I've had several Jabra earbud products over the last 8 years. Ranging from the single earbud through the 65, 75 and 85T's. Recently my 85Ts charging case stopped working. That's when I found out that if your not under the warranty period they can't help you. They couldn't offer me to repair or replacement my defective case. They would however sell me some new earbuds. It took me at least 6 weeks of emailing back and forth like kids until I finally called them. For the price you pay for these products and you only get service if your in the warrant period. I've kicked them to the curve. No more for me

Avoid this company. They want to sell you an item and will lie about what the hearing aid can do. When I went online and saw the truth I tried to stop the shipment. FedEx stated they did not receive the item. I put in a stop payment with my credit card. If you try to call Support there is never any answer. They cnnot be reached. You are at their mercy if they ever return your call. Lively was bad enough but Jabra is even worse. Do not believe what support tells you. Beware. I would never use them again.

Such slow and poor warranty service. Customer service staff either incompetent or impatient. Still no replacement item after 3 months! Save yourself from the headache of buying products from them as they are not as sturdy, and you get poor support for issues.

I purchased the company lively plus version of hearing aids on Sep 18 2022 for $1,795.00 per their website they offer a 100 day money back guarantee. https://www.jabraenhance.com/product/enhanceselect100 By my calculations that means I have had them for 51 days. During that 51 days the company I purchased from (lively hearing corporation) was purchased by Jabra GN. The surviving entity is still selling the product with the same warranty and guarantee. The product is supposed to pair the hearing aids with my iphone . Which as they checked and assured was a supported iphone version. But it does not pair all the time. Most of the time it does not pair. I emailed and called support many times and finally got an email response informing that the company not process any refunds for the product. No other reason were supplied. They did send me links to jabra enhance support sites which i tried and after many attempts, failed to resolve the problem.

Pathetic service lots of mail i was sent bt i dont know wht will in jabra head bec i was ask many tues in mail give me service centre addres bt he is send me old service center and i also call his no bt no response and auto cut the call very very very bad exp.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in years. They default to relying on "as stated on our website" and "our policy is". The front line customer service has no ability to think outside the box or come up with creative solutions whatsoever. When requested to speak with a supervisor, that was also not an option. "The support ticket will be escalated and they will get back to you when they are available." Jabra has lost me as a customer and advocate of their products!!! Hello Poly, I'd like to place an order.

Jabra is the worst company ever. Their customer services is ridiculously bad. There are things written in the manuals that are totally wrong. Options are mentioned such as the jabra connect app, which does not appear to exist in the app store. Jabra reacts very arrogantly and inappropriately. It is a more than unprofessional and worthless organization. Try to avoid them!!

Hi Please avoid all jabra products . They have the worse customer service . Bad behavior of customer executive .
I have bought this product in 2020 my product is till in warranty but they have replaced it a sub standard product of Jabra elite 2
They do not have proper explanation for the same.

They have given the after sales service to some separate company called procoonect and the proconnect people are next to God . You will find them after long prayer and patince and of you are lucky u will able to connect them

They hardly reply on mail and at the same time if p your phone is picked by the grace of the god by any executive they will reply to u in such a bad manner that you will not dare to contact with the company again.

In short maintain distance with them warranty given by Jabra is a myth . True for them not for all

Although my wife's audio profile shows moderate hearing loss in only one ear the setup program for these showed the same settings for each ear. Meaning these are actually just overpriced toy earphones. When she lost one while hospitalized this company's only replacement remedy was to replace both for full price! This is a bad company and would advise avoiding any of their products as I will never use them again for anything.

Last 2.5 months. I regularly mail and call Jabra support but all are very irresponsible. I had 75t in warranty period but no one able to replace. I mailed the CEO of JABRA but no reply.

Bought Jabra 3 headset on Dec. 27th. From the get go the left ear bud stopped working after 20 minutes. Problem repeated for 20 days. Contacted Jabra as the store would not take them back due to "health reasons" (in ear bud). 5 days later, still no response, I followed up with Jabra. They asked all of the questions that were already asked in the original form I filled out on their site. Answered again. Received a reply asking the same questions again and telling me to charge the headset. Followed charging instructions. Still a dead left earbud. Answered questions again. Requested refund or replacement. Guess what... NO REPLY. Still waiting...

