Rush delivery pd24.00 for going on business day 6 no delivery. 4 days chatted 4 different people 4 different stories or excuses. Just wanted the shipping charges refunded.

Columbia did not include all the details about $6 return fee on the check out page. I thought I could return it to the local Columbia store if size doesn't fit, but PayPal/Apple Pay purchase require you to mail it back and cost $6. These days most people use Apple Pay. It should be included in the return link on the check out page. It's deceiving. Disappointed in this big brand company.

I just found out the type of Sorel winter boot i've been wearing during Minnesota winters the past 10 plus years no longer makes them. Now i'm in need of a winter boot with very limited choices. Not liking Sorel.

Blocking 3rd party cookies is part of my security mandate. However the website will not let me even browse without putting my security in jeopardy by requiring cookies. Then it insults me by taking me to a "test" if I'm a Human? No only NOT shopping Columbia anymore, but donating products I DO own to Goodwill.

Loved this company until I had a coat zipper pop off and it was a hassle to exchange it given I don't keep receipts and really trusted that my coat would just work. Anyway bought a second jacket that day during the exchange which btw they marked down for me on purpose so I wouldn't return it and get the full price I PAID FOR..which I didn't plan on doing but pretty bad vibes with that. Anyway the second jacket ended up having a small hole and now my feathers are coming out of it. I just started wearing it and bought it over 3 months ago- outside the return/exchange policy. Now I'm being asked to file a claim, ship my coat, pay for label/shipping and wait SIX WEEKS without a jacket to be able to see if they can fix it or not. So not guaranteed and defeats the purpose of me purchasing that coat for the weather I'm in now. I live in Chicago... contacted customer service twice and it was pretty useless. Needless to say this company sucks to me now.

My order, which I placed on February 11, was canceled today. The full e-mail sent to me reads: "We're sorry, but the order 216954459 you placed on February 11, 2023 was unable to be processed as the information supplied didn't meet our payment requirements." So I contacted customer service. I explained to them that I was a tourist and had ordered on behalf of a friend because I did not have a permanent address. they said ok but this time they said that the number of products in my order was too high and therefore the order could not be renewed. I used a welcome coupon for this order. In this case, they didn't want to do it first, but they said they could do the 25% discount again. When I asked about the 5x reward, they said that the order will not be made from my account, but through the guest account and that I will not be able to win any rewards at the end. This left me disappointed with the brand. Believe me, I was shocked to see such a treatment from the customer service of this brand, which I follow fondly. In addition, the people I spoke to constantly stated that they did not have any authority. I request that this issue be investigated by the authorities and my problem will be resolved.

Forgot to put APT # on my order so Columbia told me they could redirect my order to a nearby UPS DC. They sent it to the wrong DC three hours away and told me my only two options were to pick it up within 5 days or it would return to sender. Once I talked to the UPS store, they confirmed that this wasn't true and UPS resolved my issue that Columbia didn't even attempt to fix. If this happens to you, MAKE SURE TO REACH OUT TO THE UPS STORE FIRST!

I bought a reversible leather belt last year, and the top layer of leather peels on both sides.
chat to claim warranty, hard to connect. File a claim but need to send it back. WHo will pay for the postage when the belt is sure not fixable.

Used rewards to buy an item, returned it due to wrong size. They don't offer exchanges, so I was out the rewards money. I earned that through purchases and even with a return, they do not credit back your rewards. Be sure you know the size you need or they will screw you out of the money you earned.

I purchased $150 gift card on November 28th to be used on Black Friday sale item, which was promised to be delivered electronically to my email address within 24 hours.

It has been over 3 days and I still don't have the gift card!

I did not receive the gift card on time to use it towards Black Friday discounted item. I talked to 4 customer care agents and all I heard is "I'm sorry we can't refund gift card purchases!"

Their policy states "no refunds on gift cards" needles to say they are holding me hostage with no refund and no gift card in last 3 days. Empty promises, policies to protect themselves, poor customer service. I do not recommend columbia.com to anyone!

I bought a pair of waterproof boots about 3 years ago. I have worn them less than 10 times. The stitching failed at the seam. Now they are not waterproof. Columbia couldn't help me and even admitted they don't guarantee their repairs. Something worth noting. I own lots of their winter wear but plan to look at other companies from now on. I have been strictly a Columbia fan but after researching their products it seems the products are not what I thought.

All I can say is they are horrible.
I have written "CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !" on all my Columbia product with a black magic marker so everyone can see it when I am out hiking and dozens gather around every time I go hike asking why. I gladly tell them my story and they all thank me. I steer them to North Face.

Terrible customer service. They CHANGED THE PRICE of the item mid-transaction, and actually got PayPal to send them more $ without my consent. I'm taking this up with PayPal too but for now I'm returning it and get to pay $7.00 to return it. Will never buy from them again.

Went to the store in Niagara Falls, NY and was literally followed from the time I walked in. Every time I turned around an associate was lurking behind me like I was about to steal something an this is not the first time this has happened in this store. I wish store associates would realize that not all black people steal, a lot of us work hard and PAY for things! I went in there excited to pick up some things for an upcoming trip out the country and left with nothing because I will never again give that store or Columbia my money.

Ordered shoes a week ago. Website shows they haven't shipped. Called to talk to their support staff and nobody anywhere can find what's happening with my order, no tracking, nothing. When asked what their policies are for not fulfilling orders, no answer. Their policies for not shipping within a reasonable time frame? They don't exist. Want to know when you can expect the shoes now that they see your order and they know that the shoes are in their warehouse? No, that's not a thing either.

