I had the worst experience when I bought a Mitsubishi outlander from Irving Texas. The customer service was very poker. I bought a new outlander 2022 and on the second day the car stopped on the road with fumes coming out. When I reported to the dealer, they said they cannot do anything with it. They might repair it but no replacement. Just two days and less than 30 miles on the vehicle. I had to visit the leadership several times and beg them and finally they exchanged with another vehicle of same make. It lacked some of the decorative lights. Within a month, check engine sign came to the vehicle and front sensor stopped working. When this was reported, the customer service was terrible. Nobody was friendly with me. Number to number warranty was promised but they said nothing covers under the policy. The engine light start coming very often and each time they run a test they charged me 126 dollars. One time my son went for servicing, the vehicle had less than 20000 miles and they made him change to new tires. They did not give me back the old tires which was good for another 20000 miles. Gap waiver was paid when I bought the vehicle. When I called them after an year, they said the dealership has voided it in 2022. I felt like being cheated by the whole experience.

Absolute rubbish customer service, never call you back, never address the issue. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE IDOITS.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MITSUBISHI AGAIN!!

I just bought n got my car of Mitsubishi Xpander on 28/2/23 (Tue) at Mitsubishi Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
The day while I got my car, at 3.30pm, the sales consultant, Mr Fared didn't do the car windows tinting yet and don't even get ready the complimentary items (umbrella, Mitsubishi cup, etc.
He asked me to come back again for tinting. I was wondering that is this the standard for Mitsubishi to treat the customer?
I booked for windows tinting on 4/3/22(Sat), 10am.
On 28/2/23, Fared don't even explain to me the features of the vehicle. He said : Semua ada dalam user manual. Kalau ada apa2, just whatsapp.
After I signed on the service booklet, he just passed me the black bag.
Road tax and RFiD don't even explain and paste the road tax on car dashboard.
He don't even mentioned about RFiD, and it made me thought that that's the standard of Mitsubishi to treat new customer.
Petrol of my new car which I received was less than half tank. Enough to reach my house only which is around 30 mins and it was going to in alert of out of petrol.

I went to Mitsubishi Shah Alam by second time on 4/3/23(Sat), 10am just to settle the car tinting. I reached before 10am n I couldn't see Fared and nobody 'layan' me. By around 10.25am, I called Fared and no answer. I asked counter for details and couldn't reach the sales consultant. She told me that the Tinting person cannot come because he took MC for not feeling well.
That was my second time to go. It took me lots of time. It supposed to be settler the day before I collect my car. The tinting boss lady called me and said cannot come and asked me to go to Puchong and let her staff to do the tinting. Do u know how long it takes from Shah Alam to Puchong?
I have another appointment by noon.

Then I asked the tinting lady boss for next day, 5/3/23(Sun), 10am.
That was 3rd time I have to go to Mitsubishi centre at Shah Alam, just because of irresponsible sales consultant. It spent me few hours to wait and the duration tos and forms. My whole weekend has been gone. Lots of appointments have to postponed and cancelled.

Is this the standard of Mitsubishi to treat a new customer?
A very bad experience I have went through.

I bought a car. 2020 Mustang. They said the key was not programmed but they said they would program it. They didn't care at all after they bought the car. I'm still trying to sort out the key. but they are harassing me. I have not come across a company in America that wears out its customers.

Not recommended for service. More interested in getting you to pay for services that are not needed.

I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse in after speaking on the phone with service. The part I needed was no longer available but was told it might be able to be fixed with another $10 part. The service fee was around $170 so I figured it's hopeful. Was told they could then order the part. After about 3-5 days I hadn't heard back. They then told me part was no longer made or available. Along with this bad news, they gave me a list of over $5000 Zi needed to repair including a serpentine belt which I had just replaced in the last few months. Clearly they are out for getting your money for repairs that are not needed and probably knew all along they could not fix the problem with my car. Do not recommend going here unless you want to pay needless money.

