The math from their discounts is WAY off lately, they charge WAY more than they should be, especially for us big breasted ladies. I'm gonna have to find a different store to buy my bras because they keep ripping me off. No bra should cost$50 or more. Eff off Lane Bryant, you've lost my business

Lane Bryant's return policy sucks. You go to the web page they say to go to and you enter the order number and then it wants e-mail but you can't enter your email it sends you to Navar and that gets you nowhere. I will never buy from them again and now I am stuck with merchandise I can't exchange or return unless I drive over 2 hours and a 100 miles. Won't recommend anyone buying from them again.

I purchased a bra (two bra's) for my mother in June 2023, my mom who is in her 80's have worn the bra a couple of time. I went over to see her and the stitching on the bra where the strap comes in had broken away. I took the bra back and they told me there was nothing that they could do. The bra was not even 3 months old, both my mom & I have older bra's then that. Very disappointed with the quality and the lack of help. You would think a 3 month old bra last a longer.

I'm 52 and 250 lb and I can never find a t-shirt that's long enough that goes past my pants zipper where women who have babies and etcetera want to hide... And we like to dress like everybody else but it seems like you guys having us look like big bird or an orange popsicle and purple Barney. We like black shirts with crosses on them and regular black sweatshirts not all these fluorescent crap. And you need to make dresses for short people. Okay those are my two pennies.

I believe the customer service as it relates to the managers and sub managers has a lot to be desired. I made a purchase of 29 panties and the lady at the counter claimed she counted 31. Being a long time customer I never doubted I might have missed counted and took my package home. I got home a checked only to find 29 as I originally told them. I was told to come back to the store and they would take care of it. They tell me I cannot be given back money for an item I did not return and I should take two free panties for the two they charged me for originally. Now I think that is not right being forced to pay instead of reducing my bill to match my purchase. The management is poor and I am sure better could have been done. I have been shopping at the stores around LA for over twenty years. I was dismissed and told I could go pick out two free panties as if I came and am looking free panties by lying. I get free panties from Victoria secret so I really don't need free ones. I am not happy cause I did not need more panties just what I said I was paying for. The ratings at this time is a zero for me as customer service is poor and the way they make me feel as if I am lying or a thief. The manager Jennifer at the Valley mall in Palmdale needs to work somewhere else where she does not have to deal with people cause she doesn't know how.

They gave me a gift card due to an product issue. Then I used the gift card online & they sent the wrong ite. To resolve this they wanted to pay for the correct item & they would give Mr the credit on a gift card. Customer service just reads script & is in no help.

I received a Christmas gift from my daughter-in-law and it was too tight. I did not have a receipt but returned it to the store in Sicklerville, NJ. Everything was in tact on the shirt not one tag was taken off. The saleswomen would not give me an even exchange without a receipt. She made me feel like I stole the top. She questioned when she bought it and how much she paid for it. She made me call her up at work to get the information. I felt so uncomfortable in that store. When my daughter-in-law bought the top it was on sale but until I came up with the receipt for it she would not even give me an even exchange. The top was on sale again cheaper. She wanted me to pay her the amount the shirt was and then repurchase it for the older price. I went home returned the next day with my receipt and at that point she exchanged the shirt. I was totally humiliated, will never walk into a lane Bryant store. Everyone in that store was ignorant even the manager who went along with the sales person. Neither one has any respect for the customer.

Worst service I've ever encountered. Place sell $200 order, they only sent half the order but took the full $200, I could never see the order on the website it kept logging me out. Call to speak to a manager, was told they will call me back and never did, call the next day and one wasn't available. No one could refund me or cancel the order though it had not been shipped. Worst service ever, I have canceled my credit card and will never use them again.

Poor service from Lane Bryant.
The 'international department' never responded to an email regarding a previous order.
Then, when I made a new order, I bought several items that were discounted, but when I got the confirmation of my order, the discounts had disappeared, and I was charged the full price. I also put in a code number for a coupon that Lane Bryant had sent with the previous order, but when I was charged, the discount did not appear.

When I tried to contact them about these two issues regarding what the company was charging me versus what they 'said' they would charge me, I again did not receive a response.

When I tried to call the phone number listed for international orders, it turned out to be a bogus phone number.

I called the 'within the US' phone number and spoke to someone who then cut off the call without doing anything.

When I called again, I finally got someone who tried to help me, but she is not authorized to deal with international orders.
I am still waiting for the 'international department' to contact me, and to solve this problem.
This order is turning into a nightmare.

I went to your store in Paramus, New Jersey to buy a few things, there were two assistants there, one large lady, one slim, the slim lady was fantastic, patient, courteous and very helpful, the larger lady was extremely rude, with such a bad attitude that it really surprised me that you employed her, she had no idea how to talk to the customers, and I said so to her, just want you to know that I won't be going into this store again while she is still working there

Was there today with daughter. They helped her 100 percent. They didn't even asked me if I needed help. I ended up leaving without purchasing the 3 items I needed. Daughter asked if I was ready. I said yes since I can't seem to get any help. Then they was willing to help. No I am ready to go.

I love shopping online with you but recently I am struggling with your app/website. I used to be able to filter by size which helps shorten the list of tops that are 22/24. Otherwise you have to page through every top available. Filters used to be better. ALSO I am unable to see ALL the color options. I liked a top in purple, I click on blue but I still see only purple. I will not buy a top if I have not seen the color swatch. It has never been so difficult to shop your site so I have been spending my money elsewhere. FIX YOUR APP PLEASE

Just looking for more information. I had 2 interviews for an assistant manager position in Mission Texas and was never contacted about the outcome. Was just wondering if it was a yes or no. Because in the past after two interviews you were as good as hired. I was told by DM that the GM of the store would contact me same day. It has been at least two weeks now.

