I have owned Harley's for some time . I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed . Items not stocked most always , have to order. Up to 5 weeks to get B.O. A simple Black flush mount gas cap? 2023 breakout. Can't find any. I have decided to no longer support the Harley name and products WHEN THE HAVE THE *~#* PARTS! The service schedule maintenance cost should not be charged, if mandatory ! Against the law! Harley has lost focus of the customer. I will keep the damn rattling gas cap That's the other thing get rid of those damn things piece of crap. In closing I would like you to know I will be purchasing another bike, not a Harley sad to say... that's my Rant take it any way you want. Loyalty and pride in riding and owning a Harley Davidson no longer top of my list.

I rate Harley-Davidson customer service at -5 ⭐️. My 08 Softail Deluxe was backed into at the end of April 2023, we are close to September 2023, and no fender (much less painted to match the numbered pair scheme. They are talking sometime in October of 2023 before it is ready for install. At which time they will have to ship it from Syracuse, NY to Alpharetta, Ga. The story only gets worse and space is limited for text. Long story short, my first and last Harley-Davidson ever!

I bought a brand new 2023 Harley Davidson Ultra Ltd in March 2023 with blacked out metal, mufflers, etc. (no chrome). In July I've noticed a fading spot inside one of the mufflers, where visually could be noticed.
I went to the dealership and after a couple of weeks I got a call informing that Harley Davidson denied the claim because it was cosmetic and not impacting the functionality of the bike.
The bike is under warranty and although it is cosmetic, i bought a blacked out bike and if the metal is showing, it is a quality issue and needs to be repaired.
I called Harley Davidson and they told me the same and said that that was nothing that they can do.
Unacceptable answer.
They were quick to take my cash, and quick to deny my claim.
Again, I bought a blacked out bike and there is a gray metal showing inside the muffler.

Bought a NEW Softail with a part missing. Called the dealer they sent me a USED part that was wrong. I called Corp and they had a 'who cares' attitude with nothing offered or apology. I had to buy the part myself and put it on.
Total BS.

I spent close to $50,000 for a new used trike it had 198 miles on it they offered me the free training course to get my license I explain to the salesman the sales manager the finance lady everybody that I could not ride a two wheeler that's why I bought a trike I told them that my neuropathy in my hands and feet was very very severe from my cancer and my diabetes I left the trike there for two weeks for my class I come to The class and after three hours of practice my hand came my neuropathy was so bad my hand gave out and I crashed this is after I told everybody I could not ride a two wheeler so I cannot get a license because I can't ride a two wheeler to get certified I called the dealership in Maryland dozens and dozens of times I got through to Tyler once and I explain to him that there are no miles on the trike it had a cracked windshield the trunk leaked and there was a chip on the fender he said well the trunks leak oh my gosh he said he would make an appointment Finally after dozens of calls to just phones that rang and no answers the manager finally called me back he also pretty much called me a liar he said a bike wouldn't leave there with a cracked windshield well it's got one the trunk wouldn't leak while it leaks and there's a chip on the side he said well it was used I said but that wasn't on there when I got the trach so I tried to explain to these people I cannot ride it I cannot keep it what should I do no callbacks anymore nobody wants to fix it they throw me to the woods so I guess now my only recourse is to go to Cleveland and see what I can do their

I am disgusted with tri-state Harley. I must have spent over $20,000 all three stages of my motorcycle plus many other items.
Ron was a nice guy but offer me no resolution to this Rockford Fosgate system that is in adequate.
Oh my God Josh does not shut up. He always knows best. He always has something to say and it's just annoying.
I bought my Harley in 2019. the handlebars (that company install was not a Harley dealership.
Just got attitude with me that he was charging me to fix my handlebars in the right position. He was already in the faring. He just change to teardrops mirrors. I put a Willie G, gas cap cover. I bought $200 worth of boots. I bought $50 worth of gloves plus other things. I spent on block for me nearly $4000 in two days
I'm done! That's just who they are. Be cautious. We don't deserve this.

I returned an item on may 12, 2023 and I still haven't received my refund and it June 8th. I have called at least 3 or 4 times and I keep being told to be patient and that they have escalated it. I want my money back Harley!!! I've been patient.

Ames Iowa Harley had my bike for five weeks and never touched it. Had to go get it and took it to indianola Harley and got it fixed in one week. Bought it at Ames 2022 freewheeled. Bad service. Never going back.

I just want to sound off that I and probably many other Harley riders never use the Boom Navigation, tried it for about 18months and then went back to a Garmin after numerous problems with the navigation freezing. Also never use the speakers in my 2019 Road Glide Ultra, have good speakers in my helmet. The other features of Boom, like TPMS, engine status, etc. are not available to riders so the whole system is essentially worthless. I use the music to play from a USB drive, that's it. It could be such a great asset but H-D completely missed the target.

