I ordered a pair of fleece joggers for my husband, online. I purchased multiple items and this one pair of pa at did not fit, I tried to return them in person today and was told that I couldn't without a receipt. I never got a receipt in my shipment nor could I find an email from Hollister. I was happy to simply exchange them for a different size but was again, told I couldn't !!! Completely ridiculous!!

Please be aware that the policy listed on your Holister receipt regarding exchanges or refunds is misleading and a fraudulent representation by Holister to make it as impossible as they can to prevent you from returning an item or even exchanging at item. What they do not tell you is that they will not do anything for you unless you have all the tags that were on the item. Your receipt will do nothing for you and this is contrary to what is stated by Holister on your receipt.

I visited a store in my local mall 2 days in a roll in Mesa, AZ (Superstition Springs). The first day was to do a return and the second which was yesterday was for the sale that was going on. I go into this store all the time and noticed a couple of the managers that are no longer there and now replaced. Both days I observed an employee who I believe was the manager (short, blondish/brown hair, very skinny) She seemed to be very delayed in her responses and moving very slow while checking me out. She wasn't very friendly, no smile and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Do you guys not drug test your employees? Because she seemed to be out of it while checking me out. I really like coming to the store but I don't feel you should have employees who are not fully trained working with the public who are not aware of what they are doing.

I've purchased several boys T-Shirts from Hollister (Tanger Mall Location 800 Steven B Tanger Blvd Ste 109, Commerce, GA 30529) 2 weeks ago - April 2023). When I opened one of the t-shirts, there was no stitching on one arm, other was fine. I went to Haywood Mall (Greenville, South carolina location of Hollister: 700 Haywood Rd Suite 400, Greenville, SC 29607) to exchange the t-Shirt and the store manager RUDELY denied that she can't take return or exchange because the t-shirt is not in its "original" form. I told her that this is a manufacturing defect and Hollister should exchange it, but she denied. I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY customer and may not buy anything from Hollister.

Terrible experience - I cannot use a 30€ prepaid gift car - the shop in my area in France is now closed since March1st 2023 and the company is refusing to refund. The gift card is useless on the eshop, as you can only use them in the shops. I am stunned this is the poorest customer experience I ever had ! #Hollister #worstCustomerExperience

I shopped at the Hollister store in Waco Tx and the service was good but the girl that checked us out did not look anywhere near professional. She had on a scanty sports bra and yoga pants. She did have a jacket on but open in the front. I would not want her to lose her job but professionall6dressed personnel is so much better for business.

Absolutely nothing good to say about Hollister. I have spend tons of money in their stores and the policy sucks. If anyone in corporate gave a care they would revised the policy to be fair. Money hungry glutton. They charge outrageous prices and when you go to exchange something they make you feel like you're the bad guy or you have done something wrong. They have the worst customer service in the industry. It starts in the stores and carries over to the customer service number.

Worst service,I got oversized pants but when I went to return it to the canada post they were charging me $22 for the shipment.Agent (holister) told me that they can't do anything about it.What's the point of buying it online then? Worst

Not enough time keeping items on sale and to pay these prices for older items is truly despicable. Had about six hundred dollars worth of items and then everything went up to about nine hundred, so needless to say, I'll be boycotting your brand at all my future performances as I'm a hip hop artist and have been touring the US...

Just had the WORST shopping experience EVER!!! A manager from the Fifth Avenue store we called promised we would get a discount due to a MAJOR MISTAKE the store made. But when we arrive at the store AFTER AN HOUR RIDE, the discount mysteriously vanished:) and the manager TARA kept on disrespecting us as customers. It's like the HUGEST PRANK and HARASSMENT a customer can ever experience.

The Hollister store at Valley View Mall is the worst. The managers suck, they do nothing. Everytime I go in the store, there is one girl that is doing everything, I think her name is Tawny, she has long black hair and very nice, but I can tell she is tired of the bull crap. The managers are very inexperienced and do not know anything about how to manage a store. I have seen people steal in the store and the managers do nothing about it. They are always sitting around on the phone talking and laughing. there are so many different people working but they never have anybody working to help, they have one person work by herself and then they have 3 managers sitting around doing nothing or they will have several other people sitting around talking to the managers. Everytime I go in and Tawny is working she helps me but the otehrs act like they are dumb or something. you need to hire someone mature to manage the store. The store is going downhill fast. I for one plan to quit shopping there and will advice my friends also. you have girls there who are racists against white people and I have heard it said. I spend a lot of money there but until you get rid of management and do something about customer service, I will keep complaining. I know some of the managers names are Kim, Cece, Derek and I don't know how many more you have but I know them from asking. I haven't had anyone else ever help me out in that store. I am a manager at another store and I can tell you I would love to have Tawny on my team. You are going to lose her.

