This is for the Giant in Huntingdon, P.A. On February 29, at 6:45 p.m. I went back to the deli to order some lunch meat that is kept in the glass case. I was told that the slices are shut down at 7:00p.m. There were 2 other customers besides me at the deli to put an order in besides myself, and was told the same thing and denied help. The slicers are shut down at 7:00. I don't think that 6:45 means that your denied services at the deli counter.Our orders would have been taken care of by 7:00. That was very rude to be told that, and denied services. There were 2 women there at the time, and could have helped the customers out very efficiently .

The store at 40th St in Baltimore has always gone up and been great, then gone down again. It is down again. The biggest problem is check out. The machines limit the purchases, presumably, to 20. They are slow and inefficient. The long time cashiers seem to be replaced with young people, some good. The lanes are often limited to just a few that are manned. The check out process is slow and inefficient for these reasons: The Walmart style checkout failed, but the counters are still too short to compile groceries. Customers time is taken up with all the computer needs, so we cannot bag quickly. There are no baggers. The result of the three issues are slow lines in manned lanes, and long lines in automatic checkout, with multiple computer glitches. Prices are so high now that one might as well just get the service and pay a little more for a much better experience and quality of product at Eddie's. I have often wondered if management ever shopped at their own stores, using their own armchair innovation. I think they would find it as ineffective as people like me do. The Giant gets the customer information they want, but the customer wastes an inordinate amount of time being a so-called customer.

After the pandemic going to Walmart is a nightmare. People bringing their non-service animals in the store is unsanitary. I've seen dogs, cats, a snake, mostly dogs, in carts, on leashes, no leases. I am not an animal hater but NO animals except service animals should be allowed in the stores. Managers should be able to tell owners to leave the store and take their pets with them. I have complained to the managers of different stores, (Walmart and Giant Foods) that these people should not be allowed to bring their pets when shopping. I was told that higher ups would not allow them (managers at both stores) to ask these people not to bring their pets in the store for fear of offending them. What about offending people who have allergies, allergic reactions to animal hair, no matter clean they think their pets are, they are still animals. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY

I like to inform that ur Chinese uncle cleaner was very rude while I was choosing some fruits he purposely insist on cleaning the floor where I'm standing? Almost hit my feet with the big cleaning machine! He even scream & almost pointed his fingers near my eye! This is unacceptable hope management can replace him or else affect everyone's buying experience at there. This is not the first time I've seen at this place....it ever happens to few customers here too. This uncle has gone too far with his behavior!

My son has a disability and the sercurity guard physically harrassed my child in Giant for using scooter
He kept telling my child that he was lying about his disability and put his body on the scooter causing the scooter with my child in it to crash

I will call the police tomorrow and file charges

Check your receipts when you shop there! Prices of products may differ.. it has happened more than once to me. When I ask about it, the staff says offer is not valid anymore. I've pointed out the difference in price several times. For the fresh produce, they display 2 different prices, which confuses the customer. When asked why more expensive than what I saw, they say the price is different on the chalk board, but the price shown above, where the fruit is sold, is lower.
Instead of refunding the difference, they ignore the customer. Very poor service. If there were other supermarkets closer to me, I choose not to shop in Giant!

The giant supermarket in Wynnewood pa is horrible The shelves r bare most of the time certain things r consistently out of stock but the worst part is how the customer r treated. Customer service is horrible employee's with these behaviors should be ashamed of themselves

I don't think Andrew from woodlands mart giant deserves the store manager title. Saw him mistreating his staffs and workers while i was doing my grocery shopping. Which is very negative from a customer's perspective. I hope something can be done in review of his attitude towards staff.

