I am a small business owner using comerica services from 7 years... i see lot changed in their service recent years like cashier don't have any knowledge what they doing and branch manager also same. Time to move my account same where else.

It would be nice if I could get customer service. I lost my card and without the 3 digit code I can't get through.

Comerica has restricted my debit card for purchases of $10.00, each time I call to complain, my call is dropped. After waiting on hold for 20 mins at 7;40 am today, my call got dropped after a Wesley answered. I called back and am now on hold for 20 minutes again and still waiting. I have asked the CA Attorney General's office to investigate why I have a restriction that I never requested and why Comerica Bank hangs up on Customers and places unreasonable restrictions on their Customer's accounts.

I went to go to the bank Saturday in Belleville Michigan and I was floored to see that you guys were not open on Saturday, that has got to be the most ridiculous thing you have ever done. people don't have time to go during the week or aren't home in time to go to the bank and do their business, and here I go certainly do believe that you guys were open and we're closed I then proceeded to another Comerica Bank in Canton on Michigan Avenue and they were closed is this a permanent thing I'm astonished. Very very disappointed in you guys. Merry Christmas

I'm trying to find the Comerica Bank so that I can expand my card for use on the Internet N to help pay bills but mu Wisconsin child support MC doesn't work that way :(

disappointed in their lack of technology capabilities (despite all the wonderful customer service signs in the branch). I'm a signer on my fraternities account. Each time I go into the bank to withdraw funds, I have to wait until the teller calls to the branch where the signature cards are held and they receive a faxed copy of the signature. You would think that at a minimum the original signature card would be scanned onto the system as a PDF with the signers name and if you needed to check their signature. It shouldn't matter which branch I make a withdrawal from. Could I go to the branch where I sign the card to avoid this hassle, yes, but why should I be inconvenienced when the branch I conduct business is within walking distance of my office. In 2015 this is shameful with all of the electronic banking advances that you brag about.

I have been a client of Comerica for two years. Every, every month there is an overdraft from $0.34 to $49.50.... I can't afford you all. Managers at branch have an excuse; it's always the computer. May, 2014, I sat down with and interim branch manager and had my savings closed; it is still open. Now, after several months an affiliate of Comerica is automatically attempting to withdraw an old account and $'s from my account. I received two overdraft statements today, 10/10/14 that happened on 10/03/14... But one good thing, I only deposit some of my $'s . It's ridiculous! At 66 no one should be subjected to this. My name is Rhonda I receive my Disability from S.S that goes to this bank My bank acct, has been locked by Comerica, Inc this is because I gave a out dated phone number and old address I have faxed 9 times the proff they asked for ID.... and still unable to access my money now looking into class action suit in which I have very good knowledge of Help in making this Public, this is happening to thousands of people lets make a stand.

Comerica cannot be reached on weekends even when they block your card because they suspect identity theft. And I notified them that I was traveling to Mexico and they still blocked the card. They also do not have a phone number that you can CALL from outside the USA.

My income taxes was in my checking account I have one ATM card that I have I use the online mobile banking to check how much I'm spending someone withdraw 500 twice out my account how is that possible you need my card and my pen then they made 4 back to back purchases at Meijer how is this even possible they spend 2900 dollars total. And they telling me I have to wait 10 days for investigation this is terrible what kind of account security do they have none if someone can withdraw my money out the ATM .

My Name william wilson I get my SS payments through your bank. I have lost my password and cannot log on to view my account information. Your customer service refuses to help me in this matter, and has blocked me from the line to accounts. I am a Vietnam Vet and reside in a state hospital for veterans. It would be great if you can put me into contact with someone who cares even a little bit about guys like me.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am very disappointed with your customer service. As soon as I am back in Michigan (sometime in May) I will be closing out my account of over 15 years and will not be able to say one good thing about banking with your establishment to anyone that I know, or will be meeting. I have been dealing with an issue since November 23, 2010 that is now going to cost $35.00; a fee that should be waived by your customer service representative in order to maintain an upstanding relationship with your customer, is gong to come out of my account! It is a shame.

I am very disappointed.

I have been a customer with Comerica for over 4 years here in SoCal. Customer service is phenomenal. I have had my ups and down in business, but they have been helpful and professional thru out. I know both the branch employees and managers on first name basis. Whenever there is any kind of issue, I get a phone call and help me take care of it. As a small business owner, I am more than impressed with the quality of service.
