1st time purchase online, WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! I made a black Friday buy online and spoke with a rep from footlocker on the phone 800# as I was doing it to make sure I was buying the correct size for my Grand Daughter, I read off the size on the tongue of her converse sneaker so I could get Her the same one only in black, sounds simple right? NOPE! Sneaker arrives 5 days later wrong, and I had to pay freight on top of it. Tried calling my local Footlocker Store at the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove NY and no one answered the phone after 20 attempts so I called 800# and was told I could swap at my local store. So I get to the store and tell them I tried to phone them directly and the manager tells me the phone doesn't work, I look at it and its on MUTE! And it gets better, instead of an even exchange they credited it so I lost my freight moneys and tried to full boat me on the new purchase at full price for a smaller sneaker, they wanted me to pay another $24.00! I called Foot Locker 800# to try and resolve this while I was still in the store and spoke with the dumbest box of rocks individual I have ever dealt with! He could not understand what I was trying to do, this is an exchange idiot!, but they could not give me the Black Friday price anymore even though Footlocker made the mistake! This is a very poorly run company with (teenagers only) running the store and answering the 800#. Asked for a refund and all I got was the money back for the wrong sneakers, lost the freight $ for something they mailed wrong. I'll go back to buying on Amazon, they treat their customers much better, Footlocker Sucks!

I recently visited a shoe store, FootLocker, located at 7700 West Northwest Highway, Suite 420 Dallas, TX 75225. My main purpose was to buy a pair of shoes, and while browsing, I came across some stylish Air Jordans. Being relatively new to the world of shoes, I sought advice from the knowledgeable servers present in the store. They were all dressed impeccably, and I admired their sense of style.
However, my experience took a negative turn when I realised that the servers, who happened to be Nigerian ladies and gentlemen, were not as welcoming or polite as I had hoped. Instead of providing helpful information, they made hurtful remarks and jokes about me and my friends, sometimes even switching to a language we couldn't understand. This behaviour continued throughout our interaction, leaving us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
Regrettably, instead of offering helpful guidance, they constantly made fun of my friends and me due to our limited knowledge about shoes. Their behavior, accompanied by bursts of laughter and comments in a language we couldn't understand, left us feeling disheartened and uncomfortable.
It was disappointing to observe that the servers treated other customers, particularly white individuals, with warmth and courtesy. Despite being grateful for their assistance whenever they brought us shoes to try on, the disrespectful behaviour persisted.
In conclusion, I did find a pair of Air Jordans that I liked, but my overall experience at the showroom was marred by the servers' unkind and inappropriate conduct. As customers, we should expect equal treatment and respect, regardless of our background or ethnicity. I hope that in the future, the store takes measures to ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and courtesy, promoting a positive and inclusive shopping environment for everyone.

Very disappointing. No customer service. No helping to measuring my brothers foot to make sure we were getting the right size. The store wasn't even busy. It's graduation week

Beware of the fact that this company will take your money for an order an immediately cancel sighting a payment verification error.
Then it takes a week to get it back after only .002 seconds to take it.
I found the same shoe and used the same card on a competitor site with no problems. The best part is no one in customer service seems to know a thing...lol. Never again. Foot Locker is canceled.

I use to be a rewards member. I decided to stop shopping with footlocker because my account was not giving me my points and now I can't even purchase from a footlocker website. I get a message stating I'm blocked. This has been am on going issue. Very unprofessional for such a big company.

We will NEVER buy anything from Footlocker again! The Portage, Mi store needs to hire some friendly, helpful customer service employees. To the woman working on 2/1/23 at 6:30 pm,shame on you! Rude and obnoxious, terrible attitude and unwillingness to listen to a customer. Kick rocks and may God Bless you!

Footlocker has a horrible return policy, do not offer exchanges and customer service is lacking.

I received a pair of shoes for Christmas that were too small.unfortunately for me, the person who purchased them for me bought them in the end of October.

I called customer service to see if they could do anything to assist since we didn't receive the shoes until Christmas but they didn't care the circumstances. Past 45 days they can do nothing for me.

I will not be purchasing shoes from them in the future, there are too many shoe stores to continue giving business to ones that don't seem to care about their customers

I bought l pair of sandals and and the pass my credit card a few time l had more then 100 dólares on that card and then l visit another store to buy more things and they told my my credit card was not working footlocker told there where going to send me my money back and never did so they stole my money and lied to me in my face so l want my money .

