I had a very bad experience with your store in n Birmingham Al on Montclair rd 35206 I ordered some shoes and I was told that the order number was the tracking number I didn't receive it which was 12/15 on 12/19 I called back and the person who answered was being very sarcastic and rude

The most unprofessionalism I've ever witnessed. Customers asking for shoes while employee ignores the customer because she's standing at the register cussing on her cell phone . When I asked for 3 shoes was told I can't try on unless I'm buying something . Employees fighting amongst one another . Will never buy from Hibbetts.

I had a charge on my debit card today for $1187.12. I have never been to or ordered from this place. They said they cannot look it up and have no cameras to see when it was charged today. Now i get to wait 10 to 90 days for my bank to do their investigation because Hibbet is lazy and obviously doesn't check ID fornlarge purchases. Thanks Hibbett! I will never ever order or buy from you and posted it all over my social media as well.

Bad experience, went in looking for a particular shoe and asked if they had it and manager grape a phone looks at the wall of shoes and says... mean while another customer walks in and because the other emplyee doesn't know how to process returns he leaves us and proceeds to help the other customer ignoring us so we left. They really need to get it together with serving customers.

I'm pretty sure this is just a scam site for CC fraud. I had a fraud charge to this site, followed immediately by a large apple.com order. I think it's just a shell to get your CC info. You call to say, "hey, this is fraud" and they ask which CC you used. BEWARE!

My order shipped on 1/3 and it has moved 1 time since. Hibbett store won't help because I didn't order in the store and the online won't help either. I have filed 2 cases with the USPS with no luck either. You would think when someone drops $120 on 1 pair of shoes they would try to accommodate just a little. I will never order another item or buy another thing from Hibbett.

For 2 days I ordered from my local store online. All orders were ready until hibbett's computer decided I was RESELLING. I had 12 orders only got 4. Because they canceled all the rest. This was for my Christmas and was ready December 23rd but canceled on December 24th. Leaving me desperate for Christmas presents. I begged cried and pleaded for them to just look at my orders and see that there were no multiples and that there was no funny business or illegal things going on. Just a mom with 4 grown boys and daughter-in-law and girlfriends too fulfill last minute Christmas shopping. I put my trust in Hibbetts. And they truly failed me. I beg the manager to look at my orders and to double check what the computer had decided. He could not do that Said it would take 3 days to look into. Too late now and don't need it but still didn't hear anything from them after 3 days. I will never shop with hibbetts again and if you ever need to count on gifts or items you want or need this is definitely not the store you want to shop from. There is no compassion. there is nothing. Just a computer and you. You're lucky to get half of your orders. Just wanted to let shoppers know So that will never happen to you. No one deserves to feel that way especially at Christmas.

Told by their bot that I couldn't order because I was not a human (?) but some sort of automated scam. The "Chat" person told me I couldn't order because I used the Edge browser and I have to download their app. She was absolutely NO help in any way. Reading all the comments, I think I am much better off having nothing to do with this bunch.

I give your company negative 10 stars!!! You have the worst customer service that I have ever had. We placed an online order on 12/25/2021 and found out on 12/31/21 that it was cancelled due to lack of inventory. I never received any communication regarding the cancellation. Today is 1/6/22 and I am STILL trying to get our $100 refund from the gift card that was used for this purchase.
I am extremely disappointed with this company!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do we as customers have to chase down associates. Im they only one in there. Girl comes right over to me. I ask for help. And she hollers at the other associate. He never comes to assit me. Rather stand behind counter playing on his phone. No more hibbets for me..Finish Line is better.

Placed an order for curb side pick up, from a store that said it was available. Stores are closed and I can not reach anyone from customer service to figure out how I can receive my items. Tried chat online, no agents available. Did the text and received and couple text but then they went silent. No one is available to help me out but they still took my money! If all the stores are closed in Georgia, why is the website offering curb side pick up at certain locations? Basically I have an order in limbo, with no way to receive it and can not cancel online or anyone from customer service!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in your customer service agents inability to provide quality customer. I purchased the Adidas top at $26.97 and requested a price adjustment within 10 days to reflect the current sale price of $22.97. My request was denied without valid justification. I will return the entire order as I will not patronize a business that clearly doesn't value their consumers or uphold their own pricing policy. The agents are ruse and lack basic common sense.

Went to Hibbit Sports in Guymon, Ok had the worsts customer service in my life. There were three employees there. Two where busy and one by the nae of Dante was at the counter folding shirts. My husband went up there and sat the shoe he wanted there, before we knew that employee went off on my husband cursing at him. Calling him all kinds of names. My husband didn't know what was going on. He just looked at him confused. Then he takes off his shirt and comes around the counter wanting to fight we just looked at him. He then kept saying how he had been in prison and could take him down showing of his gangster tatoo. The other employees didnt know what to do but treated us with respect and got us taken care of and out of there fast. Thats scary to think how he kept giving us his address and saying to go over there. Makes us think he can get ours through the hibbit rewards.

