My husband and I went in on dec 24,2020 the store on 98 north and purchased three gift cards at this store we grabbed two google cards with where for our son and got home they were incorrect cards. So on dec. 26 my husband returned to your store with our receipt and was refused a refund or exchange told they paid for them we can't return them....... so what can be done.
Your store in South Chicago is the worst. I've never seen such poor service and management in all my many years of dealing with you. I was ready to deal for a cymbal and had a trade in. The salesman on hand called to the manager to unlock the cymbal vault to no avail. I waited a full 20 minutes but finally had to leave. It doesn't surprise me at all that your company is in bankruptcy. That's wear you belong!