So, my order is late, lost, and nobody can tell me anything.

The reason for this? They're having server issues. I don't know if they got hacked, didn't pay their bill, or if the new IT guy lied on his resume.

The point is they are having a royal screw up in their server department right now and they'll do nothing to resolve it.

When the shoes do eventually arrive though, they will be going right back out the door with the return label and that money is going towards a better company.

I ordered a shirt that was not the size listed on the label. I started a return and was told i would have to pay the $6 in return shipping.

I spent 35 minutes on chat getting the $6 refunded. Because I did not believe that I should have to pay to return an item that was not the size they claimed it was.

When my order refund finally came it was $12 short of what i spent.

This time I called and complained. The first operator hung up on me. The second one tried to tell me that because they had already refunded me $6 (my return shipping that they had already agreed to pay). That I only had another $6 coming to me. I tried to explain that the previous $6 was for my return shipping, when I had to ship the item back, and he would not let me speak. He continued speaking over me. Until I finally asked to speak to a supervisor.

The supervisor continued to make the claim that because i had already been refunded $6 for "my" return shipping - that that sum would have to come out of my total that I spent on the shirt. But he said it in such a way that it was the most corporate double speak I have ever heard. I pointed this out to him. And he continued to recite the corporate policy. That basically they had lied to me and would never pay my return shipping.

In this day and age, when they are competing with Amazon and every other online retailer, they should refund the entire amount and NOT charge you to ship the item back. On top of already wasting your time sending you an incorrectly sized product. And the hour and a half i lost from my life trying to get a $12 refund.

I love Colombia's clothes. I will never shop with them again.

My product was not delivered. I was at home the day he said he was delivering ups and no one came. I sened email 10 times. They asked me to call ups (ups columbia's solution partner and I am a customer) ups could not show me any proof (signature or picture) I asked for my products or my money, they told me no refund was made for 2 months and they said it could not be done. Do not order from columbia.com.

Ordered three shirts on December 19, 2021. Received notification that they were prepared to ship and awaiting pickup by the carrier on December 20th. Today is March 18th and the website still claims my clothes are awaiting pickup by the shipper. It would be laughable that they are so inept if it weren't so tragically incompetent. Even wrote to the CEO .... seems he just doesn't care either.

Maybe a criminal complaint for interstate fraud for charging me the day I ordered the clothes and still haven't sent them?

It's sad because the clothing is good ..... but it's not worth getting bilked every time you want to place an order. Guess we will shop at Patagonia from now on.

I did not receive my order for which I paid the fast shipping fee in January, numbered 210144808. I called customer service many times and it was said that the money could not be taken from your credit card, so your order was cancelled. I also requested mail from 2 customer representatives. I wanted to send a screenshot of my credit card or my account statement that the money was taken from me. They still haven't been able to give me a solution. I paid 150 dollars for the products that I have never received, including fast transportation. I have proof of this. I'm going to complain wherever I can. Besides, it was a birthday present. I had a great week thanks to you.

My son won a very nice Columbia jacket (brand new with tags) in a raffle. It does not fit. I contact customer care thru the chat feature. I was requesting to return jacket and get a credit to use towards another purchase for something that would fit him. I was told I needed original receipt and the refund would go back to the original purchase method. I feel this is poor customer service on the part of Columbia.

Placed an order a week ago - Im being charged but not even received a confirmation email yet. Trying to call them for 3 times in two days now. Every time it starts with 35 persons ahead of me and after an hour on hold still 30 ahead of me. Are you serious about your business? I do not know what happened to my order while I am being charged for it. I would never shop from them for such an irresponsible customer service. Im not sure if they are serious about their business. Please give my money back or tell where my order is??!!

Purchase was supposed to be delivered last week; can't get through to them as tracking or order number not working. Been on hold for 3 hours now.

I highly commend Columbia on standing behind their lifetime warranty. I had a zipper issue and before sending it in for repair, I spoke with their customer service representative. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. I sent my jacket off and within a few weeks, my jacket was returned with a new zipper!! Kudos to this company for their excellent product.

I have nothing but great things to say about Columbia's warranty program. I had a pair of snow boots over 10 years old that I loved. They both started to fall apart around the same time, coming apart at the seams. I was devastated, and contacted Columbia about a warranty. After sending them back to the company, they sent me a beautiful pair of killer boots that were even nicer and more comfortable than before. I was truly impressed and will always buy from Columbia!!!

I purchased two different travel pants from two different online stores, on right here in Oregon. I experienced lengthy delays, poor customer service, and unacceptable products. I returned both pair of pants.

Finally I contacted Columbia (which I should have done first) went to the employee store, not realizing that it was an employees only store, was let in by a kind lady and helped by an exceptional diminutive lady originally from Chile (I'm sorry that I forgot her name, but it begins with "A"). I purchased one pair of cargo pants, and the nice lady assisted me in ordering a second pair online from the store. This was around noon yesterday, and the ordered pants arrived at my door this morning just after 9:00. Outstanding. I am really pleased with the quality, the price, and most of all, the customer assistance.

I also phoned your customer services twice yesterday since I could not access my account. I had unsubscribed to email some time ago and could not remember my password. The customer service reps were available immediately and solved my problem. I have now re-subscribed to email offers and will check Columbia Sportswear first for future purchases.