Bought a set of earbuds at the jabra company store and after 5 min the left ear died. Tried to return it and they wanted video of me syncing it and a copy of receipt. I sent wmail with order number and thats not good enough i would never by from these people again

JABRE 75T left earbud stopped working, reported it 05 June 2021, agreed 15 June 2021 for replacement providing I return current set and they will send delivery label. Still waiting for return label, chased 5 times and not one answer. Shocking customer service. Apple would have it sorted in days not months. They should send replacement product immediately. I have not had proper use of the product for over 1 month after taking delivery in February 2021

I have jabra elite 75t earbuds and the left earbud has just stopped working, I have went through all the trouble shooting pages etc to no avail. I contacted the customer service four days ago and still nothing ?

I brought Jabra elite 65t @ amozan in the month of 06-11-2020 I use only 2 weak and the device not connecting to my phone or no another phone I gave many times complaint there is no response form the customer care

Please avoid this company as much as you can! We got very bad experience over the phone when we called them! Women was shouting at me and did not want me to talk to explain the issue. She also refused to transfer the call to someone else who could me more polite to me and let me explain problem with Jabra talk 55.

Purchased a Jabra Pro920 Wireless headset for Panasonic KX-DT543 as per their recommendation for phone compatibility. Paid a considerable amount. Then found out later, it doesn't work too well as I also needed to purchase a different cable due to the jack type. They wanted to charge me shipping. Their website said no other cables required. Called support to arrange for free shipping as I would have purchased the other cable if I had known. They said no. Pretty darn rude as far as I'm concerned. So now I can repay the favour for your $6 shipping charge. Never again will I purchase any Jabra products or recommend any Jabra products. This has left a sour taste. I hope it was worth it for your $6 shipping charge!!

I should off look into this more but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Very disappointing, I normally don't do this in my case is not about the money is a necessity for school and work I have to. My 65t sound is ok life ok but after calling costumer service for the first time I will not recommend to anyone in my Battalion or even my Post. My issued was very simple they don't fit right the medium size cushion is to big and the small size is too small so They said there was nothing they can do for me, but them told me that the 75t fit better and wanted to sell me those. Really!

jabra is garbage plain and simple, support, hardware etc. i had my refund from my amex plat charge card after one year of ownership. jabra did nothing so i asked amex to refund me, they did, got all my money back on the jabra elite sport. battery was crap, charge case was crap, firmware would not work, they would not sync etc. avoid at all costs. i also posted a review on amazon about those too.

Jabra Elite 65t - WORTHLESS/defective and Jabra does not stand behind their product.
I received the Jabra Elite 65t as a Christmas gift (blind gift) and they lost connection when I went outside but, worked fine inside. So I called Jabra and they had no idea on how to solve the problem - so they sent me (supposedly)a new pair. Same problem when I went outside and they lost connection inside as well - so I have a worst pair than before.
I asked for a credit to buy something that works and they said send me a recipt? I told them I dont have a receipt and they said basically we wont give you a credit? What? you sent me a new pair without as recipt.

I think that they sent me a returned item and just repackaged one and sent it to me.

B/S company and company policies. I would never - NEVER buy anything related to Jabra

Jabra customer service is bad news. UPS lost the product in shipping and since the return label comes from UPS, Jabra reaps the reward from UPS. Meanwhile, I am out of a headset.

This is a note that hopefully gets to jabra, I recently got a jabra elite 85h and I thought it could be used for anything, that a headset could do but whenever you plug in the accessory cord that comes with the headset it turns off the headsets microphone, the headset and bluetooth. Jabra please fix this I wanted to be able to talk to people through computer/console with the microphone. Thank you for your time.

Bought a Jabra Vega but noise cancelation was becomming worse. Customer suport offered me 2 new Jabra products with the same worth as the Vega was no longer in production. Top quality service!

Called them today regarding an issue I had while testing a setup - they were knowledgeable and knew exactly what would work (and why it wasn't working for me while testing). I am happy to see this company has turned around their customer service from some previous posts.

My call was handled fast. Took two tranfers to get a supervisor but he fixed my problem in less than a minute. Would do bussines again.
