I have gift cards that their website confirms have balances. However, both cards return as "invalid" when ordering online or in the app. The corporate phone number you provide is useless, it does not get you to a live human after you select "customer service." Instead, you are immediately taken to an automated line where you can leave a message that never results in a callback. Same for using the "Contact Us" option on the website and app. They have a good product, but their customer service is non-existent.

soupe is good, but the quantity is depends on who works, who takes it in the cup.
sometimes, quantity is enough less than usually, it was really disappointing.
one time, I claimed , but I can not claim and request every time.. depend on situation also.
I felt first time very poor soup, very sad. normally I est soup with time, delicious, but today, finish too fast, it was really too few.

I don't want to really come back here . It's sad .
I would like to control for service quantity, more attention , more delicate .

Why would potbelly's be open all day on Easter? Easter is time to be with your family. I guarantee whoever made the decision be open on Easter they are sitting down having Easter dinner with their family. Even Panera closes early so their employees can be with their family. Potbelly corporate management should be ashamed!

ordered a large chili with cheese and onions, half way through the meal i felt something hard and sharp so i spit it out and there were not 1 but 2 clipped fingernails!!!! YUCK!!!!So i walked back to the Sandwich shop, and i showed the manager and he did not apologize or nothing he walked away and left me standing so i proceeded to get a refund reversed back on my debit card then some young lady steps up to say oh those were onions i didn't even argue as i walked away pissed i heard them laughing and giggling i will NEVE EVER purchase food from there again and i will also tell my coWorkers and family to not ever eat there again EVERRRRRRR

Hi! I realize everyone is understaffed. I arrived at the potbelly in terminal B in Boston about 6:05pm. They were finishing up a girls sandwich and when I approached they informed me they were closed. The sign posted of hours of operation said 5am-7pm. I pointed this out to the girl and guy behind the counter. They told me they were understaffed and I could speak to a supervisor. Given the attitude of the girl behind the counter I didn't speak to the
supervisor. She also told me that a worker had been there since 4am. Customer service not at its best.

I just had the most rude experience at your West Des Moines Iowa location. I Wanted to order online, but of course they have the online ordering offline. So when I call, they would say "hello" then hang up on me. 3 TIMES this happened. Then they decided to stop answering the phone. I called again, mind be this is like my 10th time calling, they answer, rudely, I asked if I could place an order for pickup. To which the gentleman says, "sure". Sure? Excuse me, how do you expect business when the workers you have at this location are rude and don't want to do the job they are paid for. My whole phone ordering process was to say the least very unpleasant as I was mocked and treated very rudely. I will not be coming back to this establishment as the workers are clearly incompetent of doing the job and have no customer service skills. I'm highly disappointed. I placed this phone order at around 12:20pm today January 3rd 2023 for a pickup order for Chad. I'm not excited to get my order as I feel like it may be spit in or tampered with as they could tell I was not happy with my service. Let's pray they DO NOT. Or there will be bigger issues at hand than the company having some of the worst employees I've come across at a business.

I recently went with some friends to try something new. I expected the food would not be good as I anticipated but in reality it was the opposite. I ordered an Italian sandwich that was very much worth the money that I paid for, the flavors were so immaculate that it made me recommend you to my family and friends. Not just the food but the workers were also very professional and kind. They made me feel like I was at home which made me happy. Pot Belly is now one of my favorite places to eat.

Do not go here!!! Run as far as you can!! The manager Tim is rude and insensitive!! I bought soups which were old and made my son sick I came back for a refund with the soups that I purchased and he refused rather offered I more soups. Please give me my refund!! I work hard for my money and deserve to get what I paid for.

I just ate an Italian sub on white bread. The sauce was tasteless, bland, as well as the two pieces. I live two blocks from the first store on Lincoln ave in chicago, and I have been eating your subs for years. I was so shocked at the poor taste of my sub that I felt I should let you know.

They always send me BOGO emails, then the system will not allow any orders. This now happens every single time. They cannot seem to fix their system.

Max on 7th ave mcdowel is a shift lead I assume or manager and doesn't treat his employees right I heard him tell a girl there to go do dishes when she was busy with my sandwich

Ordered a wreck from the Dearborn, MI location. Came with just stale bread, meat & cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no condiments or sauces. Very disappointed. Never again.