Went to your local Hibbett in the Albany Ga Mall service sale person was very rude !!! First I ask could you keep the hanger on the items she said no that they have to keep them in store than she continued to shove my item into the bag ( the reason why I insist on them being kept on the hanger ) so I said I will put them in the bag.So after that she shoved my receipt un the bag,and then I said to her I put my credit card in your hand so put my receipt in mind the next time.So in front of more customers she said something under her breath and then I repeated it again the next time put in my hand and then she said you heard what I said !!! She is not the kind of sales person your brand needs to represent your store I will never go back to this location!!! Service was awful!!!

Got a hibbet coupon that says $25 off any $100 purchase, total item's I pulled came up to $100 before taxes, got to register coupon wouldn't take, then they tell excludes promotional products, we'll that's not what my coupon said, this is so misleading to get you to shop online or in store, say a lot of people waiting in long line's to be told same thing

I would like to start off saying that I've been shopping consistently online at hibbet sports since August. I've encountered not receiving a few items once, from one purchase which I received my money back.
I work with the FBI besides an organization that shelter children whose been human trafficked. My main reason for purchasing will be to give back to the population and the community for people in need!
I so happened to place an order for my brother for Christmas on Dec 17th, on Dec 22nd I called to check on my update status due to it being unavailable online. I spoke with a manager named Donnie.
My experience with this manager was the entire worse customer service I've ever had with hibbet. As a clinical therapist and advocate I was very concerned to speak with this man, as to the way he spoke to me was way out of character. Unexceptional behavior. He degraded my character as a person and basically called me s thief. He had to sympathy to the fact that I never got my order that was meant for Christmas and told me he wasn't given me back any credit.
When I asked what's the reason he stated to me that I've gotten a credit every month because I always called in stating I never received my packages.
I've asked this man to please go over history and refund because that was untrue and told him about the few items from one purchase that was sent to me and a return item that I got my money back for, he didn't want to do so and kept cutting off my request of proof. He stated I have all these purchases and enough is enough.
I was unsure on what my purchases had to do with what he was insenuating. I requested he checked the order and he stated he did already and I wasn't getting my money back. I requested another manager and he said no one was available. I requested to speak to someone over him and in a condescending manner he stated he was the person I'm speaking with!
This man stressed me out to the point that he was even in a power struggle with a customer.
As I hung up and called back to speak to someone in the cooperate office , I was told he should have never dealt with the situation in that manner and can't deny me a refund.
The last tracked my order and noticed my shoes never made it to the postal service, she then spoke to Donnie who then seemed calmer but was still hostile in his words by stating this is my last refund and the discount of the coupons he was given me he's no longer doing that!
Very nasty the way he spoke to me and with this bad experience. My husband whose an attorney should be reaching out I also have a recorded copy of his conversation that Donnie asked me to hear.
You're working with a narcissist and it's only a matter of time he shows it to his employees if not already doing so!

Hibbett Sports is awful when it comes to fraud protection and client support. Had my debit card stolen and had a fraudulent order placed. i caught the order within 15 minutes and contacted Hibbett. The rep was unable to locate order using card #, called corporate office 5 times and nobody responded. They supposedly opened a case for the fraud team, but again 4 days later and no contact. Now order shows as having a label for shipping and Hibbett gives lame excuse we can't cancel because it is out for shipping...

I did all the legwork contact UPS to try and stop fraudulent shipment, again called Hibbett 5 days later only to be told they don't have a contact # for fraud team.

I am surprised they are still in service with the lack of consumer protection.

Hibbets in St.Pete FL. I arrived 10 minutes before 9pm closing, just as an employee was locking the front door. I thought I had wasted a 30-minute drive to get there before closing. But, he opened the door for me and I told him I had a return. Even though I'm sure he wanted to go home, I was very happy that he didn't complain ... he handled the transaction with respect, which I appreciated very much. Thank you.

I've bee to the roswell n.m store and the main manager has been there to greet customers professionally the stores been kept up a very clean customers are taken care of in a professional and timely manner

I had a Awesome experience at Hibbett Sports STORE # 249 today in Jesup, GA The cashier Adrian was so polite he made sure I left the store with a pair of nice tennis in my price range

I was recently visiting the hibbet sports in Goldsboro, NC and the two gentlemen that work there I believe the names are Glen and Andrew were extremely helpful. I don't see Andrew (I think that's his name) but every time I'm in the store Glen has been extremely helpful and polite. Not to mention he's extremely hilarious and very kind. Always happy to shop in stores like that one.