My 2022 ultra got hit during bike week in Daytona. Just a front fender. Took it to Teddy Morris in Daytona on 3-10-23 now Harley Davidson is telling me I won't get just the front fender mine you and the paint scheme is still being made but I won't get it till May 3rd nearly 2 months for a fender. So sad. I am going to trade my bike for an Indian because service with Harley Davidson is horrible.

Everything with Yankee Service is a struggle, they don't pay attention to customers issues. I asked them not to change the oil, they did. Three clutch cables replaced, they chafed the frame paint and tore the ID label in the process. The Extended HD SVC plan is worthless. They damage more than they fix. I've purchased 4 Harleys from Yankee but never again. Their service dept is awful.

BEWARE ALL BUYERS & THOSE IN NEED OF SERVICE REPAIR(S)
I took my 2012 Street Glider to be repaired in March 2022 for the following:
Right Side Highway Peg, Right Side Rear Bag, Front Farrings, Bat Wing, Wind Screen, Deck & Front Speakers, Rear View Mirror and Left Turn Signal. These were all the visible needs of my bike; these parts did not come in until September 2022 (6 months later). They began taking my bike apart to replace these parts when it's discovered my bike is in need of an internal part... the Front Forks. Almost 1 year later and my bike is still pulled apart in pieces awaiting the front farrings. When I contacted Harley's Corporate Office I was advised they replaced my Front Forks with an After Market Brand without consulting me first. This will automatically devalue my bike. AGAIN I SAY BEWARE... I HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE, STORE MANAGER AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WITH NO AVAIL.... I DON'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY....1 YR LATER MY BIKE IS IN PIECES AND PARTS REPLACED WITH AFTER MARKET BRAND PARTS. I WISHED SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME... DON'T DO IT... BEWARE!!!!!!!

My Husband likes to go in Harley Davidson to look at the motorcycle and was talked into buying a motorcycle I told the salesman my Husband had a stroke a few months and he gets dizzy and and I pretty much drive him everywhere they got him to sign paperwork to buy a motorcycle how sad that a company would do such a thing to a man who has had a stroke buyer beware

Bought a new low rider s in Oct of 2021 ordered it with cruise control still waiting for parts was told should have them by end of February 2023. Having to wait 1.5 years for a part I already paid for. Have called customer service and emailed no satisfaction yet.

I will never order from HD again, ever. I placed an online order for a product that was in stock on 2 June. It is 23 June and the product hasn't left the warehouse. Every other product I ordered from Custom Dynamics, Ciro3d, RevZilla, and the Law Abiding Biker Store on 2 June arrived by 12 June. The HD customer service said it's the APO shipping that is the issue. Interesting that only HD has the issue.

I have e 2021 Harley triglide that has been to the dealership going on 4 times for the same problem the ABS,TBS, and Security lights come on all the time plus the brake lights come on when they feel like it.my dealership has been trying to solve the problem with no success.this motorcycle has me disgusted with Harley Davidson I very sorry that I purchased this motorcycle, the bike has spent to much time at the shop, with the riding season in CT being shorter than some states I wish I bought a more reliable motorcycle

There's a new cool clothing store in Vegas, close to the LINQ hotel, the attendant has to be the worst attendant I've ever dealt with. She was in the worst mood possible, barely answered my questions and gave me attitude while I was buying a couple of t-shirts and a jacket for my boyfriend. According to the ticket she gave me from the cashing machine her name is Jasmine. I think it's unbelievable that such a great brand as H-D would hire and keep a person with such slow response and bad mood. She is also in bad physical form and you can tell she doesn't even take care of herself, so obviously she doesn't know how to take care of others, which I would think should be a key quality she would need for her job.

My bike has been at the dealership since July 9 waiting for 1 part on back order .now they tell me October. 15 months and why do I have to initiate all contact has come from me ? You're incompetence is only exceeded by your failure to communicate

Took my wife's motorcycle to Buddy Stubbs Harley Davidson in Phoenix for motorcycle sputtering and not running properly. We were told that there was numerous problems with the bike the stater was
Is bad, needed to be changed the manifold gasket needed to be replaced and the fuel pump not working. We spent $2600 on the motorcycle and the issue stayed the same the bike sputter and stalls. The stater the fuel pumped and the manifold gasket were not the issue it was a tuning in the fuel mixture of the motorcycle due to replacement of the exhaust system and the intake filter and the bike was running lean. We were basically ripped off by this dealership will not recommend to anyone beware of your diagnostic because they're out to rip you off....

On June 22, 2023, I visited the Harley Davidson store at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The manager named Soly was very helpful by contacting the branch store at Caesar's Palace Hotel to obtain a particular shirt size he did not have in stock that I needed for my son. This is an example of great customer service. Please let him know his outstanding service was very much appreciated !!!

My name is Gary Armstrong and I visited the Maverick Harley Davidson in Carrollton, Texas. I had my bike serviced there. The staff there treated me like royalty. I have all of the greatest things to say about them and the utmost respect. They went above and beyond their job description. Especially Mr. Chadwick Hodges. He was so very helpful and really professional. I felt so great after leaving there. They did everything to accommodate me and to reassure me that the work that was done on my Harley was be 5 stars and it was.
I just want to give a shout out to all of the Maverick Harley Davidson employees that you rock and are excellent at everything each and every time that I visit.

