Northwestern Mutual Customer Service

Why isn't your telephone number on your website? I searched under Contact and Customer Service..... finally went to Google to find out how to call you.

Asked to change owner on 2 policies:
16590820 Maria S. Bartlett
16590829 Dmitri D. Barlett

I was only sent forms for Maria's policy with both policy numbers listed. This caused me to miss contact with the new owner and was a significant inconvenience. Im sorry that I did not request the full name of the NML customer service rep as she appeared competent. I was wrong. now, i have to call and start the process again for policy 16590829 Dmitri D. Bartlett. If you wish to react to this, please send appropriate forms via expedited service, e.g. FedEx, UPS or Priority mail.

I have had NML Life policies since 1960 and presently am NOT happy with your service.

Your Rep Jesse Vaughn was very helpful in explaining the term of my policy that I have decided not to cancel and eventho I did not get the answer I was looking for in my favor concerning NSF; he was very professional.

The relationship I have with northwestern mutual is par excellent, the customer service department is second to none - their knowledge of the products they sell makes you feel comfortable in buying and investing. Northwestern is the way to go....
