, she confirmed and then told me that the two of us needed to come downstairs and sign papers. I said no problem and asked if we could come a little later because my husband was still asleep. She said that would be fine. I then fell back asleep. We had a suite that has a separate bedroom. Less than an hour later we were woken up by a big man standing in our bedroom doorway screaming at us. He wasn't at the door when you first come in to the room. No he came threw that door, then opened our shut separated bedroom door and proceed to scream at us "It's past check out, you were suppose to go to the front desk" over and over. It took us a minute to realize he was a employee of the hotel. He did not have anything on that would identify him as a employee. We were both in shock. We apologized and I informed him I had talked to Amanda the lady at the desk already. He started screaming tying to be intimidating repeating its past check out. I told him we were coming and to get out of our room. He proceeded to leave so we thought. I waited a few minutes got up, walked out of the bedroom and into the living room and there he was standing by the door. I had on a tank top and nothing else. He stands there gaulking at me and mumbling. I start yelling at him get out, get out! He then yells that he has the right to be in here. I then yelled get the @%@& out now! My husband comes out of the room yelling what the hell are you still doing here as he is walking toward him. The man then opened the door to leave saying I'm canceling your reservation. We got dressed and went downstairs. I told the woman at the front desk that we were sorry we fell back asleep but it was not acceptable to have this man come in our room screaming at us and then to stand there and gaulk at me. I had never been so scared, violated, and humiliated by this employee and frightened of what could have happened if my husband had not been there. She looked at the man then back at me and told me she was canceling our reservation and would not get a refund. I told her there was no way we stay there with that creep of an employee if my life depended on it! I have never felt so violated, humiliated and scared! I have never had anyone make me feel so disgusted. Treated as if we did something wrong. Then to have the nerve to kick us out amd keep our money! When we left I called Raddison hotels to report what happene. We were told a supervisor was not available and was told someone would call us back in 1 to 2 days. Two days later nothing so I called them back and was told the case was closed. I was like what why? The hotels response was that I used profanity infront of other hotel guests and due to the police being involved which was a lie. I asked for a case number and they could not provide one. I was never contacted by the police. The hotel had my phone number and address. As for the profanity I told Amanda the woman at the desk what I said in my room to that creep Joey she sent to my room! I asked to speak to someone else and there response was I had to contact the hotel and talk to them. Now I'm angry, I said I have to contact the same people who threw us out, violated, and humiliated me. That is who I'm suppose to call? I was treated as if I had done something wrong, as if this was my fault! This is a joke! I am not being taken seriously. I'm just being dismissed. Well let me just say Radisson, Country Inn and Suites, Amanda, and especially Joey I WILL NOT GO AWAY AND I WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT! I AM POSTING THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE RADISSON HAS, EVERY TRAVEL SITE AND ANYWHERE ELSE THAT I THINK IS APPROPRIATE TO DO SO! THIS JOEY THE NIGHT AUDITOR VIOLATED, SCARED AND HUMILIATED ME! He had NO right to do what he did! Amanda confirmed my PAID reservation and said it would be fine if we signed paper work later. She did NOT say you have 45 minutes to come downstairs and sign! If she wanted us to come down when I spoke to her to sign then she should have said so! Joey violated my 4th admendment rights by coming in our room without permission! Do I need to contact an attorney in order to get someone to take this seriously, because that is my next step! My email address is [email protected]

We stayed one night at the Pinal Ave in casa grande Az. They are under construction which we were not advised, the toilet didn't flush completely, the shower tub backed up , the bathroom door was very hard to open and close being that we are seniors with disabilities our backs and necks were In pain . We had an additional person with us so of course our privacy was a great concern while using the restroom. Our allergies were off the chart and when we got there our rooms were not ready until one hour later. We asked the gentleman in the 2nd floor if they could take a look at our problems in our room they said they would be there shortly but never came in. The 2nd floor we stayed In shouldn't be rented out while u fee construction especially if the room was not completely done as ours lacked . It's a very dangerous place with so much debris everywhere and it didn't feel safe .

