I am a faithful customer at pearl vision in Minneapolis on Lake Street. I ended up getting a pair of glasses from Pair Eyeware and I got them adjusted at the lake street location and when I got them home to clean them better (it's darker in the area where they adjust glasses and I have eye issues and I was just so happy they weren't falling off I didn't notice that there 3 huge long deep scratches in my right lens at the top. I didn't notice until I took them off to clean them better at home as there were still fingerprints on them. I called Pearl vision and told them the issue and I talked to the manager or assistant manager named Josh and he didn't even apologize about it. Told me there weren't responsible and I understand that but I should absolutely should have no scratches on my new lenses and part of the frames. I understand you're using heat to adjust the glasses but again there should be absolutely no scratches on my lenses if your using the right type of cloth to clean them. I was just calling to let them know that that is what happened so that it wouldn't happen to anyone else and that he used a very dirty cloth he had been using all day instead of using a new cloth that that's how my glasses got scratch but instead I was talked down to and was accused of lying, and that they were already scratched and why I didn't notice when I left. When honestly this had NEVER happened to me in all the years I've been wearing glasses. I am 35 and been wearing glasses since I was 10. Because of how I was treated and making it seem like I was lying when I get my glasses from pearl vision all the time multiple times a year because I have lupus, I will never buy glasses from pearl vision ever again.

Roseville the worst. In minn. Alvin the mgr is rude. Talks down to u. He said he's taking my $ i put down into collections. He called me to tell me to not call there and hung up. He said listen boy. He is a bad person. I can't believe it. He needs to be fired

The lens on my glasses have failed after just 2 years. My Pearle Vision store in Gahanna Ohio said there was nothing they could do. This is not acceptable.

Hi! There is a problem with the postcard sent to patients. The form number of the card appears to be PVATRE01, a part # (perhaps) is 16810011-022-00005009. The past card states that the recipient (patient) has scheduled an appointment (time and date are printed on the card) which must be confirmed.

On the day after receiving the postcard, I call the office and was told by the technician side of the operation that the doctor's office was not open and I should call back the next day, after 9:20 am. She also said there was no appointment scheduled for me on the date/time printed on the card. Somehow they managed to get my name right -- will wonders never cease!

I called back today at 9:30 am. The Dr.'s office told me there is no appointment scheduled for me and THERE NEVER WAS. She offered the first open appointment is December 29, at 12:20 pm. I of course took that appointment.

When I complained about the misleading postcard message, I was told it is not controlled by the individual office, but is controlled by the corporate office. Whether that is true or not is of no matter: the Corporation certainly has a responsibility to remedy the situation, which this office claims to have reported several times.

But I want you to know that the obvious deceit of the day is the luring aged people who live pretty much hand to mouth these days and are easy targets for the extra charges for missing medical/dental/etc. appointments is NOT APPRECIATED.

I have used your company services for eye exams and to purchase a number of pairs of glasses in the 24 year since becoming a resident of Norfolk, VA. I am sorry that you are turning out to be just another immoral, anti-truth social pariah.

Dr was great. Got glasses in 2021 went back several times never could see out of them. They told us today we didnt even get the glasses from them but we did. They must have written frame down wrong because it was color black they said and i have never had black glasses. I purchased frame someplace else and brought it in. Had the optical beem smart enough they would have checked prescription. Husband didnt know what to do they just kept saying u didnt get them here. He told them over and over he did. You need to get qualified people in optical that can offer customer service. I was in optical for 32 years and I have never come across anything as stupid as this. We took our rx with us today.

Horrible place to go for eyeglasses. Exam was great. Dr seemed to know what he was doing. Eyeglasses were too expensive.

I went to the store in methuen today to do an eye exam for my son. The manager was very rude and very unwelcoming. Very unprofessional. Don't go there.

I ordered contacts from the Pearle Vision on 17660 Wright Street, Suite 18, Omaha, Ne, 68130 on March 24th. I went into the store to order contacts. On April 4, I received at text that the contacts had shipped. I called the store several times during the week of April 10th to check the status of the contacts and no one ever answered the phone or returned my message. On April 14th, I went into the store to see if my contacts had delivered, only to find out they were ready for pick up April 5th. I didn't receive a text or a phone call. When the employee came out of the back room with the contacts she was on the phone, handed my the boxes of contacts without any conversation or customer service. When I asked why I didn't receive a notification, the employee said, "I don't know, I was gone". This is terrible customer service. I will not be using this business again!