Your company is running false advertising. You add states buy one get one for 50% off. It does not state that it has to be the exact same item. Who wants two of the same thing? If you try to get the same thing only different colors they don't have the same size. Totally disappointed. Quit advertising sales if you don't want to honor them. Going to take my business else where

DO NOT buy anything from Hollister as a Christmas gift. My mother bought a $50 hoodie and it was a size too small. He went in to exchange it for a larger size with the tags still attached and they would not exchange it. They offered my son a gift card for $11. I went back right away (10 min.) and said he just wanted to get the next size up and it was more than $11. I asked to just get it back and I would have my mom return it and get the next size up were she lived. They said that it didn't work that way. Fifteen min. and the price increase to $50. They tried to rip my 14 year old off. Awful customer service at the Huntsville location. He wore Hollister every day to school and asked everyone to get him something from there. I don't feel that anyone that treats a 14 year old that way should be supported by wearing their brand.

Some people , like the girl with the orange sweatshirt and long fingernails and long blonde hair, should not work retail. Rude, no personality and looks like crap. I get it, retail sucks, but I just spent 334 dollars on these clothes for my nephews and she just looked totally put out. I'm sorry, those nails she has have got to go. These children can afford the high price of hair and nails today but do not know how to communicate with anyone face to face. It's pathetic

Your company is not doing a great job. I ordered 3 pieces of clothing before Christmas and am still waiting to receive them. I asked for 2 day shipping and still waiting. Never received a tracking number. Come to find out your located in China, that tells me alot. I don't like dealing with any Chinese Company they are to secretive with any information. Plus you are a Communist Country and I will never order from Hollister again. Thanks for nothing.

Never buy an eCard from Hollister. What they don't tell you when you order one for a birthday gift is that is takes 24-48 hours to be sent to the recipient. Nowhere does it tell you this when you place the order. When you call customer service, they are hardly sympathetic that your gift will not arrive on time for your grandchild's birthday. When you try to complain online, you get a message that is takes 18 hours for them to answer an email. I should have seen their horrible customer service ratings before I bought the gift.

I went to the victorville store in California, when I approached a man named Javier to ask a question he was very rude.then when checking out and pair of Jean's turned ot to be 39 instead of the sale for 25 when they called the store manager Javier he was extremely rude say if there wasnt so many customers messing up the store and placing stuff in the wrong places then that wouldn't happen. When we showed him he just got raise his voice and stomered off.

I have recently purchased an online order which was incorrectly addressed by Hollister which resulted in it being taken back to a Royal Mail Depot 100s of miles away.
Royal Mail won't deliver to my real address because the staff at Hollister have put the wrong address on and need to contact Royal Mail.
On contacting Hollister they cant do anything because its out for delivery until Royal Mail send it back as not delivered. Royal Mail won't talk to me now because of Data Protection as i dont live at the address incorrectly labelled on the delivery!
Hollister customer service no use at all so i have items i have paid for that are at the Royal Mail sorting office in GL11 and no one will help. All because a warehouse operative cant read.
Staggering....

I contacted the CSR of Hollister to let them know that there are unauthorized charges made from my credit card from Hollister Ohio. I reported the incident to my local bank and found out that the charge was suspicious because they see also different currency used. My bank is dealing with the issue for me to get my money back and get issued with a new card. I live all the way in Canada, and never purchased anything from Hollister or left the country to use my card for outside transactions. After giving them the information they need to look up the fraud order, they gave me a response that is saying that I should contact my bank to solve the issue and the police if I want an in depth investigation. Nothing in the email is saying that they are going to locate and stop the transaction. I reported this incident to them to protect their customers and their company name, I guess they are ok with people writing negative things about them.

Hollister Co.has worst customer service. I downloaded store app to order online. My last order was cancelled. I inquired and response was "suspected of reselling merchandise" I emailed to complain and ZERO response. I called customer service x 2 and I have received same generic letter ftom Matthew, Aaron and Shawn (note they work in Rezource and Recovey) and HAVE NO LAST NAME. I have been getting the run around. They send an email accusing someone of something wrong then they need expect you to drop off the planet and let it go.

Went to your Ala Moana Hollister store on 3-20-15 at 5pm. It was super busy so we had to wait for a dressing room for quite sometime. Your sales associate, Sarah, was so genuinely sweet and made us feel welcomed that she made the wait enjoyable. I could tell the customers in the other dressing rooms also liked her. At first I thought they were her friends, then I realized she was helping them and they trusted her opinion because she had some of the outfits they were trying on and she shared the high points on why she liked it. One of the girls bought a shorts that Sarah had because she said that she wore them a lot.
