The room was really dusty and it look like the never moved the bed it was so sticky underneath the when we tried to move it it was stuck to the floor.there was a used needle broken phone screens and a few other unhealthy things..I moved the refrigerate and there was cockroaches everywhere..then when I went to shower it wouldn't drain so I cleaned the drain hole and tons of hair came out very unhealthy..so I had decided to just wipe everything down and in some spots it looked like it was never cleaned...on if the ladies that worked at the front office told me that the head maid tells her mqids to not worry about moving nothing..that's very unsanitary..and then I found out the manager at the one in lawton ain't drug free either..and a few other not good stuff a manager should not be doing..half the time they don't get customers cause the rooms are never done cause they refuse to get more ppl after they are over 80 hours.. but the Manger lady will call her family in to clean a couple rooms and pay them under the table..the first room we was in had bedbugs and the refuse to do anything and when I told them about the roaches they didn't care...I clean the laundry room top to bottom under everything wipe EVERYTHING down it was so bad I didn't want to wash my laundry in there...the night lady said she had never seen that laundry room cleaned since she worked there ...sad

I served a room for January 2nd I have made my complaints all over customer complaint line for motel 6 I paid ahead of time with my card . I was in the parking lot making the reservation, I walked up to the front desk outside the window to get my room and key they said I cannot rent there sorry that I had a late checkout time last time so desk clerk said I will talk to my manager in the morning and put your money back on your card first okay, that did not happen three days into it I'm searching for my refund they give me $5 they said back to my card but it was not submitted to my card I called my bank and they said nothing was put back on my card no refund I called customer complaint line again they assured me oh they sent a check to my address on my ID card well that's in Texas I'm in California they needed to put it back on my direct Express card the same way I paid them they made a bogus statement of $55 check they said they sent that was two weeks ago it never happened my sister checked your mailbox received nothing yet today is the 14th of January no refund I always gave them great ratings and surveys I spent a lot of money on this motel I will never do this again never they lost the customer for life! The manager flat out stole my 50.00 deposit. I've been staying at motel 6 for over a year and have checked out and back in many times with no complaints. About 2 months ago they decided we had to pay 50.00 deposit. If you pay with a card it goes back to the card. If you pay cash you get cash back. So I pay cash. I check out on Sunday and the manager is not there. The person behind the desk isn't able to find the record on the computer and says she doesn't have authority to give me my deposit back. She calls the manager and he says he will maul me a check. Nit going to work for me so he says come back tomorrow. I go back 3 time the next day and the next and they never have any cash to give me back. He keeps offering to mail me a check. Then he says the microwave was missing. Didn't have one when we got there. The sheets were stained. The beds were still made because we sleep on tip either our own bedding. The room was trashed. I cleaned the room even yhough it's not my job. The towels were stained. After I called him out on all these he still said to come back when the got cash. Then I wrote a bad survey and he said since I went to corporate it was out of his hands and they would take care of it. Not true. After all the money we spent at this motel they felt the need to rip us off our last 50.00 is pretty sad and pretty shifty. No wonder people trash the hotels. Wish I would have now.

Hello I have Ben staying at motel 6 south in billings Montana and this motel is a joke they let people deal drugs out of there room if you call the front desk at night you can never get a hold of any one and if you do she has a really bad attitude and she don't don't dew her job at all and this motel is a joke they don't clean the rooms very well and since I have Ben here I have Ben moved 4 times and one room they put me in the shower handle broke off and that was not fixed at all and they let people smoke pot and cigarettes in the rooms and this place just needs to be torn down if the people hew own this motel can't do any repairs and fallow up with complaints then this motel does not need to be open I will never stay here ever again after this time this place is a joke and I am telling you if you don't want to get any sleep then just pay to stay here at this motel 6 south Billings Mt

Generally speaking, we've had good luck with Motel 6, but are currently disappointed with your Wendover facility. The room has been extremely stuffy and not comfortable at all! My husband checked the filter for the air conditioning and it's beyond BAD!! So clogged up, yuk! He has left it out for housekeeping to see. Also, the bed pillows are terribly lumpy, normally I wouldn't say anything, but you need to know.

It appears that Motel 6 has no customer support. After 7+ weeks of trying I have not been able to locate anyone who can help with my issue.