We keep calling the Chillicothe Oh Pearle Vision. Leaving messages and never get a call back. My husband needs a new lens in his glasses while they are still under warranty. Time is running out. Also, was going to visit the Pearle Vision in Melbourne FL and see if service was any better. Apparently all office are the same and don't return calls either.

Lied to me about being accepted by my insurance, came back twice trying to get glasses that were right for my eyes and not make me sick to my stomach they said my eyes would ajust to the glasses.total rip off!!!!!

I recently spent approximately $1,000.00 on two pairs of lenses. I have been a longtime customer. I have sent complaints about never being notified my glasses were delivered to the Royal Oak, Michigan store. I have never even received an acknowledgment you received my texts. Is this how you conduct business? Please reply.

Pearle Vision Royal oak Michigan. Store on Woodward ave. Longtime Custer and watching the aloof and sometimes rather rude staff. Within the last few months I ordered a new rx. I waited ans waited and never received a text or a phone call my glasses were indeed delivered a few days prior. I had an unfortunate accident and needed new lens again. Once again no communication at all I myself placed numerous calls and your staff were incredibly rude I confronted Tracy the supposed office manager how they contacted me. She changed her story over and over. Why haven't I received some sort of response.

I have never been more disappointed in Pearle Vision recently. I am referring to the Royal Oak, Michiganfranchise. I have never had a reply from my previous complaint. Being a longtime customer, many years, I have noticed customer service is frankly gone.

The Pearle Vision, Royal Oak, Michigan, has the worst service I have ever received in recent memory. The staff were dismissive of my problem, and made absolutely no attempt to address my problem. Tracy, the store manager, blatantly lied to my face. I will never ever return

The Pearle Vision in Taylor is thee worst office ever. Arbitrarily closed on Thursdays for no reason. Closed on the BUSIEST SHOPPING DAY OF THE YEAR on Black Friday and put no note in the door so people kept coming and I waited in my car for 1.5 hours thinking they were on lunch. Ride office staff and a smug and arrogant woman who works the front desk. Why would any comoa h want their name associated with this location who puts their customer last and will not be open when e ery other location was on the busiest shopping day if the year? Do not go here. Go to another location. AND they have NO LATE DAYS for people who work.

I have been a longtime customer. My last 2 visits ordering glasses was extremely disappointing. First off I was never notified when my glasses were delivered. My second visit I was told different dates by different people when to expect my glasses. Staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. After I receive my glasses, I will never use this establishment again. I will never recommend it either

The scheduling person in the Harrisburg, Jonestown office is rude, sarcastic, and very shot with you on the phone. She doesn't address all your questions and hangs up on you. Better customer service/ scheduling person needed for that office.

I Have Been Waiting For My Glasses Since July 15, 2022. I Call Everyday To See If Anybody Is Working At The Cold Spring Ky Store To Pick Up My Glasses, But No One Will Answer The Phone. The Store Says It Is Open Online, But When You Show Up At The Store, There Is A Sign On The Door That Says They Closed Early Due To Short Staff. Poor Customer Service!!! I Just Want My Glasses And A Full Refund For Having To Wait This Long. Never Ever Will I Go Back To Pearle Vision!!!

Ordered glasses August 23. It is September 19 and still do not have them. Was told weeks ago that the lens were not right when the store opened them, and they sent them back. They have been in "processing" for weeks. Constantly call and get the same answer. My boyfriend is a truck driver, his livelihood depends on being able to see, and we were told up to 14 days. It's been almost double that. Very disappointed. Even Walmart can get you something to see out of within 2 weeks. Pay premium prices for frames, since that's all Pearl carries, but does no good when you can't even get them. We only used them because they were considered a premier insurance partner. Cannot reach anyone thru the corporate number. EXTREMELY dissatisfied.