Losing money .. Lancaster ave reading pa .walking out .. in a year I think I spend at least ten Thousand or more. For me that's the most important thing the money ..worker act like they don't see u ... and I was Customer service line 15 minutes no one's there everybody's looking at me. They seen me but nothing so left with my money ... never to return.. .. .more to it but no time

Place an order for fried chicken in the Danville Giant store on Thursday March 24 2022 in the late afternoon, the order was to be ready for 4:00 on Friday the 25 of March went to pick it up and NO CHICKEN, was ready my guessed we waiting .Very upsetting, some guests have other obligations so the didn't get to eat very very disappointing and frustrating. Called front desk the person working said they had no clue they didn't work back there ,they didn't take any information or try to resolve the issue

Giant pharmacy on Stone Rd. in Centreville.
After having oral surgery, I need more pain meds. My surgeon's office called it in to the pharmacy. After waiting all day, the last of my pain medicine wearing off. I call them, they say they are working on it, to be ready soon. Then they call me back at 7:45pm and tell me that they are out of it and they are sorry, but it will be filled tomorrow. I said tomorrow? You realize this is pain medication and I am in a lot of pain here. They just say sorry, bye. I called back, I said, can't you send it to another giant pharmacy for me. They said that I would have to call, seriously. So I did. After being asked the medicine and dosages etc. I said that it was called in, I do not know all of that. Long story short, after a million questions verifying everything about me, she says. This is a controlled substance, we can not transfer it.
Am I on another planet, or does this just wrong? I am 59 years old and never even take pain meds unless I am in a lot of pain. Not to mention I have been going to this pharmacy for my son and myself for many years now. (Single father here) To have the GIANT pharmacy personnel be so callus to tell me to just take the pain, it's not my problem is absurd to me. And shows a complete lack of concern and caring.

I understand you don't have any help but I made 4 trips your pharmacy to pick I my mother's prescription 2 days my mother's foot is swollen & can't walk you have 3 people back there one doing vaccinations I saw a lot of customers leaving because their prescriptions weren't ready if you don't have the help maybe you shouldn't be offering the vaccines & the phone just rings off the hook nobody answers in the pharmacy I don't blame the they are doing the best they can but this keeps happening you will loose customers. Please check into this I seen this at 4 different Giants

The Giant pharmacy at 3521 East West Hwy has the most incompetent lackadaisical staff I've ever encountered and this includes the Pharmacy manager. I receive the same Rx from them every month. When it is time to refill they never have the medication in stock and have to order it which takes almost a week. In the meantime I am out of a medication for chronic pain. When it finally arrives I am told it will be ready in a couple of hours. I arrive at the pharmacy three hours later and was told it would be 40 mins more. The pharmacist didn't even know the medication had arrived when questioned by the tech. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager Roman Menisher and she ignored me. When the medication was finally prepared it was only a few days worth instead of a months worth and I would have to come back in 4 days to retrieve the rest. This is not acceptable and this is suspicious to me. If you ordered the medication for me and I'm the first person to receive this medication because you didn't know it had arrived - what happened to the rest of the pills? What will you do with them over the weekend? Are you selling or using them or are you being mean, petty and vengeful because I dared to complain? Just very suspect and unacceptable either way. Roman Menisher should not have a license and neither should the lying pharmacy tech Monique.

Giant Pharmacy in Annapolis Md Riva Festival Shopping Center is the worst. There is alway only one cashier and the line is always back to the door not to mention they send you text messages about your medicine being ready and when you get there everyone is acting like they cant find it or its not even ready. This is becoming a serious ongoing problem. They need more help I would go to the other one but that one smells funky. Im super pissed

My experience was bad the whole 1 hour 1/2. Waste of time. There was not OJ low acid. Then the Deli assistant Miriam didn't want to asssist me even though I was on line at 8:55 and I said she was close. Deli close at 9 I was on line and she finished the customer at front in 8:56. When I mentioned my complain, she said there is no way she could finish me by 9. I let it go and do my rest of shopping. At the register, no one could pay with cards. The system was not working. It was just a waste of time. Customer leave everything since only we could pay by cash. The only good, i may say, it's the cashier who apologies. The manager was rude and said there is nothing she could do. Yes, there was something you could do. Apologies for the bad circumstances.