Hello, we are at the Park Inn by Radisson in Florence south Carolina. We planned this trip because my uncle passed away and we were coming in for the funeral. We arrived on Thursday 6-24-21 at 5:30. We were in a hurry after driving 1000 miles and trying to make the viewing at 6:00. Upon check in we were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait because the rooms were not clean. I understand things happen, but check in was almost 3 hours before. We were also told the pool was not open which was a big let down as my nephew was looking forward to swimming and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Our room was comfortable, the TV would not turn on, but they did come and it was just not plugged in. We tried to call down to tell them about the TV and the phone did not work. We called on our cell phone. At breakfast, they were out of batter to make waffles, no eggs, milk, etc. Noone was there we went to tell the front desk and she said she couldn't help. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I believe her name was Lisa. I booked this hotel because it looked clean and new and it was. I am also a business owner and would like to know if there are problems.

I'm at Radison hotel in ft collins. We could not find a parking space had to park I. The street because some one parked their car sideways with a uhaul in 5 spaces. Told the desk they were suppose to put a note on their window nothing got done. Still there today. The desk needs to ask for licence plate number so they know who actually it is. They could not do anything because they didn't know which customer it was. I had to park in the street unlit area.

Country Inn and Suites in Birmingham is HORRIBLE! I was there for a wedding weekend. My niece paid ahead for me so I would have a room. She let the clerk know I am a disabled veteran and I should get the discount. Upon arrival the clerk said he couldn't find my reservation. Said he could not use the reservation number my niece gave me. I told him to look up reservation in my name, he found it. I told him I needed my discount. He said he could not give me a discount because the rate was locked. He tried to charge an extra $50.00 for security fee. I was irate and cussed him out. Got to my room. It was dirty. The ac wasn't working. Only blowing hot air. I opened the filter cover and the filter was disgusting! Once I removed the nasty filter the air got cool. I will NEVER stay at this place or any place that associates with
this trash again! Disrespectful and very rude! And sick that they obviously do not honor the military discount that's offered!!!

Dear owners,
I've been staying at your hotel for just about 2 weeks now, last night the fire alarm had gone off, I'm in a wheelchair, along with others that were there as well! I NEED to bring to the attention of the hotel that IT WAS NOT SAFE!
Not everyone in wheelchairs could get out of the building! Thank God I had two men carry me down the stairs! But let me tell you, it's pretty dumb to have handicapped rooms on the 4th floor!! And not only that but the room I'm in is NOT handicapped accessible! I will NEVER stay at a Radisson again!

Something to put some SERIOUS thought into!

Sincerely,
Tina Cutlip

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. First control to tv did not work had to wait a whole day for replacement, secure lock on door fell off. But worst of everything their front desk has the rudest staff ever

on 22 JUL 2020, Country Inn and Suites in Montgomery AL fraudulently charged my credit card $33 for a room when said room was paid for with points. I have opened a case with the office of the Attorney General of Alabama.

I had book via a contract for rooms at the Country Inn & Suites Asheville WestGate for this coming Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding and obviously the hotel block., due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many guests would be coming from multiple hotspots such as Houston, Florida, Michigan, Ohio and NY. It was a weekend destination wedding with many activities to have had.
The hotel charged my CC per the contract. I just feel that is wrong under the current situation our country is in. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Check in.
Broken shutters on entry door so people can look straight into room.

TV does not work.
Workers came in and shuffled the channels around and said if green light don't come on after they left then it doesn't work. That it must be some cable problem...no real effort to fix anything.

Toilet roll came flying off the toilet bar ....also broken.

Lamp in bedroom keeps shutting off and coming g on for no reason.

The place is not it kept up or taken care of.

We spent four nights in Raddison on 8 Traders Circle from 10/3 to 10/6. We were very unhappy with our service. First our sheets were only changed out only one time while we were there and that was on Friday afternoon. After that they would come in & just remake our bed and replace towels.. We had to always call to get more toilet paper in our room. I normally stay in Hilton Hotels but we were attending an event in this hotel that's why we agreed to stay here... I never would have believed the service that we received..

Broken smoke detectors, no heat, lumpy beds, wet carpets, poor service, broken remotes, mildew smell, broken phone, had to ask for extra towels and soap, dirty toilet, leaky bathroom, had to ask for help with bags and they told us where the cart was.