Just visited the Black Sheep Harley dealership in Huntington, WV. Great floor display, service dept., and very helpful employees. Nicest, and biggest, store I have ever visited. If in the area be sure to stop by. Nice and very knowledgeable people. Greatly impressed.

Battle Born Harley Davidson- Carson City, NV
During a cross-country trip, I decided to skip riding through the San Francisco area and have my bike shipped from Eureka CA to Battle Born HD Carson City NV. Marco in service was fantastic. He treated me as a regular customer. No, he treated me like a friend. He eased my mind immediately by assuring me that he would look after my bike until I could get there almost two weeks later. He stayed late to receive the bike from the shipper and made sure my bike was taken care of. He arranged for an oil change and when I got there, the bike had a cover on it. It was in pristine shape.

This is tremendous customer service. What could have been a glitch in our trip turned into a wonderful experience. I love meeting good people from around the country. Thanks Marco, and Battle Born HD. It is a great comfort to be treated like family.

Taboo Harley Davidson- Alexandria, LA

During a cross-country trip, we had electrical problems in Natchez MS. We had to get the bike transported to Alexandria LA as that was the closest HD dealership. We rolled in as Taboo HD was opening. I explained my problem to Mr. Jay D. in service. Being on the road, not making our next destination would really mess with our plans.

Mr. Jay D. told us they would immediately look at the problem in hopes of getting us on our way. I also explained that my mirrors were stripped and not functional. My hand grips were also in need of replacement. I asked him if they could install those as well. He said they could. We visited Ms. Brew in parts and she took the time to show me different parts and how they would look on the bike. I bought new mirrors and hand grips and brought them back to Mr. Jay D. in service. Then my wife and I went to get something for breakfast. When we got back from breakfast the bike was sitting outside with the new mirrors and hand grips installed. They had found and fixed the problem AND installed the new parts.

Mr. Jay D. and Ms. Brew at Taboo were amazing. This exceeded any expectations I had. We were able to continue our trip without a blip. Thanks to the folks at Taboo HD for a great experience. This was above-and-beyond all my expectations. They really saved us.

Boughta2017 street glide off showroom floor radio makes a crackling sound.took it to tilleys harley Davidson on Friday tried to upgrade it but didn't work.so I went back Saturday and left the bike. They called me 3 hours later and said bike was ready come pick it up .get on the bike ready to go pull out of the parking lot it's doing the same thing so I turn back around and take it back.now I have take it back again for 3rd time Friday. Not very happy about it. That's why I boughta2017 a new bike so I would not have to put it in the shop every week.

This is my story of how customer service should be:I am a Proud Harley owner.... a new bike with 7 miles on the bike. I had a long distance delivery of the bike. As the bike rolled off the truck I noticed a note taped to the head light. " no keys" so called the dealer who advised me that it would be 10 to 15 days before we can get you some keys cut. After many days had passed I called customer service on Juneau ave. in Milwaukee Wi. Harley's HQ. spoke to Jamie. Things started looking better and better from that moment on. You talk about a man that fulfilled the definition of customer service. Jamie has been a HARLY employee for over 20 years. The long and short of my story the keys to my bike are no longer an issue.

I bought my 2015 Blue Street Glide from Republic Harley in Stafford Texas. My sales person was Don and he was very helpful in the purchase of my new bike. I traded in my old 1998 Honda Ace and they gave me next to nothing for it but I accepted that because I did not want to have the hassle of selling the bike on my own because I tried and had too many looky loos. They gave me a good knock down on the original price because I was looking at a 2013 for 17,000 from a private owner and I only had to pay another 3 grand for a new 2015.

My experience so far has been excellent. I have put almost 3000 miles on my bike in 2 months. I purchased the service plan from Republic for 2500.00 but that covers all service for the first 20,000 miles or 4 years...I think will complete 20,000 in under 4 years. This includes oil changes every 2500 miles. At the 20,000 mile point I will switch to synthetic oils and go to the 5000 mile system at that time. I will also get a set of brakes and tires in that deal.

You will have good and bad experiences over a lifetime and hope so far that my experience will still be the same for years to come. I will update you next year if I am still a happy Harley owner.

I am writeing you today ,to just give a word of thanks to the old school Harleys.Iam now in the process of ripping down my 1994 1200 Harley sportster XL.It has already survived 136,thousand and sum before its first tear down,What was done in the older days on these awsome bikes hopefully you will cary on on the near future with the same quality.I am taking the bike to Sturges for the first time this year 3100 hundred mile,s round trip.And as tuff as this old bike is Im sure it will make it .Before i ever trade this bike in i am going tto make sure it has a million miles on her,Shes old but i had a few friends with 2000 and newer bikes die before mine ? told them not to buy fuel injected and return to the old carb days.