I have been trying to get a refund from the motel 6 on Garnett in Tulsa ok. There were cockroaches crawling on the walls. The telephone wasn't working and there was so much riff raff outside you could hardly get to your room. The toilet wouldn't flush you had to take off the lid and lift the chain. This was a horrible motel to stay at. I got off my plane at 10:30 p.m. and my husband checked in at 6:10 p.m. he went right seeing so wasn't in the room until he picked me up. But they are saying they have. A 2 hour refund policy. Under the circumstances they could have given a refund as the room was gross. I tried to call the manager but couldn't get past the front desk. I am very angry and upset the way I was treated.NEVER AGAIN will I stay at motel 6.the room was under my husband's name Rodney Turpin.

I am visiting from Bakersfield California to Sacramento for my one year wedding anniversary. I am staying at one of your locations 7850 College Town Dr., Sacramento, CA 95826. Having a visitor coming to visit me and my wife who lives in Sacramento was confronted from the office staff at the Motel 6 telling her she could only visit for two hours. This information was not told to me before I paid for the room. I was not aware that I was in a jail where limited on how long I could have a visitor come to the room . As a paying customer I would appreciate all information to be given in writing, before we decide to rent your room .
I would appreciate a written response in regards to your hotel policies.

Having a visitor coming to visit me and my wife who lives in Sacramento was confronted from the office staff at the Motel 6 telling her she could only visit for two hours. I am currently staying in 2121 at the Tryon St. Location, Charlotte NC. I have been a Motel 6 customer for years and just began booking online. This room is appalling. Since last night 4 bugs, missing bar to hang travel clothes, runny toilet and simply, not up to my standards. I think tbe staff here does as much as they can do now that i see what pitiful units they are encouraged to promote. Three days of this and I will be forced to bid farwell to Motel 6 and stay elsewhere for decent accommodations. This upsets me and i nust HAD to share my disappointment. S.Wiland

Had confirmed reservation @ set price got here and because I did not answer phone in Houston traffic ....two days after reservation to let them know I was on the way...they called me....had to pay Xtra 50 dollars a nite.

Motel 6 in Fort Lupton. Co is a joke. We stayed there for an extended stay. They not only gave me a room with horrible cable but no air and no heat. Then to make matters even worse the manager quilted my disabled husband into doing odd jobs around there including climbing on the roof then when I inform the manager that he could not do these things she then charged us a $440.00 room adjustment and continued to do so until I requested a meeting with the big boss which never happened I. Couldn't even get a Corp. Phone. Number. Well as a result she made up bogus complaints had my husbands service dog taken away and threatened employees and other customers that if they helped they would be fired or kicked out. I still have not been able to talk to an executive as to date they owe me a total of $1500.00 plus the cost for the dog and the stress and heartache of the events that transpired.I would really like to talk to the higher ups who put a thief and liar running their motel. As it stands it looks like if they do not respond to me to make this right a lawyer has informed me I have a very good case.Most of the young ladies that work there were very friendly but were not in any position to help unless they wanted to lose their jobs

I want to give a shout out to Nancy at your Scottsdale location on Camelback Rd. I had an situation that needed attention and she was so kind and helpful. Absolutely made my day. I have stayed at this location before and everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was great and I would definitely stay there again. I give it a 10! Thank you so much Nancy❤️

I'm currently staying at motel6 Airport in little rock. I'd like to say that Margaret at the front desk deserves props. As she generally deals with overnight when some guests misbehave.

I recently visited the Harrisburg/Hershey area with my family. While staying at the motel 6 on Jonestown road I was rewarded with a very honest front desk clerk her name was Kathleen. In my cloudy stage I dropped my wallet in front of the elevator. Not only did this honest soul retrieve my wallet ( which had 2800 in cash) but she returned it with every cent inside Bravo Kathleen from the Harrisburg motel 6 your kindness will never be forgotten. I plan to choose that particular hotel EVERY time my family and I are in the area (which is at least once a month) keep up the good and God bless... Johnson Family

My daughter and I recently stayed at Motel 6 (8742) in Brinkley,Arkansas. I would like to share with everyone how trustworthy and what great customer service we received. We only stayed one night. Upon leaving the next morning my daughter realized she had left her rings by the sink. We were to far away to turn around and still had 800 miles to go. We called and spoke to the manager. We told him the situation and asked if he could check and see if the room had been cleaned yet. He called us back in a few minutes and told us he had the rings and would mail them to us. This was on Monday morning. We received the rings by FedEx on Wednesday.
