1. I contacted Polk because my sound bar was not going into "Auto Standby' after 15 minutes like their quick guides said.

2. The reply I received asked what I meant by "Auto Standby"...huh??.

3. I replied with a copy of THEIR quick guide.

4. The next replied was puking up what the guide said, that the unit would go into auto standby after 15 minutes of not receiving a signal.

5. That's what it's suppose to do but isn't. See #1!

DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Worst customer service. Ordered some speakers, paid for overnight shipping. They never came and finally reached a call center, which is sub contractor of Polk. They took forever to find my order that never was shipped and don't know why. I asked to speak to someone from the company and they refused to give me a direct telephone number.

As far as i am concerned, they have no customer service and thier so called support sucks.

Complete garbage , the sound bar cuts out, stops working whenever it feels. The remote for it didnt work the best now it doesnt work at all can not control much of anything manually now but depend on alexa if it wants to listen but can not turn up sub from alexa. Spent to much money on this very crappy set up! Dont waste yours!!

This is the worst customer service department I have ever had the displeasure of trying to contact.
I have tried calling and every time I get hung up on after 10-15 seconds with NO actual customer service.
This is absolutely the worst customer service I have had, it's even worse than trying to contact customer service in another country.

Customer service is bad and there products are not worth buying. Stay away from polf audio. Don't waste your time with this company buying nothing. They don't stand behind there products.

Polk Audio has the worst customer service. They are incapable of supporting their own products and refuse to acknowledge universal problems with their Omni S6 speakers. I purchased four. Only two work, and only independently. Forget speaker groups. The other two just disappeared as devices and no longer work. Returns? Forget that. I am stuck with garbage and will pursue other means to receive refunds for garbage they knowingly sold as garbage. They won't acknowledge it, either, when you finally reach tech support.

I'm in the process of attempting to return the Polk Magnifi Max SR speakers that I decided I did not need at this time, they were purchased using AFFIRM financing and I'm on the hook for them if they do not respond. Unfortunately I waited literally hours on hold listening to a constant medley being played and an occasional message reminding me to "hold on all calls are answered in the order they are received". I did have to opportunity to actually speak to a customer service representative after a 40 minute wait and I explained the reason for the call. The representative placed me on hold to confirm information about my order so I thought. They returned to tell me that a request authorization and label would be arriving in 4 to 5 days via email. I become suspicious and decided to call back to confirm and I've waiting at a minimum 1.5 hours on each call with no one answering, I've ended hanging up each time. I've called a total of 6 times in the past week. They claim there is 60 day return policy, however I have not only called but I have sent at least 3 emails to them. I'm not feeling good about this outcome other then filing a complaint with the BBB and posting on sites such as this one.

Polk audio once a quality name in electronics, at least as that's how I've always perceive them to be. In a nutshell, on the phone with your customer service department six times over the last two weeks. For a total time of 4 1/2 hours, And without exaggeration at least three hours of that on hold. To include two disconnects no call back even the phone numbers provided at the beginning of each conversation. And then as recently as last Friday was told that someone would be calling me back. I mentioned that they may be closing she said not to worry the supervisor stay later. Needless to say I didn't hear from anybody.

After my experience with your customer service I doubt that anybody's going to respond to me. I'm not gonna put my name and email within a document they can read Publicly. However I am listing the incident report number. You should be able to ascertain my name phone number and email from that document.

Leslie I started this process on November 9 of last year the first person I spoke to was very helpful and then fat got me a new subwoofer I had to wait till January 11 or so to get it but nonetheless as promised. Since then forget about it your customer service department couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. So now I have a poke Max SR and I'm on a second subwoofer and without a functioning system. Member started in November 9 of last year. Do yourself a favor and call the number that you publish in your book. Call number 10 you're a customer with a problem you'll be put on hold and try listening to that music for hours. I doubt that I'll hear from you as I can't seem to get hold of your corporate offices because you don't list any damn numbers. This is my last resort the incident report is as follows: 20215-000318

Horrible customer service.I called three times,1st time (Thursday)I called was told lines very busy so I used callback feature.Never called back.
Second time(Monday)called, rep stated he understood issue and would stay on the line with me to be sure that the issue would be resolved. He did not,and was put on perpetual hold for over 45 minutes,at this point the callback feature is no longer functional. Called back again at this point I have been on hold 45 minutes while sending this review. Guaranteed I will never purchase a Polk product again. Worst that I have ever encountered. They will probably state, well with this covid virus is causing the issue,the covid virus does not keep anyone from calling a customer back. I intend to pass this info on to all my associates. What a pathetic joke. I have since looked at there feedback and have learned this is not uncommon, they have very poor customer service reviews. Lesson learned...read reviews first. I was just informed by customer service that all billing is on there lunch break,they will have to call me back. Are you kidding me?

Horrible I bought a subwoofer soon as you got here made loud rattling noise then they sent me some lousy little feet for them did nothing no email for nothing that supposed to be arriving can't understand them I thought they had good support I found out how horrible it is still trying to fix a Polk Audio psw505 since July was Fed Up but other subwoofer Klipsch sounded like they couldn't wait to hang up the phone on me rude customer support won't let you get a word in edgewise going to talk right over you I'm very disappointed

You're customer service has become the worst of any company that I have ever dealt with. I used to be very pleased with you're product and service no longer it's horrible. Terribly hard to speak with anyone. Tried to find numbers to get away from you're outsourced tech support not able. I would like to speak to someone in charge at the company headquarters!!!

I called Polk about my defective soundbar and rep Alex LeMaire instructed me to deliberately stab the speaker with a screw driver and email him pics. Strange as this was, I did, and he sent me another. When the 2nd bar arrived also defective, I called him back, and at this point he doubted my claim. I made about a dozen more calls to Alex over the next 3 weeks, and left voicemails, none of which were returned. After reaching another rep and explaining the situation, he told me Alex was in the office that day. This was the same day he was ignoring my calls. I was very displeased with Alex's lack of professionalism and I would advise anyone who gets a hold of Alex to hang up or ask to deal with another rep. I like Polk's products, but its customer service needs improvement.

very very disappointed that I have been with polk audio changed the accounts for us not to access our accounts when we want to register a new product under our account we have to phone polk audio who made this stupid decision !!!!!!!!!!!!
please fix it we are consumers we want our accounts, we want to register our own stuff we buy

Best service I've had in ages from a company. Shipped a new system to me from the US to UK. Took about 10 days end to end. Took ownership of the issue. Would by Polk stuff again just based on this experience. The sound system is excellent too.
