I'm here right now
I don't like the tone of my son's stylist.
She really was loud and I felt like I was being scolded by the stylist.

Really upset me. Felt it in my heart.
I'm not leaving a tip.

I love great clips

Not this stylist
Thank you

So angry. I took my grandson for a haircut and they cut it so short. I asked for an imch off and all he was left with was an inch. All of his beautiful curls are gone. Ridiculous

Have used Great Clips many times but this time the lady that cut my hair must have been deaf. I have long hair and told her to cut 2-3 inches off. Dead ends only. She cut at least 6 inches. From below waist long to just below bra strap. My hair is also very uneven in the back. My 8 year old grandson can cut a straighter line. I am in customer service and hear daily "You have such beautiful long hair". Now I am hearing "What happened to your beautiful long hair". This lady even said it must have taken a long time to get this (length). I replied years. So called stylist should smile, talk to people, listen to the customer and if confused should ask questions. This lady in the Liberty, MO off 291 Hwy should not be cutting any hair!

I went to the 0933 shop to get my hair cut, NEVER AGAIN will I go to Great Clips again. As I wrote to you a few years ago I went to the shop again to get my hair cut. I must be a fool to try it again and again I had this problem with a guy who cut my hair, I can only say he is an IDIOT, I showed him a picture of me when my hair was cut right and still he must have been blind. He left my top and sides about 6 inches long and cut the back to 1 inch long, now I can't even curl it. He was so stupid that a young lady across from had to show him how to cut my hair but by then it was to late. I had gone there before the pandemic and a very nice lady did my hair, it was like she read my mind, it was perfect, sad to say she was gone the next time I went there. I paid $16.14 for my so called cut and gave him a $5.00 tip in his hand only to home with a very wet blouse on my back. I will NEVER go there again. That was pretty much to pay for senior citizen.

Bloomington indiana- worst service. Went in for cut for a weekend next week. Representative pulled my cut history and immed started asking if I use a 4 or a 3. I don't cut hair. I don't own clippers. I have never been to cosmetology school. Told her I don't know her terminology OR tools but have a years worth of history in haircuts at this location. Then she showed me a plastic clipper guard and again said here's a 4. What is this supposed to demonstrate to me??????? She continued and became condescending. Worth my time to pay 4 x price and go back to an actual salon where there are no pop quizzes in hair tools or cuts WHEN YOU HAVE MY CUT HISTORY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU

Todays haircut at Great Clips noticed one stylus who was chewing gum & smacking their mouth so loud they we're certainly spraying their customers.

This is not allowed in food service, and certainly shouldn't be allowed with such close proximity in a establishment like great clips. Winston Salem
Oliver's Crossing.

I've been a customer for years. No longer. They ended the $2.00 military discount. It's a matter of principle.

Jerseyville IL store.
I went in early before my appointment and watched the gal that has a station on the left side of store. First one.
It was busy and she would finish with her customer and go the back room.
Everytime she would go to the back. She could of taken two people in the time she was stauling between ccustomers.I was talking to someone a week later that went into the salon and they said she did the same thing.

i went to the nampa idaho great clips and requested specific barber had been to her before 1 and 1//2 hours later i walked out without a hair cut because i didnt check in online i diminished my worth as a customer ,but thats ok wont bother your franchises anymore if checking in online is a requirement plenty of barbers dont require it . you lost a customer

I'm open to individual preferences but if the Northgate Mall store in Novato CA could minimize the
Volume of the music and its selection that would be great. I'm coming in for a haircut, not heading to a dance hall. The ethnic music is fine but perhaps not every single song. Let's diversify a bit to accommodate your customer base.

Don't go to the Great Clips in Royse City. They won't open on time and will be scrolling in their phone while there's a lobby full of people waiting. I waited 40 minutes for a hair trim. Ridiculous. I confront Meg, who was busy scrolling on her phone at her empty station. She told me everyone has problems. Ok, it you have a lobby full of customers and you're at work. I deal with my problems when I'm not at work.

I just had the worst experience. I was belittled and made to feel very small. All while i was telling my stylist how i wanted my hair. she didnt listen and was rude didnt have any suggestions just belittling comments and eye rolls. I walked out and will no long be using great clips as the place I or my family get hair cuts. I just wanted to end a hard week with some self love and care and I ended up leaving in tears.....

Hi I went into the Harker Heights TX Great Clips today on May 2 at 1:04 pm. And a styliest asked me what and how I wanted my hair done. I told her over my ears and a little from my bangs. And just a trim well she cut my hair in the back of my head to short. I didn't want it that short but than she started to cut and comb my hair. And than she said to me (DO I HAVE HAIR SPRAY IN MY HAIR I SAID YES AND I TOLD HER HER IT WAS STYLING SPRAY. THAN SHE SAID TO ME WELL THE NEXT TIME I COME IN I HAVE TO HAVE MY HAIR CLEAN. I GUESS THAT MEANT TO HAIR SPRAY IN MY HAIR. I was upset after she said that and I was not happy with my haircut. If she is a manager she shouldn't of said that to me. That was in called for. Now I'm not sure if I ever want to go back into that salon when she is there. I am great customer I come in that salon all the time.