I bought mitsbushi 2019 I was lied to about everything I felt degraded how I was treated .it's only few years old carpet is wearing out I paid over 25000 for the car i have been servicing at soutside mitsbushi .I had purchased 2 winter tires yesterday cand o booked oil change they rudely said no I didnt but they took me in anyway I discussed with management about oil change it says it was 65 dollars but 35 for labor was not told that I basically felt like a fool in front of the manager than when I came home I noticed my two winter tires were not in vehicle which they replaced I called them and they left be a rude message stating they retrieved them from the garbage and I can pick them up so rude. I'm not sure if the winter tires I purchased are brand new . I'm really unhappy with mitsabushi service and conduct .I spent 25000 on this car and was not satisfied

As a retired US NAVY nuclear Submrine Commander, I'm totally shocked that my wife and I are having to wait for an unbelievable amount of time (excessive painul delays) to recieve our new 2023 xPander vehicle. Unsat poor management and ineffective with ZERO regared to customer satisfaction. The Roxas Mitsubishi dealership is just HORRIBLE. Never again will I even consider purchasing a vehicle, just extremly and poorly managed. Its been over a month since we decided to buy the slander.

I purchased 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander car in State of Georgia. Not only have been cheated by dealership, also not getting any responses back from Mitsunbishi head quarter customer service. I would not recommend Mitsubishi car to anyone. you can get more with your money if you buy other model car.

i can buy the outlander mitsubhi 2022 in june 17 2022 they have a to many problem when i buy the second day ac is no working and i go enjecy they didn't solve my problem and now the car show the engine light i drive just 4146 and mitsubhi didn't solve my problem. i wait for one weak and now he say wait for 3 more weak to bad car or is service to bad i never buy this car agian

I have been trying to get a left rear caliper for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2018 for 2 months now, I have owned this car for 2 yrs, haven't been able to drive it because cannot get part anywhere, It's getting harder trying to get to work without my car, I have spoken to your Corporate office and was told I had to order it through dealer, well guess what I have called numerous dealers and they cannot even get it, so tell me what am I suppose to do, I am so disappointed in Mitsubishi that I cannot get the help I need,from the experience I have had trying to get the part, I honestly don't think I ll ever buy a Mitsubishi again

I purchased a 2019 mitsubishi eclipse cross an my headlights faded within 2 years an they don't want to cover under warranty saying natural elements faded it so it's not covered an I also had bad customer service an the dealerships in las vegas nv has the worst customer service ever I would never buy another mitsubishi again Why have a warranty when they always want to argue u about it I had better service with kia

Customer service at Mitsubishi is non existent...they extended the time t have your car serviced through COVID then never told you it reverts t previous date for ongoing service - have missed mine that i had paid for originally when bought the car and now they are trying to charge me £450 -no loyalty or service - no apology

New triton went in for first 2000k service there was a miscommunication re wireless in dash phone charger on purchase that was meant to be rectified. dropped off the car the sales man (dev wanneroo Mitsubishi) had not done anything about rectifying the issue just said outright he forgot and could do the charger for std new sale price this is after leading us to believe it was a std feature very disappointing no service car was available after being told it would be and then speaking to the parts man (dave wanneroo Mitsubishi) about the price of the phone charger he told us that we weren't intending to get the car serviced through them in the future so why would it be in his interest to give a good deal on the wireless phone charger? All round very poor service for the sake of a brand new 50k car to be fed with that sort of ____ very disappointing

I bought a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 2019 I bought it from Fort Worth Texas in 2019 the car is broke down and it is taking to Lake Charles dealership because I can't afford to pay for it to be taken to Fort Worth where I bought it from I am stuck without a vehicle and they want to come up with an excuse to call where it was towed to y'all need your help people out with this what you're charged for these cars or not worth it y'all are ripping people off and if I do not get any feedback I will call my lawyer Oakleys let me know I've called him they supposedly do not have loaners or do not loan any Vehicles because it is so far away I cannot help I live in Beaumont and they're in Lake Charles it is your vehicle you're making yourself you'll have dealership Central and you need to treat the people right so my number is 409 351 6521 when you call your number no one answers I would like a response as soon as possible thank you my name is Robin savell

2020 Outlander Sport is a death trap for me and my children and it seems Mitsubishi is waiting for a freak accident or even the death of me n my kids to happen to say something is terribly wrong with this vehicle!!!!!? Got my vehicle 3/2020 it inly has 5800 miles on it Four times this car wouldn't go pass 20 mph shaking as if it's going to die out!!!!! I tow it to Brooklyn Mitsubishi they loose my car for three days they find it in the sales lot ready to be sold!!!!! After that tell me nothing came up on the machine so they can't or check anything on the vehicle!!!!! Took it for inspection 6/23/20 IT PASSES!!! ? HOW!? I take it home not even ten minutes into my drive home SHAKING as if it would die out wouldn't GO PASS 30 mph I get home !!!! Tow it they have not checked a f****** thing they told me because I'm out of town they not going to look at it they will look at customers cars whom are physically there!!!! WHAT THE ****???? I will be contacting my lawyer this is a dangerous vehicle Mitsubishi is placing me and my children in and Mitsubishi DOESNT GIVE TWO *****!!!!!