I have used the pharmacy at Giant Pharmacy 7900 blk Belair Rd Fullerton plz Baltimore. i have never had a problem until monday i went to the dr for my medication, he electronically sent it in. i called min, n tues they kept telling me the ins co was
not online. i called the ins co they gave me a # for the pharmacy to call them. this am i called giant to give them info. i advised the pharmacist i had no medication. his response was take tylenol!! he never even tried to help me. i will be moving pharmacies after this

I left a message on VM. Very hard to reach a person and the website for Giant doesn't easily give an email address to complain or complement.
I was in store #780 Bailey's Crossroads, S. Jefferson Street, Falls Church, Va . I would like to commend a nice employee, Seble and Pan and a very nice man who works in the cheese and eggs, and yogurt department. They are all three very professional and pleasant to see . Thanks for allowing me to leave this recognition. Also, why isn't the Crab Truck at this site or any in South Arlington? I hope your employees are vaccinated. They should be.

Went to the Giant 795 pharmacy at Huntsman, VA to pick up my wife's medications. Copay was $230. Pharmacist, Tram Ngo, was helpful in explaining medication info and was prompt in getting my medication ready quickly. . Glenda L and Molly Jackson provided assistance in filling out and activating and process claim down to $30. Wow!!! What great service!!!!! Highly recommend this Giant 795 pharmacy to anyone who seeks medication expertise from the pharmacist and great customer service from the entire team that cares about your well being physically and your budget!

I often see Emma attending to the customers with a very pleasant disposition and always ready to help with a frat smile. I had no idea that Giant would be such a great place to get flowers.I had stopped in for pickles and my prescription ointment and was delightfully impressed with the quality and variety of flowers. The arrangements and overall lay out that I was met with upon entering the store, stand far beyond every other giant from Coopersburg to Montgomeryville although I get the feeling that it could use a little more floor space and a bit bigger work station for the flowers I couldn't help but to pick out flowers for my wife.I've been to plenty of Giants in the area, and to be honest, I have never seen a floral department in any giant, that was so well maintained and kept with beautiful arrangements, not to mention the wonderfully polite and extremely kind and knowledgeable floral lead associate I believe her name was Meghan.Although I had come in for a prescription ointment I had left with not only what I came for but also a wonderful array of hand selected flowers that made up the most beautiful arrangement. The attention to detail and inquisitiveness of Meghan To help me get my wife something uniquely suited for her was absolutely incredible!; Hands down. Meghan truely takes pride in her talent and her passion. I asked how else I could show my gratitude and she replied with jus give me a shoutout on the website.10/10 5stars!! Hopefully this will be at least somewhat helpful as she was to me. On behalf of myself and my wife who absolutely loved the flowers that Meghan the floral lead associate from the Chalfont branch had made thank you for making my experience so wonderful. I will be returning semi regularly specifically for the flowers and the delightful customer service

On 1/6/23 I shop at 4119 Branch Avenue store 342.
I was very excited about several of the promotions and sales at the store
I shop and shop I was having a few issues finding items but there was very nice man in produce who took time to help even though he was busy stocking went to the back to get dole shredded lettuce for me so professional and helpful. So I finished my shopping and noticed some of my items were not captured properly and three employees at customer service helped me out by identifying the issue and then solve the issue one manager to other service desk assistant help solve, took time to credit and ring the correct the issue was with Burrito bowl promotions and there was a handy display of the free items that came with the promotions and on display it had two types of rice by nature promise rice balsamic and long grain it turns out only the long grain was part of the promotion.so any how Ms. Crystal, Ms Billie,and Janae were all very helpful, professional and excellent team work to help me out especially since I had just spent a
194.04 of my hard earned money. I really appreciate excellent customer service since I have worked in the Fed gov over 30 years. And this store has made some needed improvements over the last couple months I improvements keep coming

Went to the Trexlertown Giant for a helium balloon for a Halloween event on Oct 28. Found that the Floral area was closed at 2:30 pm as they did not have anyone to fill in for the person who was given off. It was 3:00 pm...another woman and myself were a bit surprised and stopped a young lady, Reese, and asked if anyone could help us. She called the manager and then stepped up to help us with our balloon order requests. She was excellent in handling the situation! (more so than the manager who offered only excuses)

