I bought two trays of your goose fat roast potatoes to make my life easier cooking Christmas dinner. Despite being well within date I was disappointed to find that so many of them were rotten through the core. Between the two trays I managed to find enough for my family and then made some mash to top up. I can usually rely on m&s for quality food and was disappointed that it was substandard when it mattered most.

In the Bury St Edmunds branch yesterday afternoon we were served by a very grudging member of staff who was brusque almost to the point of rudeness, made no eye contact, had little in the way of the words please and thank you and absolutely no desire to engage in any kind of conversation. The store was not busy, she was on the top floor in the lingerie and menswear department and I believe that her name was Michelle. I have never encountered poor customer service like this before in that branch. I hope that you will give be this matter your consideration

I ordered a prelit Christmas tree on 3.11.23. It has been sitting with Evri for several days now. We contacted Evri on Sunday 12.11.23 and their representative promised it would be delivered that same day This they failed to do. We are moving house this Friday and want the tree before we do so.
This is poor service from you and your courier and we expect you to contact them and expedite delivery without further delay

I purchased an Crispy Aromatic quarter Duck, thought I would treat myself . So disappointed hardly any duck and pancakes were so thin I couldn't roll them they just fell apart , I have been buying these for years as my treat but no more, didn't think it was worth the money. Very disappointed ☹️

I reported a pair of shoes I purchsed from M&S that left me chemical bunrs on my feet. I submitted all the photos as advised my a member of the M&S team in Queens Gate store. M&S replied and told me they would get back to me in 6 weeks. There has been a similar case on the M&S website under the reviews section of the product. This produt should be recalled! This is a health and safety risk. Really poor excuse M&S and your service is not good at all.

I purchased one of your ready meals last week a chilli con carne had it Friday at 6. Enjoyed it had it before. But was very restless and at 3am rushed to the toilet and was wrenching up chilli con carne lasted 25 minutes. I was left with pain in my chest and half hour later was sick. Hour later was sicking up brown fluid. Never felt like this before and I love M&S food. I'm sorry to tell you all this but felt you should know.

Hello on 22nd May 2023, I went into my local M&S to buy some bits and bobs for dinner. I thought I would treat my family to the new yogurt and feta cheese dip that I believe is new out. When we started to each this there was a strange feeling in my husbands mouth and it ended up being a blue elastic band that he was chewing on. Not wanting to eat anymore we threw it out. I have take photo of proof , would not want this to happen to anyone else.

Sunday 22/5 Victoria Station. Travelling to visit a friend I wanted to get some fresh flowers for her birthday. The M&S has always had a good selection. Today the selection was poor but worse none of the flowers look bright and/or fresh. Some were on offer but were literally drooping and on their last stems (legs). I had no choice but to buy a bunch that had a sell by date of the 25th and boasted a 5 day guarantee. This bunch was the most gift worthy of all on display but I had to throw 2 roses away with their heads hung sadly in shame. The rest of the bunch mixed lilies and roses were not very bright and apart from the closed lilies the roses might last for two days if my friend is lucky. I asked one of the staff if they could apply discount because of the poor quality but it seems they can't. If M&S can't ensure fresh flowers to their stores they should at least give the staff permission to apply a discount when the flowers are obviously past their best. Very dissapointing

PLEASE could you start the scheme to collect parcels from the home? I am 76 and can't travel about as I have diabetese and lost the feeling in my feet.I have a parcel of 2 cardigans to send back I just received. Collect have
places where you can leave your parcel but they are a distance from my home and I am now left with a parcel I don't know what to do with. Most of the items I buy elsewhere do collect from home so it means I will not buy from M&S incase of returning.

I was very disapointed with your service.

I ordered on line flowers vase and champagne for my sisters 60th birthday.
On the day I received a email saying the vase was out of stock.
Which I wanted it to go with the flowers, it was to late to order another vase.
I could have been told before the day.Order 202-2381686-2633118þ

I would like to highly compliment your staff member Carmel in the Athlone branch for the wonderful service she gave yesterday. I went in to inquire about a bra fitting and she offered it there and then. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, courteous and respectful. It can be a bit daunting having to strip down for a fitting, but she made it such an easy experience. I ended up buying two recommended bras. Please thank her for me, it's so nice to receive such great service