I tried to exchange panties my sister bought for me.There is a flaw with 3 of them, they are an inch to 2 inches bigger than the size printed on them. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt but all the original tags are on them. At the Lane Bryant store in North Haven, CT I was told that because of Covid they are not accepting returns or exchanges without a receipt. I wanted to exchange the flawed panties for the correct size.

Tried to call to activate my card. Had to answer so many questions before they would activate it. A bank card doesn't even have to be put on hold to talk with a real person to activate! Then when I had a question to see if I needed to set up a pin # they hung up on me!!

I went today to buy my wife some items. I have [had ] a card to "preferred". When it came down to me using my card, I did AND IT DID NOT GOTHROUGH.....SO I REAPPLIED, because I thought it may have deactivated because it was about a year ago that I had used it. Guess WHAT, WHEN I REAPPLIED I GOT THE SAME MESSAGE...TRANSACTION NOT WENT THROUGH.....SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE people, they couldn't figure out if I had a credit card or a lane bryant prefferred card.........I do not know what is wrong with the world to day. My money was fine to take possession of a year ago and now it is not??????
I am never, ever going back there.....the two ladies looked at me like I was beneath them.......

Beware this credit card scam. You will be charged exorbitant fees that you will NEVER catch up with. If you charge an item you will be charged up to 80% in Constant late fees.

Lane Bryant's Fort Worth Alliance is terrible!! Every single time I go the employees are unhappy and unhelpful and hate their job. Today one said "I don't get enough to do this job" she was not friendly nor did she care about the customers. Its been this way since I started coming a year ago. Hire happy friendly people..not the Jenks you ha e there now. I needed a dressing room and they let me stand there so I finally just went in an open door. She did come by and say"doin ok Laura?" I was like oh yea that's me...yes!

I went to your house Idaho store October 29th and I go there a couple times a year because your pants are long! But the lady this time was very rude and tried to convince me you never carry long pants.i can get them ordered and delivered to my house and you also may have in store, which you should!! I'm not sure I want to come back she was rude and was not helpful!!

I tried returning two bras today, one was an exchange the other a refund. I did have a receipt (2weeks outside date of purchase) I also had tags for the refundable one. I was denied any type of refund or exchange. Please pay attention to return policies because you will not receive any type of courtesy.

To laynebryant complaint dept.
I have a complaint about a charge of $28.00 after paying a payment 3 days after. Your company is insensitive of whats going on with the pandemic for reasons of late payment with me. I have been a customer with LayneBryant since 2017. I have always paid my payments on time. I would like the the late payment to be taken off my bill. And think about why would a customer be late unless there is a reason why they are. I am quite sure other customers would agree.

I've been a lane bryant customer for as long as I can remember but not anymore. Other than them dropping their best made bras for cheaper made... Their customer service or lack thereof of horrendous. Literally placed an order and realized I ordered the wrong size. I tried updating the size and was told because the order has already been placed I couldn't make any changes since they're so on top of getting orders out. Funny thing is I also received a notice stating because of high order volumes my order will be delayed about 5 days before a tracking number will even be generated. So, not that they couldn't they just didn't want to. I was advised to wait for it to be delivered which like like is going to be delayed quite sometime then contact them for a return. Such bs. They're obviously not there to help their customers only themselves. Time to take my business to a company who appreciates their customers.

I'm very excited to shop at Lane Bryant Lin Oakleaf Jacksonville Florida. Soya and Sara make shopping fun. I work very hard for my money. I'm on a budget after spending over the past few months. My rewards paid off. I was going to leave without getting my full rewards. Sonya would not let me leave without getting my rewards. Thank you for having a wonderful employee.

Visited Lane Bryant in McKinney Texas last month. I was looking for new bras, I had a wonderful sales person, Can't remember her name. She help with fitting my bra as well as show me the proper way to wear it so my back fat was minimized. Lover her one on one service.

Ashley at the Bakersfield store is the sweetest worker. Always calls you by your name and checks on you so many times in the dressing room. Just love seeing her smiling face when I walk in the door.

On 12/7/20 my daughter and I went to the Queens Lane Bryant to return some items. We were browsing around the store. Just wanted to let you all know that Ms. Laura greeted us with a warm & friendly smile. She was extremely helpful and very polite. Among checkout she still was willing to assist us with ordering items and help us with rewards. Their Lane Bryant has very fashionable plus sizes clothing which I haven't seen in other NY Lane Bryant stores. I truly appreciated the extraordinary customer service we have received from Ms. Laura.

I am hoping that she would get the employee recognition she so deserve. In this day and age customer service has diminished.

I was very pleased by the service given me by Ianna, one of your on-phone service assistance operators. She was very patient with my frustration, and helped me to purchase items that my wife required by leading me through the purchase so we could complete it as a phone order rather than an on-line purchase, which I wanted to avoid, because my personal Email address was required to make the Pay Pal payment. I wanted to avoid unwanted advertising into my email.

Her instructions were very clear, and we were able to conclude the purchase and mailing requirements.

I wanted to give feedback for the employee Emily T that works at the Partridge Creek location in Michigan. She waa EXTREMELY considerate, polite, and helpful. I was not a big LB shopper but she made me comfortable and excited about shopping there. She assisted me in finding great deals and I really appreciate the experience. I was in the Lane Bryant located in Blackwood, NJ over the weekend and they single handily had the best customer service I have received in a long time! The ladies who worked there were kind, patient and went out of their way to do anything you could imagine to make your shopping experience worth while. Hats off to you ladies!

I had the pleasure of shopping at the Roseville Store in the Fountains Mall. (California)
I was so impressed with the employees! They greeted me, and helped me find an appropriate outfit for a cruise. They were friendly and helpful! Lane Bryant should be proud to have such dedicated and awesome employees! :)