I was verbally assaulted and harassed by a POTBELLY manager for not knowing what station to order "mushrooms" . I was called. "Dumbass and fatass". Worst customer service in Summit IL.

I am a caregiver, if I order two bowls of soup and my client just order one sandwich. I have two different pays for those items, I was in the Drive-Thru for at least 20 minutes I finally get to the window and she said I cannot accept separate orders, I said I only have two bowls of soup and one sandwich she said I'm sorry but we cannot accept two orders in a Drive-Thru. I said okay I'll come in and wait 15 more minutes and another line this is crazy I can see if I had a lot of orders but I only had two bowls of soup and one sandwich my client gave me her pay and I didn't want to get wet in the rain please help make sense out of this.

I Went to the potbelly on 1459 W Taylor for lunch. I ordered the pick your pair and a regular sandwich. Normally its a half of a sandwich it was a whole sandwich. When I asked about the sandwich he told me its an up charge and be happy for the sandwich. I stated I didn't need a whole sandwich. He told me I need to go home and take my medication very aggressive and deal with what I got. And he was a manager.

The Hyde Park Chicago store on 54th and Lake Park is terrible! Many times you go and store is late opening with a sign on the door to come back in an hour. Also you cannot see them making your sandwich...so you repeat what you want on it....and the employee snaps at you rudely. At home...sand each nit made the way you want it.

My order was to be ready at 616pm. When I arrived at 620 and waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I told the new guy I was there for pickup. He took my name looked at a few bags and told me that it wasn't quite ready. 10 minutes later I asked again to the gal behind the counter. She told me they hadn't started my order yet. I explained to her it was unacceptable that I am standing and waiting while they continue to make sandwiches for 5 other folks. I ordered on line so I wouldn't have to wait. They started to make my 2 sandwiches, then realized they had not made my shakes. The sandwich line man said he would start my shakes. 3mintues later the gal picked up to cups with tin foil as a lid. I told her I saw those shakes sitting there since I walked in, she handed them to me and told me they would be fine. Absolutely not okay. I requested new shakes to be made. At this point it was 640pm. She did offer me a free cookie...what a joke. None of the 3 employees seemed to really care and that infuriated me. I asked them for a customer service # and the poor new guy told me it was his first day and the other two told me they didn't know it. How absolutely rude and horrible customer service.

I went to the Pot Bellies located at Gaston Ave, in Dallas near the Home2 hotel and I have to say customer service was definitely not a priority of there's what so ever. I went there on July 23, @1:20pm and the whole staff was just awful. And I'm almost positive one of them was a manager. They were making fun of me and my group of 4 girls Very loudly. I had never been to a place such as awful. It was nothing but rudeness. I considered leaving my trash out because I felt so disrespected, which I had never done before. I hope this gets evaluated. There was 3 girls up front. Completely awful. I hope this place gets better because the food is good, but I understand why it's dead. Such a shame.

THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST POTBELLY, Located at 756 E. 111th st, Chicago, Il. 60628.
Within the last 2 weeks I have visited POTBELLY twice, both times I used my debt card. I notice when i reviewed my bank transactions that, although I only placed and received one order, my debt card was charged twice. My only order was $11.66 but i was charged a second time $4.00 for nothing. About a week later when I visited the restaurant again my order was $11.95 and again I was double charged this time for $3.00 which i never made. I am deeply trouble because it appears that someone abused my debit card and now may have access to my banking This is a very serious matter. Warning if you are going to visit this location only use cash. The is located 756 E. 111th street, Chicago, Illinois, 60628 the Pullman area.

Today before work I was at northtown,Blaine, MN location. The manager and the girl at the register had no clue how help or serve customers. They had a chocolate shake sitting which seem like the had out for a while and put in the freezer and hand it to with which like someone drink it already! Disgusting someone need teach food safety. Asap!

Your store located on Halsted in homewood Illinois has horrible customer service. I was left on hold for 45 min regarding a food item I did not receive. My husband decided to drive back up there and speak to the manager, this was jan 30th about 3:30pm. My husband explained to the manager that he came through the drive thru, didn't receive what he ordered, and that they still had him on hold. The manager looked at the phone and said oh yea you are.Just a terrible display of customer service for a manager and she couldn't care less.