I have repeatedly tried to get answers regarding my online order that has not shown up and supposedly because it's being shipped from a store foot locker is unable to cancel. Problem is NO ONE can get in touch with the store that it's "shipping" from. (We've been trying for days) I have spoken to rude footlocker representatives who continue to give me the run around and tell me that I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to reach the store, when all I want is to cancel my order and get my money back. They sold me a pair of shoes that they didn't have in stock and now want to hold my money instead of issuing the return. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered a shoe on line. I received the shoe on the last date within my window. Instead of a size 8.5 Nike in black for women, I received a size 9 men's saucing in pink and green. I now have to take the time to return it to a store. I got a sorry and they can re send the correct shoe. Really? Nothing for my inconvenience or their error. I will return it to a store and get my money back and shop elsewhere. Service was terrible and customer service was non existent.

I waited outside of the foot locker in Philadelphia Mills patiently for it to open at 11:00 am. When the manager finally came to the door and opened it he said to me, we're not open yet. I thought he was joking and continued to walk in. He said I'm not joking bro, we're not open. I said what time do you open? He said 11:00 and I asked him what time it was right then. He said uh 10 something. I pulled my phone out and showed him it was 11:02 just because he was being super rude. He said chill out we're not open yet bro. I said okay that's fine I'll take my business elsewhere and he said go ahead. Then I was walking away and he says yea take your business somewhere else. I said I definitely am and I'll be contacting your manager. He looks at me as I'm walking away and says I AM THE MANAGER. I said wow what a joke that is and just left

There Was A Lot Of Routing And Rerouting Of My Call, But No One To Answer. If Footlocker Wants To Move Forward Maybe They Should Put People To Man The Telephone Lines. It's Always Better To Have Someone To Speak With.

I bought PR of tns for £135 20 days later the sole had worn down all way to bubble. I returned to shop and they refused to exchange or refund them On Nike's website says return or refund for any reason in first 30 days. Do not buy from footlocker they rip you off

I had bought some shoes early for my grandson for christmas. Later found out he told me the wrong size (causing me to order way to small). Returned them through a store (store people couldn't change to the 20% off I got online so they sent them back for me). It was 64 days from date I purchased online and today I got them back in the mail where they refused to refund because it was past there 45 days for returns. Guess that's what I get for trying to get christmas ordered too early. Merry christmas foot locker. Nice way to treat customers. Won't ever shop there again

Footlocker is full of sh......no easier way to say it and my credit union is a piece of sh.....at least with Wells Fargo if you had a problem with places like footlocker wells fargo would give you the money back right away and then they would go after footlocker for the money....to make a long story short....bought sum shoes, returned the shoes and havent received my $138.78 back as of yet and the customer service ppl that answer the phones are stupid a......its like footlocker hires all the ppl who scored less than 35 on an IQ test so they can pay them minimum wage. These ppl are not very knowledgeable about anything at all....so dont waste your time calling cs bc you will only get more pi**ed off at footlocker....just know Im done with you mfs and yall can eat a D

So my 2 yr old daughter bday was may 19th, On may 6th I went to footlocker to purchase some jordans for her, unfortunately, they did not carry that particular sneaker so I had to order it online through them.. I paid for expisited shipping to ensure I get the sneakers by her bday. Unfortunately, it did not come until the 21st, now im mad, but i kept my cool and decided to keep it, when i open the box, It was a size 9 in men, not 9 toddler, I dont know how they messed that up, now I have to go back to the store for a return. I goes back and they tell me hey bcause its a online order they have to send it back to the company b4 i can be issue a refund. At that loint, I did not care, they took it back n said it's a 5-7 business day wait. Ok no problem.. 2 wks went by, I called foot locker, they couldnt find my faccount bcause the store policy delete the transaction after 14 days.. Wtf.. so i decided to ask for a superviser, nowwwwwwe is when she is able to find my name using my phone number. Smh. So I politely told her my issue, she told me she see a check issued on for may 30th and I should receive it in 3 buddiness days, I said ok.. then she asked me why didnt they give me my 140.00 back since i paid with cash in the store, I said, u know what, great question, the proposal was there but im guessing he did not know it was possible to do that so he casually brushed me off in regards to my refund concerns. N e ways, that make a long story short, its now june 15, and I still have not seen my check or refund as if yet.. appearantly, foot locker is notorious for this, deff lost my viote, will not purchase from them again not even for a emergency. Theres other sneaker stores around, save the headache ppl follow my blog I did a wholse special on how these mega companies i.e. footlocker, constantly take advantage of individuals like myself and ohers smh.. no more

horrible, expected my refund back right away since it was taken from my bank account. Still haven't seen it 2 days later. They take the money out right away, so why can't they refund it right away? Will definitely find other places to shop from now on!