I booked this particular radissson based on a family member who stayed when it was freshly remodeled.. Never In he'll I would recommend not stay at this Hell home again, I drove up North for a shower, got off the road and went and was checking in, get to the counter gave my Info, I gave this nut my card, now my reservation price was 439.00 +50.00 fee.. This moron said 639.00.. I said WHAT?!? He repeat it I said wait it's 439.00+ 50.00 he went on to say it's 30% and it falls off and my nephew said what are you charging her that much for, it's only her in the room!! This dummy couldn't explain nothing he calls a manager over and then said o nevermind, like a fool I had no choice he already tied my card and money up so had to stay, he then ask do you have a car I said yes he said it's 9.00 a day😠.. my nephew checked in right after me he said to him o I won't charge you all that because she already paid the fee.. I said What??? So get to room the damn key didn't work had to lug all my stuff back to the front desk and by this time I said out me next to my nephew he said o he got the last room. Lucky my floor and room was quiet, so got up and it didn't sit well with me so went and ask for a manager he take one look and say he over charged you by a lot.. he gave me half off one night and food voulchers.. so Sunday came in from a long day was awaken at 2:30 a.m, by some Idiot kicking a door, it stressed me out because it was so loud thought he was breaking into my room, just as I went to call downstairs, it's stopped.. so took me a sec to go back to sleep, well it was next door to my sister room, she said he slammed doors in his room all Morning, threaten to murder the female that was with him, screamed and Hollard all morning and was tossing furniture around!! So later that morning when I went to check out the same clerk was there, I said to him you over charged me and held all this money on my card and I spoke to your manager, we both me and my nephew went to complain about the disturbance he act like he got an attitude so my nephew said I sense that you're not happy because we're complaining, this moron said well why didn't we call security, then he proceeded to say o well we have just one security guard, that's when we said we're done give us the corporate number and manager, it was one of thee worse experience we ever had, their attitudes were bad, people pay too much to get bad attitudes and service.. I'm done with their properties!!!!

Not only was my recent stay filled with one problem after another, the management and staff did NOTHING to remedy any issues. So poorly run, why risk staying at a Radisson again?

I Cortney Bradley asked to move rooms because my room on the sixth floor was not receiving wifi. I moved to the first floor and forgot my purse only to find it at the front desk it had been gone through and all the money I had in it was missing. I contacted the SUPERVISOR Barbra and she said that maybe I did not have money in my purse. She was very rude nothing was done about it and she basically tried to make me feel as if I was the one not telling the truth. They know who took it and instead of doing something about it she told me it was impossible that the girl took my money, the same girl who did not report it to her SUPERVISOR who instead brought the purse down to the first floor then gave it to someone els to bring to the front desk

Was in Baltimore at the Cross Keys Raddison. Upgraded to a king suite, mistake! The toilet took two flushes every time, the shower barely pushed out the hot water, the air conditioning wouldn't cool the room below 70 and the sleep number deflated every night over night so I ended up with a horrible back ache! Went down tot he desk after the first night and was informed the hotel was full, sorry. I will not ever stay at a Raddison again after this experience!

Went with a group of approx 40 people to a Cubs game. After game, hung out in the lounge. ..spent lots of money. After calling it a night around 1:30 a.m., my husband pulled back covers to find a urine spot from the previous attendances the night before. After bringing this to the hotel management, he basically called me a lier! I'm read in my receipt 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I was given $6 back as an accommodation!! WHAT A JOKE!

Ontario calofornia, radison hotel. Family and I got stuck in elevator for 5 minutes. Alarm, call box phone doesn't work at all. Elevator panel open with wiring esposed. Thank goodness after pushing mutiple buttons elevator finally opened. Scary part that there was no communication to be heard. Informed front desk, female did not seem to concerned. Also red fire lever on my floor has tape covering it, if there was a fire there is no access to panel. Man on man . Radison ontario calofornia really needs work.

My friends and I stayed at the Radisson Memorial Day weekend. The first night we arrived very late and they no longer had a double room. They were very accommodating and provided us with two king size rooms. The problem started the next day. My friends and I had places to go and things to do. We had to pack all of our belongings and put them in storage until they could provide us a double room. This limited my ability to be able to go anywhere or do anything because the reservation was under my name and my friends would not be able to check in without me. We were not able to check into the second room until after 3 o'clock . Once we got the double room, the air conditioner wasn't working, the phone was not plugged up, were no light in half of the lamps in the room and I had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring me an iron and an ironing board. This made us late to the functions we were attending that night. The staff behind the desk said the third floor was newly renovated and these were unfortunate glitches. They apologized but for me I will never stay there again it felt like my whole weekend was inconvenienced.