I recently was on line at Giant with two other people behind me,and an elderly lady who was very confused ahead of me. The cashier,Samuel ,was so patient and kind to this woman who clearly had no idea of what he very patiently explained to her multiple times before kindly redirecting her to Customer Service. It was wonderful to see how Samuel treated this woman with the utmost kindness and respect, and all of us waiting on line appreciated his kindness and compassion, unusual to see that in someone so young. Cesar in the Deli department at the Fairfax Circle Giant is great customer service person. Always smiling, always understanding, always remembers my order from week to week. Does a great job of cutting the deli meat just perfectly to my liking. Want to compliment him and acknowledge his efforts to give Giant a great service/customer reputation. He has me coming back weekly because I can count on him to recognize me and give me the perfect cut.

I want to give an excellent review to Giant Pharmacy on Kingfisher Dr. Carla and Stephanie are the best. They give excellent customer service. Always helpful, kind and patient. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are there. Thank You again Stephanie and Carla. Your the best!!!

We live in Fredericksburg VA and used the Pick Up Service for the first time on 3/30/2022. We use the Harrison Crossing Giant Store. I always hesitate having someone else 'pick' my items. Let me tell you, this was the easiest grocery shop I have ever done! I used my reward dollars, my Giant Card discount, the sales available and ordered Tuesday evening. I picked up Wednesday morning. A delightful, happy, enthusiastic young lady answered the phone and immediately brought out our groceries. She was going to tell me about my substitutions or missing items...but there were none. While driving home, we received a phone call from the same lady asking to please call if we had any problems once we unloaded our groceries, and to hope we will use this service again. So polite! I save over $23.00 with my card and coupons and she put a welcome letter with helpful tips for our next shopping trip and a detailed receipt! No one could ask for better service. Our Giant is the best! Shout out to Harrison Crossing Giant in Fredericksburg VA. 10++++

I am a regular customer at Giant Store # 6484, and would like to let Management and Corporate know what a wonderful employee Gil is. He always has a smile, is always helpful, is extremely patient, kind, and caring, as well as personable.He makes shopping at Giant a total pleasure, and it would be nice if the store and corporation realized what a valuable employee he is.

I want to commend one of your employees for the excellent, professional and friendly service that he has provided us since he started working at the Giant Food Pharmacy at Traville Gateway. Muhammad Almizan has always been outstanding with the service he has provided and goes the extra step if there is a problem with a prescription order. He is a definite asset to Giant and you should be very pleased to have him on your staff.

Just a compliment and recommendation for a fine Giant pharmacy employee....Dr Vera Zejmis ..... she has not only helped me and my wife numerous times, but, on Saturday June 19, 2021, after I was having difficulty with a Glucose monitor, shel literally lanced her own finger multiple times, in order to check the accuracy of my meter... in all honesty I have never experienced a more dedicated or kind Pharmacist in my life, ( and I am a 67 year old man) please compliment her from your Corporate office, and all of the other Outstanding Pharmacists and employees @ York Road Plaza Giant # 108.... I'm writing to Giant Corporate office to tell you how very happy we have been with our PEA Pod orders for more than a year now. Because of Covid-19 we have been using the curb side pick up at Leisure world. Billy Single is so energetic & pleasant with each delivery to our car. He always greets his customer & asks how your doing.
Most of the items we request are delivered. Billy pays attention to his customers in the pick up spaces & will let you know your next with the delivery before I finish calling in the pick up. The respect he shows toward customers is wonderful. He is valuable employee. Sue

The professional service provided by Mr. Orlando Britt was above and beyond my expectations. I was in the Marlow Heights Giant on Branch Avenue Store and was some quick shopping to by a few items which included apricots. I did see them because I was moving so fast. I asked Me. Britt was doing his current task if they had them, while telling him I had already look and didn't see them he proceeded to be polite and respond and say I can look for. He did and found them. Saved the day for me and took it a step further and went and went and walk to get me a plastic bag to put the fruit in. Kudos to him he is an asset in my opinion I your company.