i had a layaway i didnt want it anymore so i went to get a refund i have not recieved my money back yet but yet when put the layaway up that day yall took my money right off my card but i have called my bank an my money not even pending i want my money back an i will never shop with footlocker ever again they really have bad business really 135$

I bought some Jordan's for my brother for he's birthday just to realize he doesn't like Jordan's went to return them the next day for a refund I paid 150 in cash and 40 with my debit card and I tought I was gonna get my refund in cash and he said since you paid 40 with you debit card I'mma give you 40$ back to your card I was like alright just to realize he gave me my whole dam 190$ refund in my card I was were my money he said oh its in your card I was like why you said only 40$ why did you do all of it so I check my bank still no money he told me is takes 2 days to get your money back it's being dam days weres my dam money stealing poeples money and stuff what kinda service is that but when I paid for the dam shoes you guys took my dam money so dam fast that's B's man 190$ I haven't seeing a dam dollar back and I've always bought all my shoes thier but now i feel like Footlocker is a herrible place man

Okay so I am never shopping at Footlocker again! I returned two pair of Jordan's due to them being too small for my son. I tried to just go a size up but they didn't have the size up. They called FootAction and I was able to go their after believing that since I paid with a debit card my return would go right back on the original card. Needless to say, when I got home I never see a credit. What if I didn't have 250.00 to purchase those other shoes? Debit should be treated as cash. I was getting ready to call the bank but then I checked the return policy and got a huge awakening. Why wouldn't this be told to the customer upfront. Bad business for sure.

I purchased a pair of shoes at a Kids Foot Locker in the mall yesterday with my debit card and walked around the mall and found the same shoes at Finishline for $15 cheaper. I decided to return the shoes to get a better deal and ran into two huge issues that have led me to vow to NEVER shop at Footlocker again. First issue... I was told I could return my purchase at any Footlocker and I was conveniently next to Footlocker when I discovered the cheaper shoes at Finishline and went in to return the shoes. (I had purchased 20 minutes before at Kids Locker) The manager came out and told me it HAD to be at the original store I bought it from. Major store chains always accept returns no matter where your original purchase is from. This makes no sense! Especially since they all come from the same inventory. My issue with that is when I was originally shopping for shoes at Kids Locker, I wanted a shoe they didn't have in stock, but the employee checked the inventory and told me they only had my size at the regular Footlocker across the mall. I could order the shoes, pay for them then and there and pick them up at Footlocker... so why doesn't that convenience apply to returns??? I had to walk all the way to the other side to get to Kids Footlocker again and here is where I discovered my second issue. I made my return which was on a debit card and expected to receive my money immediately so that I could make my new purchase at Finishline, only to find that it would take 2 cycles to show up in my account. That is just something you can't expect customers to be okay with. They take the money immediately yet expect you to wait that long to get it back. I refuse to hand over anymore money to Footlocker when they have such horrible policies and procedures and there is much better competition like Finishline and Champs.

Footlocker has supposedly put in place a policy that makes it impossible to return any shoe that's labeled a Quick Stirike (anything with QS) in the item description.

I recieved a pair of the new KD 10 Anniversary as a gift and crazingly enough, my wife knew how much I wanted them so she bought the same pair without my knowledge.

I tried to return the pair I purchased via debit and the only thing they could give me was a' Return Merchandice' card for the value of the shoes.

Complete Trash. If quick strikes are excluded from normal returns, etc. we should be NOTIFIED AT THE register and not after the fact. I've dropped $3200 at various footlockers over the last few years and for them to inact policy like this WITHOUT ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION ABOUT QUICK STRIKES IS BOTH NEGLIGENT AND COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. Footlocker owes me the ability to return the item and QUITE HONESTLY REQUIRE THAT ANYONE PURCHASING A QUICK STRIKE RELEASE acknowledge that they cannot return, exchange or refund their purchase.

I received excellent customer service from Aleah at the store located in the mall at Belmont and city ave in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From the time that i walked in the door, she made sure her full attention was on me. When they didnt have the sneaker that i wanted, she called all around until she reached a store that had the Kobe 9 in stock. Thank you, Aleah. It's good to know that there are still caring customer service representatives who take pride in their work.