I go to get a haircut and the woman cutting my hair talks about her relationship problems. Asking me for advice. This happens every time. I'm not the only one every customer that she cuts their hair the whole time that is all she talks about. She asks for advice . I'm not there to be a counselor. This woman really needs some help. I'm sorry to say that but it is true. What if she snaps one day . She could hurt someone with the clippers. You're going to lose business if you keep her. Please get this woman help.

Just came from Great Clips in Crowley..waited 1 hour ...Hair cut on my grandson was horrible !! Walked outside and noticed his bangs still way down at nose length ! Went back in to get it fixed...then she got the way too short ! Drove home ,noticed a few choppy shave spots .one on each side !!! He is traumatized!!! Now he will get laughed at at school ! Really no way to "fix" this except to shave it off !!! This is SAD !

Their call in system does not work, because the people employed there do not care. The one I went to today is a joke. The employees think it is all about them and have total disregard for the customers. They answer personal phone calls, while ignoring customers and dress like clowns. They think they are professionals but don't have a clue.

My reason for the negative rating is their online wait time is indeed very broken. One has to wait until clock comes down in order to get in on the wait time. Every time when a clock comes down to 90+ min range "Check In" becomes available but clicking to get in the queue ends over 100 mins and "list full" again. They won't allow to get in the queue over the phone call. Complete corporate BS on all fronts.

I'm very impatence person and refuse to go to the location just get in queue to wait 2 hours.

Great Clips seriously needs to address this broken system! Really!! It is not just Thanksgiving Holiday, have seen this happened multiple tmes at other times of the year.

I'm a Latino and this is the third time I've been there in just 3 weeks, these people are extremely racist, they don't speak to me even when I arrive, something that they asks everyone if they checked online, they ignore me for a long time they ask me. With me not a single word is spoken, they may think that I don't speak English, but they don't even try and they start talking with other clients or with employees, occupying only ten percent of their attention towards me, which is why they always make me feel bad. It is the last time that I am going to one of these places, but I want to let you know that this places is no for every one, especially if you do not look the way they want so that they respect you and treat you with dignity, which is all the opposite for me.

I was at great clips today, a lady dressed in black all sorts of tattoos and a horse ring in her nose scared my grandson. We register on line said 18 mins turned to 45 mins. So the lady dressed in black turned out to be pretty cool she did my grandsons hair but not so good. I told her how to cut it and it wasn't the way I told her. And there is another hairdresser in Georgetown ky that dresses like a street walker and the same has all these tattoos, no horse ring but that one has a real bad attitude. I was going to get my haircut today, but I am going to choose a place that there employees do t scare kids

Online check in is just awful and needs to go. I waited until the literal second it was available and somehow 5 people got in front of me. Somehow amazingly it was alphabetical order. Wow what a coincidence. So it says 20 minutes so we go. Get there and no one is waiting, but two people getting their haircut. Wait 15 minutes, but as the people are getting done, someone from online check in walks in and sits right down. Wow. Happens then another time. If you're sitting there, you should take precedent to any bull system they have in place.

Best thing is if you do online check in, they tell you to head there, but then someone walks in and you're waiting.

The next thing they'll do is an addt charge to cut the line. Its a scummy system and i feel terrible for any senior or any person who dosen't use online check in

On line check a joke. Showed up 2 minutes before the time to be told that they had just started two people, and there were two people ahead of me. Third person I was told was on break, and did not show up for almost 30 minutes. Woman came in with her 5 year old son to get his cut corrected as the hair around the forehead had not been cut. Reaction...oh ya... check in on line and come back in an hour...and then I am sure wait for probably 30 minutes or more. After 30 minutes when they had not even started the two in front of me I left and will never be back

I wanted to let you know of an employee named Mallory at the Great Clips located at 205 Leonardwood Dr.Frankfort, KY 40601. I took my mother who has Alzheimer's there this past Saturday to get her hair cut and Mallory was the young lady that ended up waiting on us and cut my Mom's hair. After she was finished I took Mallory to the side and explained to her my mom's condition to apologize for the repeating of questions or statements or anything that she said that was unfiltered and she was so gracious and sweet and even thanked me for allowing her to cut my mom's hair. It brought tears to my eyes. No one has ever done that and I was so impressed that I just had to give a shout out to your company regarding Mallory. What a great young lady to have to represent your company. That day was a very trying day for me as a caregiver and Mallory helped make it a little better. Thank You!

The first time I went to get my hair cut at Great Clips, Gardner, KS was in October 2016. The manager (I forgot her name) she did a great job and was very personable. Yesterday, January 11, 2017, Naheny cut my hair and did a very good job too. It was fast, in and out both times. Both women had a good "can do" attitude that knows how to work with customers. They both were polite, courteous and efficient. They both were dressed to be in a customer service job. Both wore their hair attractive for a business career.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Great Clips on Boulder Hwy. Rhonda is extremely professional, courteous, and does an excellent job cutting my hair just the way I like it. I look forward to seeing her every 3-4 weeks. Mary Lou

Marilyn from Huebner commons, San Antonio Texas was a really nice person. I had a very nice hair cut. She should be appreciated for this kind of great service. I really like the way of approach and the way she did the hair cut 10/10.

