I bought a vacuum and within a month we had to take it apart down to the motor because it was clogged. It now will not suck up anything now a few months later!! I will NEVER have another eureka vacuum.

I really loved this vacuum at first, I have 2 cat's and hardwood floors it was awesome at keeping everything clean! 10 months later the head will not power on when I put it down! I contacted the company and informed them , I sent them everything they needed except the receipt that I couldn't find! I didn't want money back! I can go buy another easily! But I'll make sure and read reviews on all of them because I don't want to buy junk that'll not work within a year of buying it! And a company that doesn't stand behind there products!!! And act like you are trying to cheat them!!! Eureka elite pro!

i have a eureka rapid clean ion red and grey color 2 in 1 vacuum, using it for 6 months now. it stops and red light blinking after 30 seconds operation. when red light stops blinking in a few seconds, it works again and it is the same cycle over and over gain. what shall i do. i can not reach your customer service.

i called your customer service and it cant be reached on weekends, yor service hours online says otherwise. update your listing

Several months ago I purchased model As10001-Type A. I am very pleased with the cleaning job the vacuum does---However, removing the filter and then getting it back in place is darn near impossible! I called your helpline and was told to read the directions carefully. Since I have a master's degree in English, the directions were not the problem. I can not replace the filter unit until it clicks in place. My husband has been assigned this job and he, too, has a difficult time. HELP!

I registered a complaint on 12th september 2013 and even after 12 days no one has attended to it nor has the complaint been registered. Complaint no and My Contact no.

She helped in every way she could nothing was to much trouble and is totally customer focused on behalf of the company

The plastic hinge on the bottom of my dust cup broke, so I went to the Eureka site to see if I could order the part. I didn't see it immediately so I used their Live Chat option. After giving my model and serial #'s and explaining what I needed, the rep quickly located the part and directed me to the 1-800 # to order it, giving me a case # so I wouldn't have to re-explain. I didn't have to wait on hold long. The rep was courteous and helpful. I was put on a secure line to give my card info for the inexpensive part. In total it only took me about 20 min. to locate and order the part.