In August of 2015 i experienced a form of racism by security manager Bryan Costello at the Valley Forge Radisson in PA. I contacted and emailed customer service and never got a response. I also found out the report I filed the night of the incident was not entered into the system. He manager who took my report and Bryan I later found out are friends so it was never reported. I left the hot and stayed at a competing hotel chain as a result. I will never stay there again and every organization that I come in contact with that is thinking of hosting there i will be sure to let them know how unprofessionally i was treated and handled.

On Oct 24 I stayed at the Roseville Radisson for my neices wedding.I confirmed my information of address, phone , and provided my new email. I was told I needed to provide credit card for $100 deposit for incedentals. I didnt have enough on my card to pay for the room and the incedentals of $100. so I couldnt check in without that. I turned to ask my husband who wasnt staying for the night, to cover me. He said he would for the incentails only if he would see it back on his card when I checked ou, as he needed the $ for his trip this week. The girl assured him that it would be at checkout. I told her my card was to be charged for the room. I received my receipt under the door and saw my name on it and didnt glance at anything else. When I checked out I told the rep at the desk my phones in the room didnt work and had no dial tone. The rep asked me if I called to the desk to report it, (I again told her the phones weren't working to do that) . The rep told me she would give me a credit for $25 because of the phones (my sister checked out at the same time and her toilet wasnt working and was given a credit of $50). When I asked on the $100 deposit I was told my husband would see it returned on his account within a couple of days. I left, and a couple of days ago received my email with the receipt on it. The receipt indicated another Lisa Williams (not me) but a Lisa Williams from IL with her address. (I googled her and found that name and address from IL) It was not my credit card billed - and wasnt sure if it was my husbands - so was concerned it was this Lisa's from IL card, and they call me on fraud. 2 days ago I called billing to straighten it out - no answer from my VM. Yesterday I called twice, and LMs and still no answer. I called today and spoke to the MGR Jason. He apologized as billing was on vacation and he was also. He said the rep was fairly new and assured me that nothing fraudulant happened. When I asked who was billed he said the card number was my husband not this Lisa from IL. He is going to follow up with this other Lisa to make sure nothing occurred there. I told him I am so frustrated as I had to deal with this at the hotel as well as had to make 4 calls + this email. He offered me 20,000 points - but I told him No thanks as I may try another chain to avoid this in the future. Because when we made it clear my card was to be billed for the room and his card only for incedentals, his card was billed for the room. (He is out of state right now for a hunting trip where he was expecting to see and have the money returned to his account. - now I have to tell him his account was charged not mine for not only the initial deposit for incedentals but for the room charge also. The Mgr said he would add the incental charge of $100 back to his card and would reverse the room charges and add it to my card. He offered a new invoice - I said I didnt need one if corrected. I then thought I should have a copy so called back and told the operator (Auston?) to tell Jason I do want an updated receipt. I was emailed an updated receipt that just showed the address wiped away but my address was not on there - and no billing change. My frustration level now became irriated. It may not seem like much for you but I will catch the wrath on this. I am so irritated not only for the situation happening but also for the time taken to clear this up. If he added the points its ok to remove them as It will be a very long time if ever I decide to use Radison for any future hotel use, I have never had this problem at other hotels. My sister Linda wont either as they used her card also for the room and deposit and she was never told of that needed for incidentals. Poor customer care

Greetings, During this past weekend I had a wonderful time at the ARABIC Temple #40 and ARABIC Court #95 Ball, which was held at the Radisson Hotel in Cromwell Connecticut. I am writing this to inform upper management, that during my stay at your hotel, one of your employees, who name is LaSHAE, (no last name given) was very helpful to our group, and she definitely was on top of her game by providing top notch service to us. LaSHAE truly provided well appreciated service to the Guest, bringing to realization that there are some employees who still believe in providing excellent customer service. LaSHAE, thanks for all you do. Thank you...