I went in to a Great Clips in Knoxville Tennessee, University Commons to be exact. There was a young lady names Kimberly who cut my hair. This was the best experience I have ever had. Kimberly was very professional and friendly. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she listed to what I had to say. This is by far the best haircut I have ever had.During our consultation she never interrupted me and when I was done talking repeated every word back to me before citing my hair. I have never felt more comfortable getting my hair cut. I will definitely be returning here and I hope that Kimberly is working the day that I do.....i love my hair. Kimberly thanks so much for taking your time and listening to me and for the awesome haircut that you gave to me....your friendliness and uplifting attitude is going to take you far!

I'm a licensed barber in the state of Connecticut I was hired by Great Clips in Newtown Ct as far as I knew everything was working out fine. I was told to make myself comfortable because I was going to be there for awhile.the very next day I was called and terminated because I wasn't a fit for Great Clips. Well in Connecticut by law if you terminate an employee you are required to give them their final paycheck no later than the next business day after termination. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my money would be direct deposited but we are now a week and a day later and no pay. DO NOT GO TO WORK for Great Clips. Oh yeah another thing is the uneducated u precessional so called manager told me that I needed to slow down my cuts. I was also told that my black work pants were unacceptable while she stood there in crazy printed yoga pants with open toed sandals on. Talk about not being professional. I feel sorry for the owner of this particular store for leaving his business in her hands. I will make it clear to every person I know and that's a lot of people to NEVER go to Great Clips!!!

I went for a job interview on July 11th for the Great Clips in Murrieta California on murrietta Hot Springs Road. My appointment was at 1:30 and i got there at 115 and let them know I was here for my 1:30 interview they told me the manager was next door having lunch and should be back shortly. I looked out the window at the patio next door there was a restaurant and the salon manager and the regional manager said they're having lunch the stylist called her and let her know that I was waiting for the interview I SAT there for an additional 55 minutes while they had lunch knowing I was sitting in the lobby. I went back from my interview didn't even take 5 minutes, we were interrupted 3 times in that five minutes and she said they would be contacting me. I was so upset at the time I got home I had made up my mind I wasn't going to accept the job. I had worked at a great clips in earlier years and managed it that wasn't under the same regionals jurisdiction. I don't know if this regional manager, the way she looked she looked tired and she looked worn out. Like she just didn't even enjoy her job any more. I wish I would have known this and they did not waste my valuable time. I will not recommend any of this owners or regional great clips to anyone I will actually tell them to run!

I worked in the beltline Calgary this is the dirtiest shop I've ever worked at never does anyone clean there unless they are told head office people are coming that day! I tried to get them to have a staff meeting because when they want to TALK to you they leave notes in the back room I've taken pictures of the notes they say its not needs trust me staff meetings are necessary for the good of all the products on shelvesvare outdated to the point they have expired the only time that put necessary products up for sale is AGAIN when the head office comes there one day a year they pride themselves on doing their own thing and actually verbalizing it out loud to other staff members how they don't follow great clip rules

I worked for great clips in beloit wisconsin. No licensed manager for over a year .and acting manager was not even worried about it. She said owner doesn't care wow. I wonder if all stylists are licensed.I quit because I was not going to risk my license. The way two of the girls cut they probably dont have a license..

I use to work for great clips in n.c. and was an assist manager. I love the job and the customers and it is really disturbing to hear from other stylist that are working for great clips now can barley tolerate the job.when you have a good working environment then the stylist are happy and the customers are happy and return for another hair cut. Recently I visited a great clips in n.c. had my hair cut the girl did a very good cut on my hair but while she was cutting my hair I watched the stylist across the room in the mirror, I would like to know when great clips started training you comb the hair one time cut around the neck line never touching the comb again till he takes one section and I mean a small section on the very top of the lady's head cuts it then goes to each side in front clips it around the face and doesn't even touch the crown the interior of the lady's hair leaves a curl on one of her sides in the back doesn't bother to cut tells her she's done let me tell you this guy needs to go back to school and learn to cut hair he didn't even check his cut. You know when you walk into a place of business you can tell when people like their jobs , you know the owner, askme one time why there was such a high turn over in stylist sometimes its the management, you can care about your stylist and still have a great business . When will you as a company realize that when actually care about your employees and quit treating them like they are nothing that the stylist will stay because she loves her job and do the best job for you, most people go above and beyond when they are happy at their job and from what I've heard from stylist and managers now things will be good then the GM's come in start micromanaging and the termal begins , and also when people see the same stylist day after day they are more confident in the store ,do you not realize people look at that and say oh you lost another one what's going on you can't keep stylist and you look at the customer and try to come up with some lame excuse. Just to let you know I left the company in good standing and was told I could have a job if I wanted it back at any time. This is a real concern because you do have some good stylist ,but your not going to keep them long and your not going to see a big return in customers when the managers and stylist are not treated right.