Mitsubishi customer care in UK is non existant. I own fto import there is no help at all just incompetence surrounds this company. 6 out of 8 dealerships knew what car I was talking about 8 out of 8 couldn't help me. Customer care with Simon is a total waste of time.
But hey guys.... Mitsubishi is leaving the UK so I don't think but know there service and vehicles are terrible.

I will not buy again and I will tell everyone about this appalling service

Bought 1999 MIT. New hasn't been good at all took to dealer hays mitsubishi Nashville they wrote down problems and nothing done about it. Never buy another mitsubishi galant or anything from mitsubishi.

I bought my 2016 Mitsubishi sport in October of 2019 from a used car dealer in Sioux Falls SD. Unfortunately I hit a deer with my 2007 Kia Sorento and it was totaled. I work in human services for a non profit educational cooperative and my yearly salary is less than most teachers so a new car is out of the question. I have not had good luck with used cars in the past so I do a lot of research to hopefully make a good decision and choice. Buying a used car is so stressful but I do not want something that will have a large amount of repairs. I understand that all cars are in need of repairs at times but I am fearful of the "over $3000" repairs. I have had them with other cars and it is a devastating blow.

This 2016 vehicle had 92,000 miles on it but since it was newer model, the car dealer stressed year vs miles as a reliability factor so I made the choice and purchased the Mitsubishi sport.

Tuesday February 16th I was driving back from my son's state bowling tournament. There was lagging from my speedometer. As I neared Sioux Falls, the transmission maintenance required light showed up on my dash. I drove it straight to my mechanic. He called the next day and told me that there were a ton of transmission issues that were showing up on the diagnostic test and that I should take it to a Mitsubishi dealer because there was a 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty on the transmission. I called Vern Eide in Sioux Falls. The receptionist asked me if I was the original owner of the vehicle. I told her that I was not. She actually laughed and told me that the 100,000 warranty only applied if a person was the original owner. If a person was not the original owner, the warranty was reduced to 60,000. She told me that they have this rule to encourage people to keep the Mitsubishi long term. If the product is reliable, the incentive would not be necessary.

I purchased a 40,000, 4 year extended warranty when I bought this 2016 Outlander. As I said, I have not had good luck with many of the used cars that I have purchased over the years. All are different makes and models. The repair came to $5,200, a little less than half of what the total cost of the car was in October 2019. The warranty company was easy to deal with, however. They called and told me that my out of pocket was going to be $1,800 because they based coverage cost on "used parts". After I asked them to e mail me the complete agreement and speak to a manager, the worker came back on the phone and told me that her manager agreed to cover the entire repair. I am not confident in ASC warranty company but thankfully they fulfilled their responsibility. I still have not received an email with the detailed coverage agreement information.

I have 3 friends who also have a Mitsubishi sport. Your cars are popular in Sioux Falls SD. I will relay my experience when I bump into them. Hopefully they purchased the best extended warranty possible as well.

Still waiting on recall replacement. Also a new lifrgate be replaced the rust is now falling off in chunks each time the handle is used. The rust extends from left to right taillights. ROT!@

Whuch I hardly use.Went to for maintenance and pai high price.after 2 weeks, my AC vaporisser was not working.Totally
Disappointed.My car was well maintain by them.But didnt diagnose that I always complaint
That I smell something is burning

How's this fair I bought a 2015 lancer it has only 85,000 thousand miles an it developed a tick in the motor nothing done by me told by service it happens they said well I am the second owner only had 13,000 when I got it warranty ran out at 60,000 new engine 13,000 how would you feel

Took my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 to the dealership I purchased it at. Because the trunk lid would not shut. I was told it was bent. After several words with service manager and dealership manager. I was told it was not under warrenty, I have 45,000 miles on this car. They worked on it in the parking lot. Brought it home showed my husband what they said was wrong. Went to open it and a piece of plastic fell out of the trunk latch on the trunk lid. Now I can not shut my trunk at all. Have a bungie holding it down. There are several dents on the trunk lid from them working on it. It is now all out of aligned from them twisting it and pulling on it.

