Health Net Customer Service

THE WORST!!! I am desperate. They told me that unfortunately no one can help, and there is no one I can speak with. WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE IS THIS?????

THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been trying to get a prescription reimbursement handled for six months!! I was just on the phone again for over two hours and again got hung up on after being transferred to multiple apart departments! I have tried dealing with supervisors that I thought knew what they're doing now I found out they don't even know what they're doing this has been a big merry go round for six freaking months! Now today March 1, 2022 I just left a voicemail with the corporate office in Woodland Hills for someone to call me back let's see how their customer service is. I will not give up on this if I have to come to that office in Woodland Hills I will . No member should have to go through this and I've read countless other reviews of the same experiences for others. their customer service has no training they don't even know what the policies are every time I call someone tells me a different story and the goose chase starts all over again now I'm finding out even with the supervisors.

HealthNet is the worst health insurance company that I have ever had to deal with. The worst customer service, the worst patient support.

I am really mad at health net right now I was promised a refund of 778 and never got it and it has been since sept I tried calling and I get hung up on and I have proof of getting this refund I really need that money now someone needs to do something or I will get a lawyer to sue and I don't want to do that someone needs to send me a check ASAP or I can come to the corporate office