My story: i' e been wearing glasses since I was five. Fifty now. I know these things take a while, so after I made an appointment I thought I'd stroll in and see what possibilities they had for frames. One doesn't really know how thr frames will look unless the person tries them on. I told them my I tension to try on a few pair. I spoke with the greetings lady, and then with the tech isian in the back who discussed prices with me. He was okay and so was the front desk lady.
As the technician and I went on about pricing i continued to try glasses on. The lady in the middle of the shop, I'm guessing a manager, stopped talking to her customer to yell down the store at me that 'sir! Sir! There is a limit!'. I asked what sort of limit she was referring to. 'You can only try three pair'. I asked how people might be able to make an educated decision on a purchase? 'It's policy sorry.' Then she yelled down the length of the store to find out if indeed had an appointment. It started to feel like she was giving me the bums rush

Why are you not focusing on your customer, lady? I'm just there looking around and my appointment isn't for a month and a half.

Why a month and a half, meanwhile???

It wasn't the policy of three pair that troubled me... What made me leave and cancel the appointment was how she chose to undermine the efforts of her staff by being nasty for no reason. If that's how things were gonna start off I don't see how anything could get done there, and I don't understand how they even stay in business.

I bought glasses from Pearl vision in Owensboro ky they had me to buy exceeded warranty said it would cover any that happen to my glasses no question asked .So now the lens fell out of my glasses and they want cover it they said they will fix the Lens but the frame has to be broke for the lens to fall out but they say they will only fix the lens so why would you do that they will just fall out again.So now there telling me pearl vision is independent own so there is no real pearl vision .So there warranty is a piece of a sh-t just like there glasses.So to say I will never buy there again or anyone that I see will because I will let everyone know how sh-Ty they are.

They knowingly overbilled me for services and will not issue a refund. They tried to cover their actions with the Attorney Generals office by submitting sloppy "backup" thinking it would be sufficient. They have been avoiding the Attorney Generals request for documentation to support their reasoning for months. Because the Attorney Generals office is limited and cannot take legal action, if they get enough people that have valid cases of fraudulent billing then they can escalate the issue. My advice would be to check your explanation of benefits from your insurance company against what you were asked to pay at the time of service. Demand Pearle Vision give you a breakdown of the bundled package pricing they charge you. Report Pearle vision to your insurance company if they will not assist you.

Excellent 10/10 review for John Bergen at Pearle Vision Carlingwood Mall Ottawa Ontario. He went above and beyond the regular service to help me buy a pair of distance glasses for my 102 year old mother in a nursing home. What a gem of an employee you have at this location, he helped me out with his experience and expertise I cannot thank him enough. Pearl vision on east battlefield Springfield, Missouri has great service.
I had the virtual examine and I would highly recommend it. I am older and was a little skeptical but it was great. The eye glass selection was awesome also.

Pearle Vision SQ one,
It was my first time here two days ago and liked everything. Had an eye exam with Dr. Hui (chinese)who is super nice, knowledgeable and patient. The men who helped me pick a pair of glasses (Yousuf) had very high knowledge about glasses, very polite and helpful too. Wish I knew this place earlier. All staffs were really Friendly, polite and professional. the only thing was I had myself and my wife insurances and we both have coverage for each it was better to pay the doctor visit and part of my glasses price first from my insurance then the rest of my glasses price with another insurance. in that case it was not necessary to pay some from my pocket without any reason while we are both insurances!

I recently was the highland park ,st paul mn ,55105 store and wanted sunglasses in frames i had - i ended up with some cabrerras i believe 380$. When i went to get they were new so i gave them a day to adjust ,worst viewing experience ever wasted 400$ I asked for things that couldn't happen with my vision and was never going back(why would i get money back after over a week).

Well Amy called today to check (she helped as a walk in the day i came in and spent 45 min showing me and helping me ) i decided to go in , i just showed up no call and said they sucked and i didnt want them , well amy didnt blink - i left happier than i was 1st (was super happy called my son to tell him to go there) she was so nice and helpful , and thats not doing justice, i wasnt the easist customer to deal with for many reasons (never was yelling or mean to anyone) but just not the easiest

I hope she rewarded for making a 400$ Purchase go exactly like $400 purchase for the customer should perfect!!!!!!!

She deserves a raise , bonus, monetary congratulated by whoever makes money as owner , cause you will make more off me and my family as long as she is at pearl vision

Pearle Vision Royal Oak has been great. Yesterday I desperately needed my glasses adjusted. They stayed open for me, even helped me find my car keys going out to my car (currently I am pretty-much disabled). Gave me advice how to get my eyes examined (I had been a patient until I broke my leg & laid up in CA for over 7 mos then laid up in Michigan for another year). It's tough getting old. I really appreciate the Pearle Vision folks in Royal Oak!!!