Visited Fountain Mitsubishi in Orlando for car repair they broke my door handle and my dome light and denied that it happened. Last time the Mechanic worked on my transmission and didn�t attach it back to the gear shift. Then said it was broken when I came in. They need to be investigated, when you go in with a problem they break something else to get more money. I will never ever use that service again. Customer service is bad the Managers lie and tell you what you want to hear so you can leave. They promised to fix my car they are giving me the run around about ordering parts. Beware of these service people they are giving the Company a bad name. INVESTIGATE. I�m sure they are more complaints about this location.

My experience with Mitsubishi motors in West springfield mass is not a good one I will not recommend anyone to Mitsubishi motors and once my loan is paid off I will go else wear if needed.

Brian (service manager) is amazing. He went to above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running properly.
I love my Mitsubishi Gallant its an older model, but he's help me maintain it!

My experience at Mitsubishi was awesome.From the time I stepped out of my car and the young lady Miss Desiree Dean greeting me very professionally and excoriating me to Mr.Janathan Parrish.To Mr.Janathan being very patient with me and making sure to answer all my questions.I can honestly say I was being a bit of a handful lol..Mr. Parrish was very kind and respectful and most of all very patient.Even though it was extremely hot outside Mr.Janathan walked me around the parking lot to every care I was interested in and explained everything about each car to me.During My test drive Mr. Parrish showed me how to work everything as well as made sure I was comfortable and familiar with the vehicle.Mr.Janathan is an awesome person with a great personality.You can tell that he his very passionate about his job he made me feel right at home lol and that is way I decided to get my vehicle.Also all the staff there was very friendly and professional so thanks for a great experience.

I have purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander in 2003, it has been 11 years now and my Mitsubishi is still going great with no problems what so ever. I just wanted to let you all know that I have really loved and enjoyed this car, and still do. I would recommend a Mitsubishi to anyone! I also wanted to say that previously to the Outlander I owned a used Galant. Thank you Mitsubishi!

I Purchased A 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Brand New Right Off The Lot. When I Made My Purchase I Was Told That I Would Receive 5 Oil Changes Free Of Charge. 1 From The Dealer (prestige) And 4 From The Mitsubishi Corporate Offices, One Would Arrive Per Year For The Next 4 Yrs. About 30 Days Prior To My Anniversary Date. I Did Not Receive A Coupon In 2013 And When I Called Corporate Customer Service Their Response Was That I Must Have Either Used It Or Lost It, When They Checked They Realized It Was Never Redeemed And Their Reply Was I Must Have Misplaced It And There Was Nothing They Could Do For Me. (great Customer Service Huh?) I Explained The Promotion And The Representative Informed Me That She Had Never Heard Of This Promotion And They Have The Right To Cancel Any Promotion Without Notice (does This Sound Fair?). I Then Called My Dealership Who Did Assure Me That I Was Entitled To The Free Oil Changes And I Was Not Going Crazy. I Spoke To Corporate Again And They Still Insisted That There Was No Promo. The Dealership Was Very Helpful In Trying Settle This Issue, We Thought It Was Settled . I Called Today To Schedule My Oil Change And Yup There Was Nothing About A Free Oil Change. Long Story Short I Believe The Dealership Is Doing My Oil Change To Keep Me Happy And Although I Do Appreciate It I Am Mad As Hell With Mitsubishi, I Did't Like The Attiude From The Corporates Customer Service Rep Or The Supervisor That Called To Tell Me There Was Nothing They Could Do About That Promotion But She Was Sending Me A Coupon For A Free Oil Change Anyway. I Told Her I Wanted The 4 That Were Part Of My Purchase Agreement.she Acted Like She Was Doing Me A Favor. No Such Luck. What Ever Happen To The Customer Is Always Right And I This Case She Has It In Writing!!!!!! I Just Want To Say My Dealership Has Been Terrific.
